I walked towards the cafe as the owner was just started setting up the outdoor area holding a rocking soft toy. I thought this must be a lovely and thought out cafe owner. He is! Half the toys being out, this little boy came out of no where already playing the soccer ball. It’s so nice to see that the boy plays for a good 10-15 min. Owner says he comes early everyday to play before school. How lovely! He interacts with the school kids that came in or pass by as well. Kids seems to love talking to him too. There’s also a dad daughter date in the cafe. Just lovely atmosphere watching these while enjoying good coffee and breakfast! Easy street parking as well.

Nice little cafe next to the chapel. It could be a little difficult to find. But it shouldn’t take you too long to look for them. You can feel the living vibes in this place. Love the orange cake. The grandpa behind the reception said proudly, this is homemade. And it is definitely worthy it . There isn’t much to criticise about the food. As they are just impeccable. Only thing is the food option on the menu is a bit short. Probably it won’t be too soon for us to visit again. Ohhh almost forgot. The green juice we order has their own label. That’s cool.

This place is a gem! It has a great location in a quiet lawned area with shade from the established trees. There are toys for the kids and don’t forget to bring the dog. The food range is excellent, the coffee hits the spot and Mick and the staff provide great friendly service. But what makes this place special is the live music on Saturday morning. Nothing beats spending a lazy hour or so sitting with friends having a nice coffee and brunch listening to live acoustic music!

Try this Award winning Coffee Shop right next door to the Mary MacKillop Museum. It’s a delightful cafe with outdoor dining that suits the kids that want some fresh air and a chance to run around and play. Live Music is played most Saturdays between 11.00am and 1.00pm if you want to relax and just chill out on your own. The staff are always friendly and helpful if you have time don’t forget there is a museum next door to check out.

Perfect atomsphere, great for kids. They had toys laid out outside for the children to play with. There were multiple high chairs and the food was wonderful. The prices are consistent with other cafes, but with the food so tasty, I don't mind paying it.

The positives are that the staff are kind, the location is relaxing, and the place is good for kids. The negatives are the food, coffee, and how long it took to serve my coffee (I finished my food before my coffee came). I had a roast beef roll, and it was dry, chewy, and not flavourful. The coffee was average.

Would have rated higher, but I find the manager/owner to be incredibly rude and disrespectful not just towards patrons but staff too, right in plain view. He might think he knows how to make a good coffee, but he could certainly learn a thing or two about customer service and just having a polite attitude. More
They took an hour to serve us. Granted it was peak, but we asked about out coffees twice, which was all we ordered. When the coffees came it wasn't great, watered down and my iced chai was warm. Live music band was the only thing good about the place.

Honestly hate giving a one star review, especially when the owners seemed so nice but the eggs Benedict was literally the worst I’ve ever had, hollandaise looked like it was squirted out of a tube, not great, had one bite and left, sorry.

Please take the time to visit this amazing Cafe. Family friendly, Dog friendly, relaxed environment, great location, exceptional food and the best coffee. We travelled from Perth to Adelaide and stopped in, as recommended by family members.
Perfect place for a satisfying coffee and/or feed after a swim at the Norwood pool. Friendly staff and a lovely relaxed vibe. We were treated to some live music on a Saturday morning, and the little one was delighted by the toys on the lawn.
Had a good coffee. There is also a small selection of teas plus other drinks. A good selection of sweet tempations available. Enjoyed a light scone served with strawberry jam and cream. Staff are friendly providing good service. Cafe has
Fabulous experience at High Street Cafe - the delightful Mick and his team were so friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch menu options, delicious coffee and cakes. We will definitely be back …
My partner and I found this place walking our dogs and it is amazing! I don’t know who loved it more our dogs or us. The service, food and coffee were top shelf and our pup loved the big grassed area to play on.
Delightful spot, very kid friendly, with the most lovely welcoming staff. We hosted a casual event here and all our guests are still raving about the cafe and how wonderful a time they had. New favourite. More
Great little Cafe tucked away in the trees. Peaceful, great food and great people looking after you. Kids have a little playground on the lawn. Highly recommend this little treasure.
