I took my car for a wash yesturday night at 12:30 am as I had a bird smashed into my car while returning from Port Augusta and the bumper was covered in blood. The coin changer was shut so I had to use my credit card, the machine charged $5 and I presoaked and use the foam brush. I ran out of my credit it was literally less then 2 mins before I went to tap my card again but the business owners turned off the EFT machine so I tried taking my car into other 2 bays but they watched me on the cameras and shut the power off for other 2 bays I tried. I understand the policy that customers must have credit while washing but 2 mins extra, come one guys grow up and learn to run a business. You can simply increase your EFT amount from $5 to $15. Not by playing unwisely and shutting down the wash bays. Tell me which business dont get the losses and overhads while they run successful operations. Have allowance of seepage while you make profits. Otherwise you greed will take away your loyal customers. I am got going to use your service after this experience.

My cars get the best wash at Hollywood car wash(drive through) i drive 25 minutes to get to this car wash, then the same back home. Other lazer washes don't match it, Ive tried ones closer to home, but my car still looks dirty afterward. Thats why i keep coming back to the Hollywood one.

The dog wash stopped working and the very rude guy operating the car wash told me "I don't care if you're dog gets a skin infection im not going to come over and help you" All recorded and the guy was so rude and clearly does not want his job

The bays are always clean and fully stocked with suds and wax. Easy to get change if you need it and good access to the site compared to some. I'm always happy with the time per coin ratio and leave happy with a clean car. Good value.

It's ok, don't like the idea of getting charged for using your card for paying,one would think that it would be included in the price, don't t like it nor should the tax department as they would be missing out on a lot of revenue

Manual wash is fine and works very well, however automatic car wash is not great. I feel like I get cheeted because I choose ultimate(most expensive)wash and it do not have drying facilities

Spent $20 for a car wash and it didn't even manage to clean the bird poop on the wind shield... also left water stains everywhere after, making it look like i never washed the car

Good brushless carwash, reasonable price $17 for top of the line. Lights don't work properly to show where you are in the cycle and don't dry. It's still good, though.

Wouldn't use the soap seems to be a scam to use more money as it takes longer to wash off. I generally skip this method and find that the end result is just the same.

Vacuums are a rip off!!! Barely any suction, switched to another one and had the same issue! My grandmother would have more suction for $1 then this place

For the price I wonder if you do get what it says you do as the process is too quick. It's good if you're lazy and can't be bothered washing your car.
