Being going to Dr Watts for some time now,. Just wanted to tell everyone about our experience august 20. Our dog had something wrong with his ear Friday night, yup they alway get sick on week ends. Call office Saturday morning, there only open till noon. Amelia and Dr Watts got us in at the end of there day. In 24 hours our dog got one of the worst ear infections Dr Watts has seen. I am so thankful that this team really cares about the pets and the family’s. The care Dr Watts and his fantastic team gave us was amazing. If they had not got us in, (was looking like trip to emergency vet hospital) if we had waited till Monday I’m sure his ear drum would have been toast. I am extremely humbled by this caring team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!❤️

I cannot praise Dr. Watts and his team at Highland Creek Animal Clinic enough. Their knowledge of animals and the concern they show is outstanding and I could not ask for better veterinarian care. From routine check-ups, vaccinations, surgery and other random medical issues, they have always provided the best for my pet. Based on past experiences, I thought that dogs dreaded going to the vet’s office. My dog loves visits to the clinic so much, she gets excited when I say we are going to see the doctor. Dr. Watts and his professional staff always exceed my expectations and I know that they have our best interests at heart. Their personal service really makes the difference and I’m sure, if dogs could talk, she would say the same thing!

I never write reviews but my experience with the Highland Creek Animal Clinic has been so wonderful that I felt the need to share! I am a first time dog owner and wanted a veterinarian who took amazing care of my puppy as well as made me feel comfortable as I embarked on a new journey. Dr. Watts has exceeded all of my expectations and Penny absolutely loves going to the clinic!! The overall professionalism, knowledge and patience (to answer my 43543 questions) of Dr. Watts and the clinic staff has been outstanding. I would highly recommend using the services of the Highland Creek Animal Clinic if you want a veterinarian and staff who treat your pet as their own and are truly passionate about what they do.

I have owned dogs all my life and also worked with dogs for about 10 years now. I have been to many vets all over the GTA and none of them compare to Highland Creek Animal Clinic. Dr. Watts and his team of passionate animal lovers make any trip to the vet a positive experience. My 7 month old puppy has been going there since he was 9 weeks old. I have never seen a dog so excited to go to the vet! And my 5 year old dog also loves going there because she's spoiled with love and attention and cookies everytime! You can tell Dr. Watts and all of the staff truly care about the animals as if they were their own. It brings so much peace at mind knowing we have an amazing vet just around the corner!

After living all over Ontario,owni get three cats and the recent death of my beloved whiskie I have been to several veterinary clinics. I have been to at least one in every city I have lived in ( and there's been a lot!) and hated each one. Until I came here. They had a genuine concern for my fur baby and my wallet! As a young single mom I am always caught between helping my fur baby and what I can afford. They did everything they could do both help my cat and not charge a fortune like most vets do. I find there is a lack of genuine care for animals among the vets I've been to and they all seem to want to charge thousands. Just to help and at the end I know nothing!! Not the case here!!!

I am giving Dr. Watts' and his team the 5 star rating because I honestly don't know what I would have done without this clinic in my life the past 3 months. I brought my dog Rosie in for what I thought was worsening arthritis. In the interest of being thorough, Dr. Watts discovered a huge tumor in her abdomin, which the previous clinic had failed to detect. Dr. Watts and staff went above and beyond to help me give Rosie the best end of life care I possibly could. Dr. Watts is brilliantly scientific in his approach, plus he has a huge heart for animals. We've been taking our German Shepherd to Dr Watts since she was a puppy, and she has always received the utmost care and attention there. Lena loves the clinic and the staff to the point where she pulls us over whenever we're close by. Every time we go in, Dr.Watts takes the time to thoroughly examine her while explaining what he is doing as well as why, and all the possible options to move forward. Not to mention he calls to check up on our pet and encourages us to express our questions and concerns. Dr.Watts truly cares about Lena - his knowledge and excellent service will keep us coming back!

Dr. Watts is an excellent vet. I have brought multiple cats to Dr. Watts over the last two years for a variety of reasons including dental cleanings & surgeries and regular visits for a cat with renal failure. He even recently treated a stray I'd found with a severely wounded leg for weeks. Dr. Watts is knowledgeable, caring, attentive and always has time to address my concerns and answer my questions. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Watts and Highland Creek Animal Clinic.

Dr. Watts and his amazing team have been amazing for the past 6 years we've been with them. They saved my dog, Fifi's life at least twice now. Her quality of life has been improved immensely and she doesn't even know she's a senior. All thanks to Highland Creek Animal Clinic. They treat your furbabies like their own family, and that matters so much for me! It's no surprise that they just keep winning so many awards. Each one is well deserved. Thanks so much, you guys! <3

I visited this clinic twice. I time with my cat and the other time with my dog. Doctor and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both of my animals do not like visits to the vet but both of them were calm during the visit. This doctor will not be doing unnecessary treatments and charge you unnecessary fees. I highly recommend this clinic especially if you leave in this area.

Dr. Watts is the best vet out there. we have been to many vets over the years and he is the best hands down because of his care, his knowledge, his experience and his love for animals. He also is very reasonably priced and only treats your dog with the necessary treatments. He never tries to sell you anything unnecessary and shows that he genuinely cares about his patients.

I work at a nearby boarding kennel/dog daycare, and this clinic has been wonderful over the summer when any of our pets visiting need to be seen by a vet. The doctor seems very reasonable, communicates well, and is honest, he doesn't suggest anything above what is required. A few staff members are in the process of switching over our own pets!

Dr Watts and his team are more than capable, kind and caring. They have been invaluable in their support throughout our dog’s serious health issue. From calling to check-in, following up and advocating on our behalf for specialists appointments, they have been there every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend Dr Watts and his awesome team!

Best service and best prices. Dr. Watts and his team are the best you can find anywhere. Even if you're not from the area they are in, it's worth the drive. You'll find that your pet is most cared and most loved! Plato and Fifi are lucky and blessed to have Dr. Watts as thier veterinary doctor!

We have been with Dr Watts and his stuff since we got our puppy in 2020. I am so glad we found them. Dr Watts is extremely professional and his work ethic is impressive. He is honest, knowledgeable and he cares a lot. I trust him 100% because he always gives very reasonable advise.

This clinic is amazing. All the staff are fantastic and Dr. Watts is kind, knowledgeable and has a massive love for animals. The whole staff has been beyond understanding, comforting and supportive throughout my dog's sickness. I appreciate them so much. Best vet I've ever had.

My daughter's puppy makes regular visits for the various shots and check ups. Friendly assistant comes out to take the dog in for the treatment and then calls to explain what is being done. Payment is done over the phone and then the assistant brings him back out.

Not a big deal for most dog owners, but this clinic is GREYHOUND FRIENDLY!! Greyhounds have different needs than most breeds, and finding a safe place to bring your grey, where the vet and the rest of the staff understand your dog, is, well .........greyt!

Couldn't be happier having found Dr.Watts and his staff, and can't say enough good things about them! Thorough, caring and not always trying to "sell up" as my previous vet did. Follow up phone calls from Dr. Watts are routine! Would recommend to anyone.

The secretary is wonderful at answering my questions and providing explanations & vaccine information. They are also very responsive when you call them. Plus, everyone we interacted with for our vet visit was very kind and professional.

Love this clinic, my dog Katie is now 15 and she knows when we are going there & gets excited. Dr Watt takes time to listen to my concerns & to evaluate my dog's condition. I am so glad we found this clinic after moving into the area.

We were recommended this animal clinic for our new puppy and they are truly great! Their prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and they’re very responsive when you contact them to book appointments etc.

I requested a prescription for my dog and the vet got offended that I did bot purchase medication through him. He is more concerned about making money rather than helping my dog who was suffering in pain.

This vet office will rip you off. Two routine visits for a perfectly healthy 3 month old kitten costed 220 dollars. Vet did two exams and a few vaccines. DON'T GO HERE!
