Came in early this morning around 10:45 am, looking for some flower pots and asked the greeter at the door where I can find them. She immediately replies with, we don’t have any and we won’t be carrying them anymore. Can’t you see, we’re starting to pull out Halloween. You need to go to Home Depot. They carry some.” I was completely turned off by her rude behavior that I just left without looking. Just last week, a lovely associate from the same location, was bringing some flower pots out and had mentioned that she had just received these from the warehouse. I immediately fell with them and bought them. Today, I was hoping to come back for more and see what treasures I could find but with today’s experience, I rather go somewhere else.

Well, this place was a real surprise. They Absolutely have more STUFF then you can imagine. It is roughly organized into sections, you know like kitchen and bathroom areas. And, there is some nice stuff here, not too expensive. But the organization has left the building. This place is like 'Tuesday Morning' on meth. I suggest going there for the first time with no money and a vague idea of what you want and/or need. Undoubtedly you will find lots of stuff but you might want to go to Ross first and see if you can get it for less. Or if you have a few bucks, you can find some really choice items for $9.99. Go when you have time to Really Browse because this store is stuffed to the gills.

Oh my goodness! So much stuff and there isn't one thing that we really need from here, yet we find ourselves shopping at Home Goods quite often. A good spot to get unusual presents for birthdays and anniversaries and sometimes even decent pieces of furniture. Good choice of bedding (sheets, pillows and such) as well as lamp shades, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and tons of decorations for all sorts of interior and exterior. The perfect place to bring the mother-in-law shopping; I swear, she can spend the whole day here :)

This place is the for household goods, especially holiday decor and containers. If your an organization freak like me, you can never get enough containers to Kondo your life. This place has provided so many things that have sparked joy in my home. I recently got 2 rugs and they’ve been amazing. Great quality, affordable prices, and lots of variety. If your decorating for the holidays, I’d recommending coming at least 2 months before the holiday starts to get the best selection.

Very nice store. Great selection of decorator merchandise with surprisingly reasonable prices. We went looking for an inexpensive but appropriate picture for the dining area on our sailboat. We found exactly what we were looking for on our second trip (first purchase turned out a bit big for the space where we wanted to hang it). The customer service person that helped us with the return was very helpful, friendly and courteous, which I really appreciated.

I like the store. I went to the one in Mission Valley a few days ago and was told by a customer service person to try the one on Sports Arena. Which I did today. He told me that they had more furniture in there, okay. Well still can't find two tables that are the same. What I've been looking for. Seems each store had one of each. Unfortunately, not the same as a store. I was in a couple days ago, LOL. Back to shopping online again.

Don’t like the fact that our cashier made a snooty noise after our checkout when we told we would not like to donate to the charity. To the Check out lady on line 3 @ 2:30 on 11/13/22 the old lady with the short blonde hair. I’ll donate to charity in my own time. It was rude and ruined the whole experience. I was only there to grab two things but instead was judged at check out line. Most annoying experience ever.

I LOVE HOMEGOODS!! Every time I visit this store, I find more than what I came for. And it's dangerous because it's only 5 minutes from my home! Haha! They have an awesome assortment of kitchen ware, items to help organize, glassware, candles, seasonal items, bathrooms accessories, lamps, rugs, etc etc. The cashiers are usually very friendly and the line to checkout goes pretty fast. No doubt I will be back.

God has blessed Amelia because she’s the kind of person that you can have instant rapport with. What better way to end your shopping than to check out at her register. She certainly brightened our day, with her wonderful laughter and personality! My husband and I are so happy that HomeGoods has quality staff, like she is. “Employee Of The Month”, DEFINITELY!!!!!!!

No returns without receipt. I bought a cheap poorly made Himilayan salt lamp, attempted to return hours later, was RECOGNIZED by the woman who sold it to me, and still wouldn't return it. Then had the nerve to say it was bc they didn't have the technology to track any purchases lol. Every business in America tracks their purchases and revenue.

Today was a restock olive oil day. Home goods has a really good selection of olive oil and avocado oils. Oils that usually retail for $14/15 can usually be found for around $8.99/9.99. My favorites are Sparta and Minos all Greek extra-virgin and from single source olives and Amphora which is Turkish and single source olives. Opa.

We love to walk around and peruse in this store. They have a great selection of just about anything you’d need for the home. We like to check out clearance areas to see if there are any hot deals. Today we got a good deal on an area rug. Customer service was friendly and patient when we were having bank card troubles.

A fun place to browse through. The merchandise is up dated ,rotated often and most of it is good quality. I love the different varieties of teas and special imported kitchen staples such as candies, mixers, vinegars, and oils. Theres a bitnof everything gere, including friendly , patient cashiers :)

This is the perfect place to go if you are looking for anything home. We were able to find everything that we wanted for our home. Everything from pillows to plants. You can also sign up for rewards and discounts at their chain stores. Overall this store was really great. I would recommend.

I've never left this place empty handed. Lol. I seriously would buy everything there. Very nice place! Variety of products for different tastes, however store doesn't carry enough of a quality of the same product (for ex. plates. It was hard to find a set for 6 ppl there once...)

Always my happy place. Love hunting for treasures like me? Homegoods! All kinds of styles, at affordable prices. But my experience tells, if you see and you really like, take it, because one minute later will be gone and even if you visit other locations you will hardly find it.

Not really a HGs issue but parent shoppers let kids run all over, they took all pillows off shelf and left them on floor, blocking any chance to maneuver a shopping basket. Pillows literally everywhere on floor. Employees were super busy up front, checking out customers

I go here to buy things for work. I make big purchases every couple of months. I have always had a very good experience. I always find great things, and customer service is great. They are very patient with the check out process, especially with the quantity of items.

Nice array of unique home decor items that seem to be average to below-average price. I've found a few things for my home that I love that weren't outrageously priced. Kind of like Cost Plus/Pier 1, but with way more items and a little more reasonable I guess.

Little bit of everything for the household, including pets. Especially large selection for kitchen, bedding and bath, and accessories. The inventory changes seasonally, a great spot to find holiday themed items year round. Ample parking, great discounts.

I found sugar free coffee syrups by Skinny syrups. I can't wait to try them as they all smell delicious The isles are too crowded with merchandise its difficult to maneuver around people this time of year. Otherwise a pleasant experience ☺ …

Great variety and selection, but this store is too small. This makes it difficult to maneuver the aisles with a cart. Home Goods take note. If you can't use a cart easily you purchase less. Make the aisles easier to navigate!

This was my first time there and spent almost $300.00. They have great priced kitchen items. Really have a great supply of bath and kitchen towels. Also great variety of miscellaneous items. This will be my Christmas store.

The store was well organized and had a great selection of HomeGoods stuff. The staff was ok, I didn’t interact with any of them. They didn’t greet you or ask if you where ok, and I count about ten of them that I saw.

Half as much inventory, 25% as many customers, still a nice place to browse and buy great stationery products. Everyone, customers and staff, were very respectful about social distancing Very peaceful experience.

Very patient and helpful workers, good selection but layout is a bit overwhelming given the size of the store and amount of stuff. Definitely a treasure hunt in there but overall good homegoods.

Love this place....but guys it's hard to find masculine bedding here. Lots of pastels, floral, and poka dots. There was some "stitch y kitchy" stuff by I'm not fond of that unfinished look.

Went shopping for household items and got assisted by Shirley. Very helpful and courteous. Made my shopping experience a nice one. I will definitely go go back to that store and shop again.
