Upon entering the Lake Worth Area HomeZone we were greeted by Malik (a lovely young man) we entered the store looking for a specific sofa set, which he promptly showed us to in the store. We really liked that set and had fully intended to purchase it today. We then asked Malik if he had any other suggestions, given our specific needs, he knew the exact furniture set we needed to see, oh my goodness it was so perfect! We really liked how Malik listened to our exact needs and he explained everything, answered all of our questions, and then he gave us time to think and discuss the options, such a wonderful sales man! Thank you Malik, for a wonderful shopping Experience. We also got to meet and chat with the Manager, Innocent he is so chill, laidback and full of so much wisdom! He was such a joy and a pleasure to chat with! Innocent actually rang us up for our purchase because we wanted to go home and measure our room before we made our purchase to confirm all of the pieces would fit. I want to say a big thank you to all of the friendly staff members at home zone, and especially a big thank you to Malik and Innocent for helping us with the perfect new living room setup for our home!

I cannot express how great the Home Zone team is at the Lake Worth Tx facility. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and best of all they offer no pressure sales. You can walk in and look at the furniture to your hearts content without sales professionals breathing down your back. We’ve gone in and shopped 3-4 times in the last few months making sure that the furniture we want is the right choice. We were met with professionalism each time. They make furniture shopping a comfortable and fun thing. The store offers an excellent inventory, nice clearance section, and is never over crowded or loud. Great place to shop if you hate the crowds at other stores. We finally made our decisions and we’re helped by Cam and Daisy as well as the store manager to get our purchases complete. I can’t speak more highly of these professionals, we loved working with them. A nice bonus is they offer free ice cream so our kids loved that and they have a nice little area to sit and enjoy complimentary beverages or the ice cream. We are so excited and happy with our furniture selections and the incredible people who helped with our purchases. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit and purchase from Home Zone today! I was greeted immediately by Alex, he was so kind, he made sure to show me my way around the store and answered any questions I had, and checked in the perfect amount to where it wasn’t overwhelming at all, but great for my questions. Innocent was very helpful when he checked in on me I had questions about payment options and he informed me of multiple different options offered and actually found me exactly what worked best for me and sent me the link to easily apply for it. Cam was spectacular, he also helped me with any questions and helped set my purchase up just how I needed it and got me the absolute best deal in my opinion for the sectional I was buying. Everybody was incredibly friendly and easy going, they make me want to go back to home zone as a hobby to be around such great company!

What can I say? I just left the store on 183 by Rigmar and it stunk,it stunk like heavy perfume or they were burning candles.Not everyone can take that smell. So be more courteous ! so we had to leave. I'm glad that we left because I went to the store in lakeworth. That store is just WOW!!! met the manager and his name is Innocent, met one of the workers her name is Daisy, they went above and beyond. Very friendly people, the store is drop dead gorgeous, very clean, no nasty smells in it. Earlier we went to the store on Cooper and it let us down also, one of the workers there was blowing smoke telling us what HIGH QUALITY LEATHER we were looking at PLEASE!! but the best selection is in Lake Worth. Let me tell you about this location specifically. I worked with the Manager Innocent and sales guy Alexander. They were both phenomenal. They went above and beyond with all my absurd request of going back and forth with multiple beds. They were incredibly sweet to my crazy kids and let them watch movies and gave them FREE ice cream and hot cocoa! And for adults they have FREE coffee and difference fancy drinks! They are non commission so they are not bugging you every 5 min trying to get a penny. I truly enjoy this store and the employees here! True Texas hospitality at a Texas owned store! They have my business forever!

Walked into home zone with no expectations but wanted a couch. We were greeted by Alicia with a friendly smile. She made us feel welcome and told us to make ourselves at home. We found a couch at a SUPERB price and immediately moved forward with the purchase. Alicia was extremely helpful with providing all financial options and helped us confirm the purchase that we were satisfied with. We stopped in looking for a recliner. The staff is amazing! Not just friendly but also knowledgeable and patient. Innocent, the manager, and Daisy were both very helpful answering questions and letting us have time to talk between ourselves. Innocent asked great open ended questions that kept us thinking about what we really wanted. Then took to time to show us different options, again taking time to show us features and benefits! In the end, we ended up purchasing a complete new living room- sofa, loveseat, and chair. Communication for delivery was spot on! Delivery today was quick and the guys were great.

As you walk in it smells amazing and the service Ms. Daisy & Mr. Cameron was outstanding! They do not work for commissions so you are not hounded and are readily available for any questions, concerns and or suggestions. Loved the quality and local made furniture! This was our first visit and we purchased a Chester Sofa after comparing to three other furniture stores Loved the quality of local made furniture and fast delivery options. To top it off they had complimentary coffee, water, sodas and ice-cream, we really enjoyed the friendly and professional service and atmosphere!

Walked in at 5:58 PM totally unaware that the store was closing at 6 PM (our bad). However, despite them closing in 2 minutes we were not rushed out of the store or told they were closing soon, instead we were greeted almost immediately with a friendly smile as well as an offering for water. We continued to walk around the store looking at the beautiful and clean layout of everything. Lots of good choices to choose from. Pleasantly surprised with pricing and service overall. Oh my goodness! Innocent was awesome! He had so much patience with this old lady, not pushy, but made sure I had the mattress I needed, I had him hopping with mixed furniture pieces, but we pulled it all together and kept pricing reasonable to me! Ended up with dining table,tv stand, end tables, sofa ,recliner, bed room suite! I’m not sure I thanked him enough! I was very comfortable with whole experience, my daughter was too! She had shopped there before herself, so guess we returning customers,ha! I just wanted it known how he is a “keeper” employee, thank you!

Highly recommend coming into this location! Destiny and Alicia were so wonderful when we came in. They made sure all of our questions were answered and had the most upbeat and sweet personalities! Amy was very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase "today". I was able to get a quote on the item I was interested in. UPDATE: I did go back and purchase a dining set. It was delivered today. The delivery process was smooth. I got updates and could track the delivery. I was able to run an errand during my delivery window. The delivery was quick. They put the furniture together and were gone in a flash. I expected it to take up a big chunk of my day. What a pleasant surprise.

great selection of local TEXAS made furniture. sturdy, heavy duty, and good selection....some strange colors... who has blue sofas or sectionals...or is the 1970s color schemes coming back? employees were very friendly and each mentioned the non commission, no pressure thing... Manager was very nice and offered ice cream... being the fat kid I am, already had some free ice cream. Definitely recommend checking out the selection, very affordable, clean, modern, heavy duty.

Best delivery ever! Tim and his helper (I didn’t catch his name) both did a phenomenal job. They got my couch and recliner in my tiny home. They also got here before the estimated time. Will definitely be doing business with home one delivery service again. Erica from the Weatherford location was great at helping find my couch. And Malik at the lake worth location was great with getting me in and out with transaction.

I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and professional the associates and delivery drivers were from Home Zone. Malik met me when I entered the store and with absolutely no pressure helped me decide what type of furniture would work best for my home. He was knowledgeable and patient. Aaron and Innocent were outstanding! We had a time crunch with needing to purchase a sectional that was out of stock. Destiny was above and beyond with helping me and my husband finding the perfect mattress. I was there twice and for 2 hours each time trying different mattress. I was being anxious and had a ton of questions and she was very patient and knowledgeable.
