Found them while looking for graduation lei for my son, last year, I went to pick up and the lady (maybe owner) gave me a free balloon that I was going to purchase. It really touched me, as I was already emotionally, maybe she sensed it. I also just recently purchased a beautiful flower arrangement, last minute, for my friend’s new baby arrival. They were stunning online, and I saw them in person while visiting and they were far more beautiful than I expected. I purchased them the night before and they arrived the next day less than 24hrs, no extra fees! Highland Park florist, you are my favorite local florist and I highly recommend you!

Highland Park Florist went above and beyond. Not only were the flowers beautiful and fresh, they persisted after failed attempts to deliver. The recipient and I were notified of incomplete delivery due no one home and gate locked. When call was made to them shortly after hours, they picked up and were friendly & kind, informative and updated details/contact in hopes of a more successful delivery the next day. However, not to be defeated and knowing someone was now home, they ended up locating someone to deliver the flowers that same evening! One satisfied and grateful customer - CW

I wanted to visit my grandparents (we live out of state) but we all got sick and it wasn't possible. To be there without physically being there, I decided to send flowers to show that I was thinking of them. I found Highland Park Florist online as they're right down the street from my grandparents house. I saw an arrangement I loved and placed my order for same day delivery. It was SUPER easy to do. Highland Park Florist should be everyone's stop for budget-friendly, beautiful flowers! I placed an order online for Mother's day, and they were very communicative in the process. The next day, I arrived at the shop a little earlier than expected since I was in the area, and luckily my bouquet was ready early. I got the hand-tied bouquet and it had a beautiful assortment of flowers with pink wrapping, just like I requested. I highly recommend this shop and it made me even happier that I got to support a small business. I will be coming back!

I ordered a custom bouquet online and was incredibly pleased with the final product. At first I was unsure of how it would go via an online form because I wasn't sure if I would be able to relay what I was envisioning. I gave a description of designs I liked on their site, and asked for specific changes that were more suited to aesthetics of my sister (who I was sending them to) and Highland Park Florist came through! I’m sorry but I’m beyond disappointed at the arrangement sent to my sister! Pls. come back and pick this back up, it looks like they were picked from someone’s yard on the way to deliver. As a florist you should be embarrassed to deliver this! Your business name is riding on these weeds, and you charged me more than what was showing online!!!! Love it!! the best flower shop ever! I always go there, at least once every two weeks, flowers are always freah and the customer service is great as well! Last time I forgot my id, and since i didn't go pick it up, they mailed it to me. what store do you know would do that for you? I just love the shop overall! the imagination they have to put together a nice bouquet and the quality of the work and flowers :)

I am extremely satisfied with Highland Park Florist! I placed an order around 8:45 AM on their website, which was very easy to use, and it was delivered around noon the same day. I asked for the Spring Mix (Vase) with mostly pink flowers, & it turned out beautifully! I will definitely use Highland Park Florist for any of my LA flower needs!

This is my third time ordering flowers here. Before, I've given five stars, but this time, only four (the pictures showed roses in the arrangement, but there were none - I would have expected at least one). Anyway, the delivery was easy and smooth, and fast! The recipient loved the flowers.
