There was a small mistake (nothing huge) in the order and I filled out the survey to let them know. Today we received a second order of flowers, chocolates, an apology note, an apology email and a personal call. WOW. I'm floored at the care and concern they showed for a customer. They may make gorgeous flowers but BAD customer service. Called in today asking about the delivery, any est time window, possibility of second try if no one answers, and the guy just hang up on me. Making good money on valentines doesn’t mean you can be rude ------ Update: my order was delivered around 7pm, after I called in at 4pm when they promised to deliver by 5pm, 5:10pm as they promised "soon", and again 6pm as they said "any moment". We all understand it's a busy day, but it's worth investing to optimize your logistics

Hands down the best florist experience I have ever had. First, I made a mistake on the delivery address. Lance was so friendly and helpful. It was easily corrected. Then, they send you a "bloomshot" of the arrangement before it goes it out. GORGEOUS, and an excellent value compared with other flower delivery services. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the plants weren't exactly as shown and they could have been a little more diverse...as were shown. The delivery was on time and on the chosen date.
