"Don’t be fooled"
"Terrible,Terrible, Terrible I ordered a $2300 table for my wife as a surprise unfortunately once I opened the boxes 3 of the 4 items were damaged, which ruined the entire surprise since it was supposed to be put together and her walk in on it! I waived the extended warranty because i had a few days to add it after i surprised her, and we could make a decision together as to whether to add it or not"
"I had an experience with Living Spaces Fort Worth that I'd like to share"
"Wonderful furniture selection, beautiful staging, large mattress selection, easy setup and very quick delivery"
"This great big showroom filled with cheap, imported furniture had the crappiest electric wheelchair options for my aging mother to go look at the lift recliners"
Don’t be fooled. The store is gorgeous but the furniture quality is awful! We ordered a “custom” (aka exactly the floor model) sectional for our living room. The pieces came to our home damaged and misaligned. Customer service here is an absolute hassle. It took me many calls and complaints to finally get them to send out someone to assess the furniture for “repair”. The tech deemed the whole thing was broken. I’m talking within a year this $3500+ sectional was sagging across multiple pieces, the fabric had become pilled and loose, the seams on the couch cushions were stretched, the cushion foam had sagged and had wrinkles in them, and the back of the couch came misaligned. The tech asked me if we had installed the brackets wrong—we told him it came preinstalled! He just shook his head. Two of the “custom” pillows came unraveled at the seams. They also were going flat! Shortly after these photos the pillows came undone so bad I had to toss them. One side of the sectional came with a sagging frame (there is a tilt when you sit on it.) The kicker is there are only two of us in the home at the time. No kids, no pets, no guests. My one year old couch looked like it had been abused in a public space or gone through years of use. My cousin also bought a sectional from LS and had issues with theirs as well. The frame for the arm rests started sagging within a year on theirs. After that inspection LS gave us the option for replacement or store credit. We chose store credit. Then the lady tells me I only have 90 days to spend it! 90 days to spend $3500+. Upon returning to the store we took a better look and everything was cheaply made. We had a very hard time using the store credit (because we didn’t want to buy another bad item) and ended up buying a mattress from a known brand as that was one of the few things not made by LS. I like browsing their stores but their quality sucks and their prices are high. Stick with Haverty’s or Nebraska Furniture. They get two stars because at least I finally got a refund in the form of store credit. But the quality deserves a one star. Also, I did not know I had ordered a “custom” piece until I tried to cancel (before delivery). Be careful of their hidden policies! Just because you order something you see on the floor does not mean it’s a standard item! Those reps may not inform you (as they didn’t inform me.)
Terrible,Terrible, Terrible I ordered a $2300 table for my wife as a surprise unfortunately once I opened the boxes 3 of the 4 items were damaged, which ruined the entire surprise since it was supposed to be put together and her walk in on it! I waived the extended warranty because i had a few days to add it after i surprised her, and we could make a decision together as to whether to add it or not. So I called to let customer service help resolve the matter, I sent pictures, and they sent someone to replace the damaged pieces with new ones, and they were to assemble it. We'll not only did they not assemble it, they didn't even have the correct pieces they were supposed to be replacing. So I had to call them back to get the correct pieces. I get off work and start to put together the benches and as I open them I see they are damaged as well♂️(2nd set) this was the entire reason for them to assemble the items to ensure there was no more damage to the new items. I then call customer service again and tell them I want to speak with a supervisor. The associate says why and won't transfer me to someone. He then tells me to hold on and send me to an automated service, and the phone just hangs up. I called back, and they sent someone to replace the table top that was damaged. They put it together. My wife approved the table even though it was damaged she just didn't notice until the next morning when there was mote light in the house, but she approved it, so I'll just have to accept that. I call back and tell them about the benches they send the 3rd once don't assemble them and they're damaged too. It was just a terrible experience, and I'll never buy anything from here again. The least you could do is give us the warranty for having to deal with all of this bull buy that was too much of an ask after spending 2300 on a table.
I had an experience with Living Spaces Fort Worth that I'd like to share. The store itself was nicely organized, with well-planned layouts and furnishings arranged in real home environments. One thing I appreciated was the absence of pushy salespeople; the staff was friendly and helpful without applying any pressure. After carefully selecting a sofa and two reclining chairs for our living room, we set the delivery dates. On the designated day, the sofa arrived first. However, during my inspection, I noticed a dark stain on the hand rest area. I immediately took photos and contacted customer service to report the issue. They agreed to pick up the sofa and provide a replacement, so we scheduled another delivery. To my disappointment, the replacement sofa turned out to be in an even worse condition than the first one. I promptly reached out to customer service once again, providing them with updated photos of the damage. They assured me that they would arrange for someone to come and repair the issues. On the day of the repair appointment, after discussing the situation with the repair person, I decided that I no longer wanted the sofa to be fixed. Instead, I requested a replacement or a refund. When customer service contacted me, they simply scheduled a pickup date for the sofa and mentioned the possibility of a refund. I must say, I expected better customer service from Living Spaces. While I understand that the first delivery had flaws, it was disheartening to receive a replacement that was even worse. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I will not be shopping at Living Spaces again. Furthermore, I cannot in good conscience recommend this store to my friends or family. The first photo is the first sofa and the rest of the photos are the second delivery.
Wonderful furniture selection, beautiful staging, large mattress selection, easy setup and very quick delivery. We bought our mattress today and they're delivering it tonight. They have a kids playground/daycare place right next to the cafe and restrooms where you can leave your kids for up to 2 hours at a time for free. My kids absolutely loved it. There are nice big windows so we could easily see what they're doing at all times and the workers were very friendly and caring. They have a cafe with free water, sodas, and coffee, and other food and alcoholic drinks that you can pay for but are very reasonably priced. The chicken nuggets are actually really really good. And after you pay for your food if you want you can show the receipt to your salesperson and if you purchase over $100 worth or mechanic from their store that day, they can take the amount of your cafe purchase off your bill. When we were done buying our furniture my kids spent at least 30 minutes giving me house tours of the fake houses in the middle of the showroom floor that are staged with furniture. They realized around, showing me all the different tables and beds and decorative items that are around. It was actually a shockingly fun play date for them! We got a $300 store credit from our purchase so we're actually going to come back to look for something to spend that on, grab a cheap lunch, and also to let our kids have time at the play place and give us some more "house tours"
This great big showroom filled with cheap, imported furniture had the crappiest electric wheelchair options for my aging mother to go look at the lift recliners. One would reason that items for mobility-limited individuals would be located at the front of the store. Especially since the only two electric wheelchairs are in desperate need of repair. But not Living Spaces! Tucked in the furthest back corner from the entrance is an area with about eight lift recliners. Not great lift recliners. Cheap, imported recliners from China, China, China, China, China, China, Vietnam, and hey! Look, one made in USA! We did notice the store had quite a number of young couples and singles perched on couches with wine glasses and beer bottles in hand. Living Spaces has $2 wine and beer, so the store is the cheapest bar around! Plus, they have a huge child play area on site. So for $12, a young family can get out of the oppressive August heat, turn the kids loose under the watch of a sitter, and pour in cheap alcohol for several hours. But if you're looking for a nice, well-made lift recliner for your elderly parent? Where you don't have to hike a half mile to take a look? Lazy Boy is just up the street.
I purchased a rug online. When it was delivered I wasn’t prepared to put it in the space for about 2 weeks. Once I opened the rug I noticed there was a tear on the seam. I tried to chat online to see what the process was to exchange the rug on two different occasions and I received a message stating there was no one available to chat at that time. I then called the store and was told I need to file a claim and was emailed the process. After I submitted the claim received a message I would hear back in 6 business days. 8 business days past and I called because I hadn’t heard. The employee stated it was denied because it was past the 7 day return policy. Asked to speak to a manager and again, no exceptions claim denied. Then asked to speak to someone else because I felt that wasn’t fair due to the circumstance. They stated some one would call me in 24 hours. No call, I get an email (past the 24 hour mark) stating again claim was denied. I might add that I recently purchased a $4000 couch 2 months before. And now I’m stuck with a $350 torn brand new rug. But they didn’t care that I was a return customer. We will longer purchase from them.
Customer Service is terrible. The shopping experience went well. However the ease of customer service is a bit of an oversell. We had our furniture delivered and unboxed 4 days later. Immediately we saw that the wine bar had a lot of issues. The CS person we spoke to gave us a hassle. We sent them pictures of a large dent on the corner, misaligned pieces, raw wood showing, etc and wanted an exchange. This was on 4/29. They told us they’ll have to have their manager give us a call. No call. We called them twice before we had someone set up an appointment for them to “inspect” it. By that time I’m wanting them to take the thing back. They tell us that it’s beyond the 7 days. Well, hold on. We opened this ticket 4 days into the purchase. And were on a holding pattern awaiting a “manager”. They set up an appointment for inspection for 5/16. Now THAT is being requested to be pushed back to the 26th. Which will take us now out of our 30 day exchange window. We had gone into the store to complain only to be rudely met by some guy at the desk not wanting to talk us. Very disappointing.
BUY IN STORE, NOT ONLINE!! Best shopping experience ever!! Same online financing available but coming in the store benefits the employees for they are incentivized off revenue, not sales. This also cuts out the pushy salesman experience. Talk about the reasons to come in! Not only do they offer complimentary daycare, they have a full service bar that will take up to $50 of your tab off the price of your new purchase! Win win! Shout out to Jacob for answering all our questions and for putting up with us. He was very helpful and friendly. Thank you to Karen for running us through the application process. Gracie at the service desk was extremely kind, personable, and filled us in on everything we needed to know about the store and our purchase. Upon picking up our couch, James H., Sam W., and Gunner L. greeted us with a smile, loaded up our things quickly and wished us well with our purchase. Kindness goes a long way and this store provided exceptionally service. We will be back for all our future furniture needs.
Disappointing quality and poor response. Edit 4/21/2023: Living spaces has a policy refusing to exchange defective parts until a tech has reported the part impossible to repair, but they also refuse returns after 7 days of being delivered. Do not bother with this company. You will be stuck with garbage and go through non-stop repair/warranty for any defects. Ordered a bed that has been sitting in pieces due to defects and missing parts for nearly a month now. Issues: 1. The corner bracket on one rail was bent. 2. All the bolts on the foot board were missing. 3. Another bracket was missing a screw. Tech sent to fix the rail was quick and effective which is the only reason I'm not giving 2 stars. After finding all the bolts missing from the footboard, customer service told me the only option was to get warranty service to call back which would take another week. They don't even have the specs for the bolt for me to fix myself.
I can't say enough good things about the entire staff who assisted us during this purchase. I've always gone into furniture stores and left because of either price or staff attitude. But living spaces exceeded all of my expectations. No need to go to any other company. Our floor salesman, Jordan, was amazing! So fun and informative, he was able to find us our perfect couch and a wonderful coffee table! Our checkout woman who helped us with our financing, Gracie, was a hoot! Such a good attitude and easy to work with. She explained everything clearly and concisely and helped set up our delivery window without issue. Lastly, can we talk about the in-store bar? Wonderful service even with us coming up right at closing. We tried to turn away, but she refused to let us go unserviced. 10/10 all around experience and will be purchasing ALL our furniture from here from now on.
Horrible customer service was told if we bought we could get delivered by the next 2 days... Went through picked out over 16,000 I'm furniture that was in stock then was told it be next week to delivery also the girl was supposed to send link of sales to email it was the wrong customer stuff.. Went back in and the manager was rude when we called her out for saying she was the one who actually said we ha e same day delivery.... Will never go there again... Went to Rooms to go and got a better deal and delivery will be as promised this week.... Also they don't have a local number to call about anything you have to call the California call center then they won't give you the local store number... That should be a huge red flag in itself....
I purchased multiple items from living Spaces and have the living Spaces credit card. You get 18 months financing with no interest. I called in June to pay off my First promotion and they ended up paying off the second promotion that was set for a later date. I noticed four months later that I’ve been getting interest of $40 a month after my first promotion expired because the lady posted my payment incorrectly. I called today to see if the interest can at least be removed from the last four months and I could make my payment in full and they were completely Unhelpful. And refuse to do anything about the situation. I will never shop at living Spaces again! And I will never open another card under synchrony.
Even our kids like going to Living Spaces. The cafe has coffee, drinks, beer, wine, snacks, pizza, pretzels, etc. Save your receipts because anything you buy at the cafe they will apply to your furniture purchase. Selection here is great. Lots of one off furniture products in the Elements sections. Ranges of quality and prices for every budget. Multiple options on styles, fabric and colors. They even have custom order available if you want to pick your own. Service here is always exceptional. They aren’t on commission so you aren’t hounded everywhere like some other big furniture stores. They are staffed well though so you can always find help when needed.
Salesman named Nelson at this location lied to us and we purchased a $4k couch as he assured us the couch was scratchproof and therefore any scratches would be covered if we just got with him when we submitted the claim. These folks will apparently tell you whatever they want. Change the name to Dying Spaces cuz they won't survive with those ethics. Response to reply from Living Spaces: Unfortunately, that is just a milk-toast reply and does absolutely nothing to make me whole in the over $8k purchase we made with your company and assures you will do the same to the next customer. Steer clear of these people.
Shopping there was nice , store was very organized . Just the customer service experience was bad . If I’m not wrong the customer service guy was Conor , very aggressive and rude for no reason . Seemed aggravated that I asked some questions . It’s understandable that as a customer we can sometimes ask very basic question but that is no reason to treat another person that way . Had a headphone on his ear and listening to music and when he got mad with my questions he threw away his headphones and tell me how I can search them online like I was born yesterday … just made the store experience very bad overall .
Very disappointed in this store. First time in it and last. You get attacked by sales people when you walk in the door but when I needed help I had to wait. Then once we got help we find out that her iPad doesn't work in that area of the store so had to keep leaving to use her iPad. Knew what we wanted and then learned we had to wait until middle of August, wasn't asked to finalize the sales so we went to Waco and got what we wanted. Got emails asking how they could help but as soon as I said we went a different direction I didn't even hear we are sorry to hear that. Certainly won't go back.
What a beautiful furniture store with just beautiful furniture pieces. In my opinion, everything is very well priced compared to some other similar stores. We went in and didn't realize when it was already time to leave. So many unique designs that we had never seen before! 4 cute little houses are set up and decorated with great creativity and amazing furniture. There is a really good kids play area ( nice climbing net set up and theatre, video games etc. ) which is closed due to covid.AND a bar! Highly recommend visiting this store, if you are setting up your new home or even just a room!
Awful furniture spent over 7k dollars here filed a warranty claim Because the OUTDOOR furniture is falling apart and the refused to cover it staying I didn’t cover the furniture. Are you kidding me? I’ve had it for 6 months Spring/Summer you know when you use your furniture the most and they refused to cover under their one year warranty. Absolutely insane. I specifically asked the sales representative if it would hold up in this heat and you know her answer was yes the best. Please. Anything for a dollar. Don’t buy this cheap furniture. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Not worth it.
We had a warranty claim and were able to use credit to pick out a new couch. Jeremey and Brook were SO KIND and helpful. They sent messages to the warranty team to help get our claim approval moving quicker, and we’re super helpful during checkout. Our floor agent (Marcela I believe (I hope)) was so kind and helpful as well. She found actual samples of the fabrics we chose brought them to us so we could see them in real life and make sure they worked together. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience and I hope they receive the recognition and ($) they deserve!
What a horrible experience!! First they trick you with an amazing in store experience. They have friendly staff and great kid amenities that allows parents to shop. You think, wow this place is great! Then they get your money. I spent almost 5k on two couches, the delivery drivers mess up my door frame and then they dent it! Inside the store they have nice reps outside the store they lack character and accountability. Living spaces won’t help me be user it’s a third party company, that shouldn’t be the consumers problem. Don’t be fooled like me, spend your money else where!
Bought new Couch broke after one year and the extended warranty refuses to cover it. extended warranty it’s a joke They will deny the claim even though it’s states structural damage is covered but they denied the claim faulty furniture that will break and the extended warranty will refuse to cover it I am out 4k on a sectional couch Horribly quality looks great but is trash Update** upon seeing this review the team at living space reached out and offered solutions…. Suddenly the claim that was denied was rescinded and a new piece was ordered to replace the broken piece.
Love this place. First of all it’s just cool, there is a bar with cheap drinks and food. Anything you purchase is taken off the already reasonably priced furniture. There is a huge kids play area that you can check them into so they can have fun while you shop. Great furniture at reasonable prices, they are not commission so the sales people do not hassle you but are helpful when asked questions or for anything. The have quick delivery, bought a mattress at noon and it will be here by 9. Pretty much planning to deck my entire house out in unique LS pieces.
Not impressed with my recent experience. I had to call customer service to figure out when my furniture was going to be delivered. Come to find out, the furniture was being delivered by a third party, which I wasn't told. Customer service told me to call the 3rd party customer service to figure out when I was going to get my delivery. Poor communication. Update: Delivery didn't show up on the day that was setup. It was dropped off randomly a week later while I was out of town. No courtesy phone call, text, nothing. Survey filled out with details.
Greetings, I want to tell you that on Friday I was buying a set of rooms in Living Space and next to the bed in the children's area in the store there was mouse droppings. There was mouse droppings next to the bed in the children's area of the store. Things may be nice but the lack of cleanliness is unbelievable in this place. Be careful when you go to the store and touch things because the urine and mouse poop is very dangerous. I am writing this comment for the Good of the people who visit the place.
I guess I’m too picky because I’ve been here many times and have never purchased anything. The kids area has a ten kid limit which was low for a busy weekend day. The lady at the desk for the kids area took a long time (over 5 minutes) to just get my son checked in. She kept taking dramatic pauses and talking to the two girls in line in front of us. It was very strange. Even my son said she was weird and almost didn’t want to go play. A lesson in professionalism would have helped this lady a bit.
Spacious environment with an abundance of furniture options. There are 4 model homes in side the store all uniquely designed. There are also plenty of items to accentuate any indoor or outdoor space. The non-alcoholic bar was a unexpected touch to an already inviting environment. The furniture design center carries an array of colors and patterns to match any color scheme. The staff were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. It would be easy to lose track of time exploring this store.
Mac was kind and knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with us . We bought furniture and mattresses totalling near 5g. A couple of our friends came with us just to look and ended up with with some new furniture too. Thank you Mac! Nothing to do with Mac, but I spent a lot of money today and then had to pay $99 for delivery. Being in business for myself (now retired) furniture has a huge markup. I don't know if I will ever be back in your store.
This place has a great variety of furnishings and home goods to satisfy almost anyone's taste and style. The prices are really affordable as well. There's a fort to keep children occupied as parents shop, a small eatery to get some food, and a bar that serves drinks so you can shop and have a nice glass of wine or whatever else suits your fancy . The different staged homes are also loads of fun to walk through. Love this place ✨.
Wow, after visiting the store at Presidio Shopping center, I was impressed. However, now I see from several sites that Living Spaces doesn't have good customer service. In fact, all the negative reviews are about horrible customer service. Living Spaces, you need to get your act together if you want to attract paying customers like myself. With these kind if issues with your company, who would want to buy anything from you.
Went for the first time today and asked a lady where the recliners were, her first question to me was if we were planning on purchasing today or just looking. I thought that was a weird question and what did that matter? It gave us a bad taste and we ended up leaving. If a customer asks for help, you should help them whether or not you know if they’re “planning on purchasing today” or not. Very unprofessional and sales-y.
This store is awesome! When I walked in it felt like Disneyland! So much variety and styles if furniture. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and super helpful. They made me feel comfortable telling me to "have fun!" They have great delivery options. Furniture was reasonably priced. This store can definitely accommodate people with wheelchairs. The restrooms were clean. Definitely going back.
The sales staff on the floor and the delivery guys are top notch, but customer service is not good. We deliberated on a couch for 2 hours and when we finally picked one, they refused to sell it to us at the checkout, stating that this couch does NOT fit through apartment doorways. We went home, measured the doorway, and ordered online with zero problems... it took the delivery guys less than 5 minutes.
Kyle helped us out and was amazing to work with. He was patient, helpful and overall not the normal pushy salesman experience you receive when going through this process of buying the right pieces of furniture. Kyle is the definition of what it means to give quality customer service. That coupled with the quality products you have makes for a memorable experience. Thank you!
This is an awesome place to see a lot of furniture...both indoor and outdoor furniture. It is located just across from Presidio Junction in the Alliance area of North Fort Worth. They offer a coffee bar, a play place for children (much like IKEA), and little homes that are decorated with furniture and ideas. Many, many options and varying price points. Worth the trip!
Recently, after moving to the Fort Worth area from California, my wife and I were in need of a new mattress for ourselves and our dog. We decided to visit Living Spaces and had a great experience. IvanG. was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Working with him took the stress out of making such a significant purchase.
Nelson and his trainee were absolutely wonderful! We just moved to DFW and showed up 20 minutes before closing to find a couch; they not only stayed late to work with us they did it with a fantastic sense of humor and made the whole process enjoyable after a stressful couple of days! We’ll be back for sure to finish furnishing our new place!!
Awesome experience at this store! It was so convenient to shop while our 5-year-old played in the indoor playground, and the women working in the play center were so kind and caring toward our daughter. Then we had success finding a mattress with help from an employee, Ivan. Highly recommend this store, and we will be back!
This is such a great furniture store. Prices are pretty good and they have a unique collection. Every employee was incredibly friendly and I love that they don't work off commission. I can't stand being harassed in furniture stores by the salesman but this place was the opposite. I will be making future purchases here.
Best furniture shopping experience ever. Awesome selection, the greeters were friendly no pressure and gave directions to what we were looking for. Found what we wanted, sales associate took our order quickly and delivered same day. Delivery crew was extremely professional! Now my go to store for furniture.
Recently purchased a new sectional for our loft, amazing customer service. Will definitely be buying all of our furniture from LS in the future. Loved that they had a play area so we could reward our toddler with 10 minutes of playtime after shopping. Such a great experience all around.
First time there and now a first time customer. Tanya was fantastic and took us through the whole experience and explained every step. We will definitely, shop here again and will let my friends know about the store and all they have to offer. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
The store has a very large selection of sectional couches. This is the biggest I have ever seen. Also, I would say that the furniture they carry is different enough from other places that Living Spaces is definitely one store you should look at when shopping for furniture.
Really cool furniture store! I love how they have some different houses that you can wander through almost like a model home. My two year old enjoyed it too. The play area is amazing and if it’s full your kid can ride around in their little push cars. Highly recommended.
I don't even know where to start.... everyone is so AWESOME here!! But Constance is definitely a constant in her kindness & desire to take care of her customers!! Thank you to all the employees who continuously take care of our family of 7!! You know who you are...
Great, friendly service. Found an amazing armchair at a great deal with an “As Is” sticker. I was able to take the floor model home same day at half the price. I’ll definitely be looking for the floor model stickers from now on! Hope this tip helps someone else!
Jacob did an amazing job! We have been to this store three days in a week trying to pick a couch. He was very personable and has such an outgoing personality! He helped us decide on the couches we kept going back and forth with and had so much patience with us!
I went to purchase a recliner today. I sat in multiple recliners - obviously shopping - for at least 30 minutes. NOT ONE employee approached me. Several passed by and two stood nearby chatting. I ended up walking out. Guess I’ll give my money to someone else.
Spent $3.5k on a couch and ottoman. The feet didn’t arrive with the ottoman. LS told us we have to wait 4 weeks for the feet to ship. Ridiculous. I will not buy from them again. We called in asking them to expedite . They said there was nothing they could do.
This is my new favorite place to furniture shop at. I have a bedroom set and a few other items from this store and the quality of the items are far beyond what you would get from another store. Sturdy, pretty, and completely solid hardwood. Ten out of ten.
The worse experience I have ever had with any company and after the many problems I experienced, I can assure you I am not the only one. Purchased about 20k worth of furniture in September of this year. They let me know it would be a couple
Going to Living Spaces is always a fun time for us. We got our couch here about a year ago and it’s been perfect! Today we came back for some bedroom furniture. Karen has helped us twice now and she’s amazing, as is the rest of the staff.
Really hard to get in touch with customer service! In store does not have a direct phone number. We have ordered furniture twice so far and both have come with wrong pieces and missing pieces. Very reluctant on ever buying from here again.
I went in to buy a recliner and fell in love with this one and a man told me this was the price since it’s on the tag. I went to buy it and suddenly it actually costs $750 and this an “as-is” model that they can’t explain the issue with.
Beautiful store, large selection of furniture and there is even have a bar to order a drink or two while you look around. If you purchase any furniture or accessories over $100.00 they will credit you up to fifty dollars on your bar tab.
This store is incredible!!! Beautiful and unique furniture with super helpful staff. One member named DeeDee helped walk me through the store (which is HUGE) and narrow down what style I was looking for. Definitely going back soon!!
Great selection. Very helpful staff. From sales staff to setting up delivery, to the delivery itself, nothing short of exceptional. The delivery guys were so careful moving it into house and setting it up. Communication from sales
I don’t like shopping. But this place was great. Lots of choices and not outrageous prices. Got same night delivery. Sales people do not hound you. AND, there’s a play area for kids and a beer wine bar for adults. Highly recommend.
The customer service was great when working thru a warranty issue. However, the wrong piece of furniture was delivered. I haven’t heard back regarding the issue being corrected. Until then, I can’t give a full proper review.
I would not buy furniture anywhere else unless you just like paying more money. Had the same sectional I wanted for a grand cheaper than everywhere else. Will be shopping here from now on when I need/want furniture.
We go for the wine. But they have a great selection of furniture. The staff is always friendly and willing to keep. Maybe one day we'll but some furniture or a patio set. We just need more time to decide.
Couldn't really find any bar stools that were ready to take home. Came close to ordering but then they talked to me about assembly, warranty, and other fees and just my interest in the purchasing.
Really easy to work with. Made a modification of a sectional we bought last year. Can’t speak for tue delivery and set up at tuis time, but, we were in and it of the store in less than 15 minutes!
The best place to buy furniture I’ve seen so far, amazing service, everything is super comfy, good prices, they have a lot of fabric options with no additional cost to choose the one you like.
My family loves coming here. We've always been greeted with a friendly staff. They are very helpful, and we've purchased lots of items from here, including our dining set and some benches.
Easy purchase process. Interest-free financing. Had everything I was looking for in a style that works for me. One stop shopping for a table, chairs, stools, a sideboard, and a tv console.
Friendly staff, area for the kids entertainment, so many amazing options and the setup is amazing. And the 2.00 wine definitely didn't hurt. Left with a couch that we are very happy with!
Love this place. It's one of my fav for shopping for furniture. This time they seemed to have a lot of western contemporary which wasn't what I was looking for, but over all.....love it!
We appreciate the personalize service we received at Living Spaces in store and during delivery. Rontanya, Roberto, David were wondering and would not hesitate to work with them again.
Great selection of furniture of all rooms. Reasonably priced. Free 2 hour play room that rival KidsMania. Free coffee and tea. $2 beer at Cafe on site. Some prepackaged cake for $2.5.
Large store with variety of items to choose from in every budget. We purchased our sectional here and were impressed with the indoor playground for kids and snack bar for adults.
The staff bent over backwards to insure that we were able to purchase a matching chair to one that my wife, and I purchased a month, or so ago. We couldn't have been happier!
Not crowded when we went on Saturday morning. Had great help from Michael with our purchase. Cafe/bar looks interesting. Reasonable prices. There's also a kid play area.
Sale person Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave suggestions of combinations that hadn’t thought of to make the sectional into a couch and a love seat.
Jacob was very helpful and insightful at no time did we ever feel pressured to make a purchase which felt great compared to past experiences shopping for furniture!
We buy a bit of our furniture here. During Covid the wait times for furniture was crazy long but now it’s not bad at all. Molly is a great sales woman as well.
This place is HUGE. Great section of medium to high quality furniture. Concerned about whether or not they actually back their warranties but we shall see!
Great place, great service and reasonable prices. And you can have wine and shop! Will definitely be back. Kyle was my salesperson and he was great.
The store is clean and nice. It was hard to find a sales representative to assist in the buying process. Had to ask a few times for assistance.
Jacob made my shopping experience fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I can't wait to have my new furniture delivered!
Best place around. Service is amazing, no pressure, straight forward. Selection is great. Kid zone is friggen lifesaving. Great place!
Very nice people, huge selection, and a small bar. Kinda cool. A little overwhelming... they also have a cool indoor playground.
Tanya was extremely helpful. She had an excellent knowledge of every department we shopped at. Truly a professional.
First time visiting this huge store and I was highly impressed. A great selection of furniture and friendly staff.
Excellent customer service, from the sales person Coner McGee We had a wonderful experience at the store.
Julianne was amazing! She was patient with us and walked us through every detail! Look for her in store.
