What a great family holiday to Kenya! We booked our whole trip with Holiday Bazaar who were fantastic. Great service (instant communication via WhatsApp and email), super advice on the itinerary which ended up being the perfect blend of beach in Diani Beach, safari in Masai Mara and activity in Lake Naivasha (biking in Hell's Gate where Pride Rock from Lion King is located). Nishma and her team including Fatma at Holiday Bazaar also did listened to our dietary requirements espeically of my 2 daughters who have coeliac disease and are vegetarian. At every location they had arranged in advance for the hotels' chefs to proactively handle our requests. In Masai Mara we got to see all the big cats, the great migration including multiple zebra herd river crossings. Highly recommend Holiday Bazaar and will surely be using them again!

Where do I start? Holiday Bazaar has been my constant for many many years. Whether it’s for emergency travels for my son and me, or whether it’s for a break, and I need bookings, tickets and accommodation, HB has never ever let me down. Avni, one of the senior travel consultant, has answered my queries and sorted out my bookings even on a Sunday evening! Rakhee has always answered all my local tourism questions in less than an hour and what can I say about Nishma, Jinal n Kantibhai, they r an ocean full of empathy and kindness.

Although our meticulously planned trip has had to be postponed because of the pandemic, I applaud the excellent service the unflappable Rakhee provided in planning a Kenya/Tanzania safari: negotiating with hotels and lodges to obtain the best rates for our small group and responding promptly and patiently to our many questions. I have no doubt that once it is safe to travel this trip will be amongst the most enjoyable and memorable.
