My mother in law paid for Hajj trip and was told all was in order up until 1 week before Hajj when he stopped taking calls and messages. She did not go for Hajj and her money has not yet been returned. We have no further contact from him to us.
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. TOOK MY MONEY FOR UMRAH. NO TICKETS. NO APOLOGY. KEEPS SAYING HE'LL GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY AND HASN'T DONE SO. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
