No aircon , influx of eople from diff areas, short staff , staff doing good job but working under lots of pressure because most of the post office in Johannesburg are closed Norwood Illovo Benmore Morningside All.people.go to Highlands Post Office and you can imagine the pressure on employees. They tried the best but wait for 3 hours to be helped . I have no words on how people are suffering just to get a service

Service is pathetic, from an individual who refused to provide me with her name. Specifically asked her to assist in paying a disc so I'd be able to do change of ownership at the licensing centre. She refused to assist me and me me look stupid for it .

There are no signs for which area to queue in but a staff member helped me. I'm very grateful to Emily who helped me find my parcels and who was very friendly. Better experience than other POs.

Was a long wait for car license because of understaffing. However, the only two people that were working, Tshimangadzo and David really worked hard with efficiency, care and a smile.

Super efficient service. The Manager, when busy, jumps in to assist clients. The gentlemen renewing vehicle licences, David is as efficient & polite as you can get. Thank you.

Went to try renew my disc, systems down, printer broken... Very unhelpful and rude staff who think their job is to chase away customers. Would it hurt to just be civil?

I went there ladies are so rude maybe because I'm a foreigner. One lady told me to move away because she had to serve white people behind me. They are so unkind

Staff member refused to accept an old certified copy of ID (certified ID copy isn't required it was the only one I had) to renew my license.

Great service, teller knew what she was doing, got my parcel without a problem. They are way more efficient than other PO's
