The girl today received me was absolutely racist. There was a queue including me, an Asian man, and Irish people. The attitude towards us Asian and the Irish are totally different. I asked her to give me the prescription back to me, she said in a very impolite tone that it is in the bag which holds the medicine. Right after that, she rolled a big eye towards me. When the Asian man was asking for a medicine, she was also very impolite, while towards the Irish people, she was smiling and chatting a lot. She also got a phone call in between but it seems she has been rolling her eyes all the time even though she sounds polite in the phone call, for which I believe the other side must be an Irish lol. Very bad experience

Yesterday I fell off the bike and got several painful and bloody scratches on my hands and knees (and chin) and some bruises. My friend took me to the nearest pharmacy which was this one, and they promptly helped me. A pharmacist called Ian (if I'm not mistaking) cleaned, disinfected and patched my wounds and gave me helpful recommendations about care. It was so nice getting this help as I was shocked and didn't know what to do. Thank you so much! I'm really glad your pharmacy was on my way. Best of luck to your business!

The store manager is always lovely, friendly, chatty, remembering you've been there before, personable, and makes time for you. It's a pleasure going into the store, when she is there, and the dark haired lady from the pharmacy counter is there also. The security guard from OCS IS ALWAYS professional, friendly and remembers regular customers. Lovely pharmacy to go into.

Went in today to ask a question about some dry skin I was experiencing. Their skin care expert was so helpful and patient with me and even gave me some free samples to take home (I bought a new moisturizer and cleanser too). Absolutely great, would recommend to any one!

The security agent in this pharmacy racially profiled my friend and followed us after we left the pharmacy… It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. The manager was not there and the salesman didn’t even apologise. I will never buy from this pharmacy again.

On 16th October, 2021at 11.30am, I went to Hickeys Pharmacy on Henry Street for my Flu vaccination. The staff, especially the Pharmacist who performed the injection, were great and very helpful. Great service! Thanks to everyone at Hickeys. Well done. Rob.

Always check did they have all the medications because they will send you home without all of it and without saying a word and when you come back and lost another hour they'll tell you we don't have any more. Unprofessional

They took a cosmetic product I use off the shelves. On questioning a member of staff said they had problems ordering it in. It is manufactured in Mayo Ireland! Easy. Any excuse for sharp trading.
