Bait Marketing and False Advertising I went into Samsung Store in Ballito Junction Mall and asked for a quote from the Shop Assistant and Manager on a specific Samsung air conditioner. I was quoted a price which they acquired off their system. I paid for the 2 units. Now, a week later I have still not received my air cons and Samsung Store (Hirsch’s) announce to me that I was accidentally quoted the wrong price “due to a system error” and I have to pay in on the units This is false advertising and bait marketing I have been misled into purchasing the Aircons through them which I could have bought elsewhere. Clearly Hirsch’s and their staff are not about honest and ethical business and marketing and mislead their customers I believe that Hirsch’s should step up and honour their quotes and not deceive the public by coming after the fact and then trying to up the price to suite their own pockets and commissions.
