My partner bought a pendant which was from the display cabinet. He put it on layby (meaning the store holds the item while regular payments are made till $0 owed). Due to the colour (taboo for a wedding) we had to exchange / return the item - we did an exchange due to losing significant amount of deposit if we returned the layby item. We enquired about 24k gold chains and the attendant stated that 24k is not available and not sold in Australia - which is incorrect. I called another jeweller and confirmed 24k is available. We chose another jewellery item via the display cabinet. The other day we came in and paid it off and picked up the item however there was no hi how are you, no acknowledgement of us walking into the store even though the attendants were sitting at the desk talking. I'm surprised with the customer service. In the beginning where you select an item for purchase the customer service was superb however when things go wrong then little to no customer service and they dont want anything to do with you. I guess the positive was that a jewellery cloth and cleaner were included.

My daughter and I have brought a few beautiful pieces from Holdsworth Jewellery at Knox City, and we have always been happy with our purchase and customer service. Recently my Mum passed away and she had a stunning diamond ring which her Mother gave to her. With five daughters and only one ring it was decided that my eldest sister inherited the family heirloom. I had always admired the ring and I decided to have a copy made so I too could have a piece of jewellery to remind me of my beloved Mum. Sandy talked me through the process, emailed me pictures, and kept me updated, and within a month the ring was ready. Tim the Jeweller did an amazing job making an exact replica, every detail was perfect, the scrolling underneath the setting, the placement of the diamonds just beautiful workmanship. I now have a ring that I can pass on to my daughter and it’s been a pleasure working with Sandy and Tim. Thank you once again, Patricia.

I have had two very pleasant experiences recently, at Holdsworth Bros Jewellers, Westfield Knox. The first buying a necklace for my wife, Sandy spent some time going through alternative designs with me until I made my final choice. My wife was thrilled with the result. My second experience was buying matching earings to suit the necklace as a present for a special wedding anniversary. Sandy & Jacqui were both involved again, assisting me through the design process. A proposed design was sent to me for final approval, a completion date was determined, and they advised me when the earings were completed. In conclusion, the necklace and earings were beautiful, they were on time, and the assistance I received from both Sandy and Jacqui was very friendly and professional. Spent a lot of time shopping for an engagement ring. What made Holdsworth stand out was that they actually listend to what we wanted and showed us relevant pieces rather than the generic items above our budget and in different cuts and colours. The Holdsworth sales woman, Christine, didn't try to up sell us a larger stone but recommended one that the right size and cut for my fiance. Lastly other shops were willing to reduce their prices upwards of $3k on their initial quotes. When negotiating the final price, Holdsworth only reduced their around 5% which isn't a huge saving but made me feel better that their prices weren't grossly inflated. The independent valuations also support this. All in all, extremely happy with them and will be getting wedding bands from there next.

I went to Holdsworth after we decided to finally set a wedding date. We didn't allow ourselves much time and I think we had about 3 weeks left before I went searching for a ring. Holdsworth had a nice selection compared to other places. I can't thank Jacqui enough for showing us some perfect rings, getting the size perfect, and getting it rushed through. It was looking doubtful to have it in time with such short notice, however, it was all done and ready with a few days to spare. Plan B, they kindly offered to lend a sample ring so we had something to exchange on the day, but we didn't need this in the end. Where do I start.. Christine was nothing short of amazing! My now fiancè dealt with Christine whilst in the process of picking and purchasing my engagement ring. She made the process easy, enjoyable and as stress free as possible for him. When it came to picking our wedding bands, it was a no brainer where we were going to get them from. Yesterday I picked up my 51year old engagement ring after it had been restored by Holdsworth Jewellers at Knox. I’m thrilled !! it’s exquisite!! I think it’s better than the original state. Holdsworth Knox have repaired and restored much of my mother’s jewellery ,which I inherited , and I have always been pleased with the results . I remember when Frank ,the jeweller, sat in the back corner of the store doing repairs and creating new pieces. The staff are extremely professional and lovely at the same time .
