Awful borough to live in for parking. I live in Uxbridge and have no permit therefore I get parking tickets. I pf course pay council tax to Hillingdon. They really need to re-think their parking restrictions and awful companies like EURO PARKING that give out tickets at SAINSBURY'S!!!!

What a beautiful big building and extremely helpful staff...always able to help...mind you can be difficult to get through over the telephone as can be very busy...advise to stay away from the youth offenders section as someone was stabbed there last year

I think the council overall is pretty good, but it's some of their employees that let the council down. Rubbish collection operatives can't be bothered to do it properly, bags get ripped open by them, and then they leave the mess behind. So

They not even deserve 1 star because that much they are ridiculous. I'm heart and blood pressure patient and park right next to my house on double yellow line which I agreed that I made mistake and went to toilet emergency and I don't know

The building entrance is not marked correctly here. Thanks to that we arrived a few minutes late because we had to walk all the way around to explore where the entrance could be and had to rebook our appointment and pay again. Their staff

Once again Hillingdon Council proof their housing given intentions is partially harrasement abusing intimidating targeting threatening taken unlawfully illegally to the Court. Repeatedly harrasement abusing issues thrrough to LEGAL AID.

This council is that bad my son who is autistic adult has been waiting 5 months on probity one because he has 41traits of autism spectrum disorders they have all the assessment but they are trying to force my son to get more information

Called to inform the Council of my concerns of dangerous litter on the pavement in a residential area. I was pleasantly surprised it was cleared away within a couple hours, Thank you for your commitment in keeping our Borough safe ,

The lady who helps with the birth certificate is soo racist she told us to open the door while we were busy applying birth certificate for our child, but when we finished other customers are allowed to closed the door behind

Quick and easy covid test. Helpful and friendly staff made the process a lot less daunting. Seemed quite apocalyptic when I walked in but was soon out and had a result (negative, thank goodness) the following day.

Had to go to the Housing Services Dept. What an awful place, clearly designed to put people off coming in. The person we saw, to return a deceased residents keys, was pleasant enough and did everything necessary.

have to wait till dec to have light switch in bathroom replaced not had a light for 3month already, so yes YOUR A VERY GOOD COUNCIL and only gave 1 star because could nt post otherwise that says it all

I saw a man tall man living around leybourne road harassing and intimidating a young lady. Please if you can put up an awareness in leybourne road that harassment is not tolerated!

Was here for the Citizenship ceremony. The ceremony was very well organised. Nice building and very well maintained. After the ceremony they did a COVID test as well.

Housing department is awful and often having to wait for hours just to see someone for something that won't take 5 minutes

Must be a lot of cutbacks. No person to have a face to face. Told to use internal phone, difficult as hard of hearing.

Perpetuates and promotes homelessness with other social issues across West London particularly towards minorities.

Went for a virus test, it was pretty quick nice and easy. It's recommended to get one once a week if you can.
