At Hidden Hills Animal hospital they are very kind, polite and quick to help your animal what ever kind of animal you may have or may have wondered up to your yard. I had a raccoon that approached me when I was getting out of my truck. It followed me up to my front door and wanted to come inside. I had to go thru my garage and put food out to get it away from my front door. I noticed it was over friendly then I noticed it having a seizure then after the seizure it was fine again so I sat outside until 4 in the morning keeping an eye on him. I didn't want him to wonder off and walk up to a child in the neighborhood when morning came. So I called every animal rescue, animal control and Fl. wildlife conservation. Well I was told by Fl. Wildlife conservation to shoot it. So SHOOT him NO. You could tell it was very hungry. It ate a lot of food. So it started raining and I put a crate over it so it could eat and stay dry. That morning I noticed it wasn't having any more seizures. So my thought was it was very hungry and an infection in one eye and needed to be treated and released. Well good ending..The Amazing people at Hidden Hills Animal Clinic told me I could bring it to them. I showed the vet the videos of the seizures it was having and told her since it ate all that food it hasn't had anymore seizures but was having them every 10 to 15 min. Apart when it wondered up. She said its very possible it couldn't get anything to eat and could have had low blood sugar. Anyway I took it to them and they were very nice, polite and ready to help this poor raccoon. Thank you to all the staff at Hidden Hills Animal Clinic. I highly recommend them and would trust them with any animal you may have. AWSOME JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Loved bringing the dog to see Dr Granzow. She actually took a few minutes to bond with him and had no issues in her appointments. It convinced me to continue coming to Hidden Hills. Sadly, Dr Granzow is at another clinic now. With the new provider, our dog needed calming medication for a blood draw which was understandable. Totally support that. But my assumption was that it was only for more complicated visits. On his next visit I was told he has to be medicated before every visit, even for simple vaccines. His previous vet never reported problems nor made this a requirement. Typically though, I was in the room with the dog when he got his shots or treatment. As opposed to them taking him into a back room while I sit in the exam room. The message regarding the meds was not conveyed to me by the veterinarian, but rather, by the technician. I never saw the veterinarian. Is this the new normal in veterinary medicine? Finally, No effort was made to discuss some simple ways to improve the experience for both dog and humans. For example, a dog with separation anxiety is going to get anxious when you take him to another room. So maybe just give him the shot in the exam room, with me. I just feel like they could not be bothered to take 5 minutes to make the experience less stressful.

Can't say enough great things about HH. My furbaby recently had a bump on her ankle that was getting bigger I thought it was maybe a bug bite that had gotten infected or something so I had sent in a picture to see if they vet could let me know if this was something thay needed to be addressed right away or to just watch it for a few more days. The actual vet called me shortly after and notified me that it looks like a cyst that can form on younger dogs and a simple procedure to check the cells could be done to be certain and put me at ease. They were able to schedule an appt. promptly in just a few days. Loved on her as the vet had to take his sample. And gave me the results right away. The vet was spot on with his diagnosis and let me know that it would go away on it's own. Frankie and I want to thank all the staff at HH for taking such wonder care of my girl. -Amy

Very professional and knowledgeable. Fair and unlike most vets reasonable. A few years back my cat Hunter was having issues urinating. Quickly became septic and was dieing fast. In extreme pain I drove him around and heard vets tell me they wanted anywhere from 1800-2500 just to start. They knew he needed a catheter and antibiotics but suggested surgery first and expensive tests or just to put him down. Nearly 5pm at this point I had spent 4 hours with no luck as he was slowly passing I contemplated putting him down. My last option was hidden hills animal hospital. They without asking for money upfront took him and immediately gave him a catheter and antibiotics, kept him for a day or two and gave him back. I didn't deserve how I was treated that day and thank them for the extreme measure of grace I was given. Most grateful, Aaron

I have been meaning to get on here and write a review regarding my experience at Hidden Hills Animal Hospital. I have been bringing both my dogs to Dr. Parker for the last few years and it has been a blessing! Recently my boy Thor had a serious issue arise and Dr. Parker and her staff immediately jumped on getting him better. The love and care that Dr. Parker and her staff have for pets is beyond words, they treat every pet as there own and make them comfortable with every visit. You hear horror stories from friends and family about how there pets do not like going to the Vet, but it is the opposite experience for me! My boys are excited when they arrive to see Dr. Parker and the staff and I believe that is just so amazing! I want to Thank you again Dr. Parker and your staff for taking care of my boys and we will see you again!

My little girl was diagnosed with IBD back in April. I was referred to the specialist and she have been in treatment since. Yesterday she started to get sick with the same symptoms so I called the specialist for a consultation.. no one was available to talk to me and i was supposed to get a call back. Today I called back but same thing! My baby was in so much pain could hardly walk so I call Hidden Hills and they were willing to help us… got a same day appointment I even got to talk on the phone with Doctor Parker right away.. she was awesome and caring! I took my baby there right away and now she’s good on the way to recovery! Thank you so much I have no worlds to express how thankful I am ! You guys are the Best!! After 6 years going from Vet to Vet finally I found the very BEST IN TOWN ! Hidden Hills !!

The Hidden Hills Animal Clinic Team is amazing. Simply amazing. They saved our beautiful Golden's life. He came down with an unexpected and unknown disease that was killing him slowly and they treated him like their own family member around the clock until he could come home to us. Not only that...but they allowed us to make as many visits as we wanted throughout the day to see our baby. Not only that, but I didn't have to sell my first born child to pay the treatment bill! A super skilled, caring staff who does what it takes to do the job right. Our family is still WHOLE because they saved our Mochi! We love you guys! TRULY MEAN THAT!

My entire families pets have been clients of Dr. Williams from the opening of the hospital many years ago. My mother and I also worked for him way back then. They are the only ones I trust to take care of our pets. Over the years time after time, the care, knowledge and compassion they have shown our families pets and us has been outstanding. I moved away for awhile and experienced other veterinary offices and can definitely say Dr. Williams and his team are amazing. The office staff are wonderful. The prices are reasonable and in a pinch or an emergency, they will work with you on the bill. This is a vets office I highly recommend.

Of all the vet clinics I have been to in my life this place is by far the best! They have an excellent staff, it’s easy to make appointments, and they don’t overcharge you for unnecessary things. The staff is always so welcoming to me and my pets. I would also like to say that Dr. Parker is outstanding! She is compassionate with my pets and is always kind to me. She is so reassuring and doesn’t make you feel rushed at all! So many veterinarians make you feel like you’re bothering them and they just try to hurry you out, but not her! She listens to everything you have to say and always gives you the time you need!

Britt has always been our go to. We have gone to hidden Hills since we got our baby boy Zeus three years ago. She has always been so pleasant friendly and loving towards our baby who for some may seem intimidating considering he’s 110 pound Doberman. Today I found out that she will be leaving the animal hospital. What an extreme disappointment. I hope that they find someone to fill her shoes. It’s hard to find people who and great with animals and people the same. You can’t be everything to everyone but she sure did come close. You will be missed.

I was extremely impressed with the entire establishment! This was my first visit after moving home to Jax and the care and kindness from the vet all the way to the receptionist was top notch but i especially like the veterinarian! They didn't try to push a bunch of tests and products like most vets, as my diabetic dog has already been through the wringer with previous clinics! He only got what was necessary and was given quality care! The prices were also very low and affordable! I will continue my pets care here from now on!

I have never felt more comfortable with the veterinary care provided to my pet. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and prompt. The appointment, though scheduled short notice, started on time. The staff described everything that was going on and everything that needed to happen in very clear, easy to understand, detail. The services were provided for a great price. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone with a dog or cat. I'm not sure if they handle exotic pets.

The people aren't overly friendly but nice enough. I've only dropped off injured birds for Beaks there. Please donate please donate to beaks if ypu drop off. They operate on donations and desperately need funds. Don't be caring and cheap, every single American can afford 20.00 at least to get help for an injured animal. People are so self absorbed and greedy they won't give the cost of a fast food meal. That's ridiculous and petty. Be a better person than that.

Had my first experience with this vet some days ago. My hamster wasn't doing too good. Vet figured it was a UTI and prescribed an antibiotic. Now my hamster is back up and more energetic. Price for it all was lower than I anticipated. When I made the appointment and they heard the conditions, they saw her on the same day. That is so crucial with hamsters and their little bodies. Thank you so much. I will come here for future hamster appointments.

My mom has been taking (most) of our animals here since theyve come into our family. This place is very reasonable for a non-government funded animal hospital and they work with you through everything and were very supportive when both of our dogs passed. Its extremely hard to go through, but luckily these people will treat you like family. Rest in piece my sweet little man, ill miss yoy so much. Also PS They also take birds and cats.

They take very great care of our senior dog and middle-aged dog. Our senior dog has skin sensitivity issues and his hair is finally starting to grow back from his scratching. And our other dog hurt his back somehow and could barely walk. We took him in and the doctor stretched his back and legs out and he's back to normal. No unnecessary tests. They don't like doing stuff unless it's truly needed. We love that! Very happy with HHAH.

My precious rag doll, Gibby, is over the rainbow and he was most gentle and had a kind personality. I remember the time he had broken the toilet In our apartment and he felt so guilty that he hid under a blanket for 2 days straight. He raised his paw whenever he wanted something. He had light brown fur and blue eyes. Hidden Hills gave me the opportunity to take care of him in his final hour. I am ever grateful for their care.

First visit and was highly satisfied with the level of service from front desk and knowledge of Dr. Parker. Treated our family pet, a 6 month old Brussels Griffon, for a broken leg. Dr. Parker explained the healing process in detail as well as what to expect. I did not feel rushed and both myself and our furbaby felt welcomed and comfortable. The little guy has a journey ahead but I feel confident he is in good hands.

We have been with Hidden Hills now for 10+ years. While you don't always get the best news, they are the most compassionate and fair Vets we have ever had. They've helped is through the passing of 3 of our treasured Doggos. Dr. Parker is the BEST, and we consider her a beloved family friend, along with all the Staff. Everyone there is so kind,patient and caring. It is obvious they really care for both the pet and the pet's family. I believe the cost is reasonable. Met them by chance when a pet was ill and our previous vet was not in. That was over 12 years ago and we still think Hidden Hills Animal hospital is awesome. Savannah Parker has the nastiest attitude and apparently loves to gossip! Great place here top of the line. NOT. Everyone seems rude and off putting. These technicians act high and mighty but are not even remotely trained well. The receptionists are just as bad. Way to make anyone day alright! Keep the bad business up, me and my pets are leaving. I don’t expect you to care, and neither do I.

Dr. Parker and the whole staff at Hidden Hills is amazing! My little one wasn’t doing good and even though we’ve never been there before, they were able to get us in the same day! Dr Parker was amazing at helping us get Rocky caught up. After having nightmare experiences with other vets, she truly went above and beyond! I’m so happy I found my new veterinarian!!!

I took my dog to this vet for the majority of his 15+ yr life span. He has been seen by all the Dr's and attended to by proabably all the vet techs. They always provided us friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service. In recent events the vet team provided amazing support and compassion to us and our fur baby during his declining health and passing.

My dog was playing tag with a squrell in the park. The squrell lost but "Precious" had blood on her. I cleaned it off and could not see any wounds. I stopped in on My way home to have them (staff) give her a medical exam. She did not have any wounds. Staff was efficient and throw. Precious is now napping peacefully. Ben Lawrence.

I've been going to hidden Hills animal hospital since 2001. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. They treat me like family and my fur kids as if they were theirs. I have always been treated well. No matter what kind of animal you have you should take them to hidden Hills animal hospital and they will take the best care of them.

My family and I hava been taking our dogs here for a very long time. We love the staff and the vets. But there is this relatively new girl that works the counter and she has the NASTIEST attitude. And it's not just a one time thing. Everyone has a bad day every once in a while but she is rude and nasty every time we go in there.

I visited because they work with BEAKS to take in birds which need to be res used. I did so with a baby bird who fell from his nest and couldn't be put back safely. Only concern with the facility was that there was the immediate smell of animal urine when I walked in. Otherwise the staff was friendly and accommodating.

After moving to Jacksonville, I have been to over a dozen vets before I finally found Hidden Hills Animal Hospital. I needed to look no further. I think they are the best in Jacksonville, they are excellent at diagnosing, their prices are fair, and they don't try to convince you to do unnecessary procedures.

I love that this office works with B.E.A.K.E.S Today I found a small bird who seemed tame and possibly a pet but I was unsure and worried. I brought the little guy here to Hidden Hills and they took him in. The staff was helpful & kind. Most vets offices are unable to accept birds so I am thankful for them!

The staff is wonderful, and they work quick, too! I took my scared cat in and they knew exactly how to put him at ease. Earlier today, our dog had a seizure and we brought him to the nearest vet, Hidden Hills Animal Hospital. I found Hidden Hills Animal Hospital by accident, literally... my dog had been hit by a car and our vet would not see her because she was busy. I have never been back to them and absolutely love the staff at the clinic! And they also great washing my huge dogs as well!!! I couldn’t ask for better.

I have never had to put my Yorkie of 15 yrs in a kennel until 2 weeks ago. I was kept over in the hospital so had no other way but using Hidden Hills. The staff was kind and caring. I wouldn't go nowhere else. She was well taken care of! The doctor's are very professional and the fee's are fair!

I've only been here once and that was to out a dog down. They were really compassionate and allowed us to take all the time we needed before making the choice to out our 16 year old furry friend down. It was a sad emotional visit but they treated us with respect and compassion. Thank you.

Hello, I want to inform the community that the veterinary clinic has terrible care, my dog had a seizure and the doctor did not want to treat him. We had to drive for 30 minutes looking for another clinic. Very disappointed we left.

My wife called ahead of time after our cat ingested gabapentin, linzess and Omeprazole from her daily medicine container, they said they had no knowledge about the cat and that she should bring him in.
