Absolutely love this store, great bang for ya buck and friendly customer service. My daughter and I get our art supplies from this store, and the occasional candle or two. Have found some really beautiful lanterns and dream catches here. Lots of goodies for around the house also. Thank you to the team at Home Essentials for always being so kind to my daughter and I. 10/10

Very bad customer service we’ve asked to have look at the mirror on display but one of the worker did not want to take it out. She said that if we are not going to buy it, she won’t take it out for us. We were prepared to buy it but immediately changed our mind and walked out as she was not willing to help us.

True to its name! Huge range of cheap but quality things for the home and lots of gift ideas. The store is also bright and clean with friendly staff, making it my new go to place in Craigeburn Central. Check out their new store if you haven’t already! Really hope they’re here to stay :)

The Home Essentials store in Craigieburn is wonderful. The art supply section is really big and good. I had a lot of help from the girls today so nice and friendly! Will definitely be returning often.
