This location is close to my house and was my go to as the staff was very helpful and nice. Recently however the staff have been awful. Not sure if the store has gone through staff or management changes recently as I don’t recognize a lot of the staff. I needed help with a matching patio set which had been partly returned thus ruined and I wanted to find the remaining pieces at another location possibly as I fell in love with it. I asked a staff member (which I’m certain was a manager) to help me by either finding which store might have it or giving me information about which number on the tag I would need to be able to find the remaining pieces at another location. The lady I was dealing with was extremely rude, she told me to call myself as the staff usually don’t call other locations to put anything on hold for customer, then preceded to tell me that doing this for me would be a waste of her time. Please consider training the staff at this location on customer service skills

My favourite place to go! It’s treasure hunting spot... depends on when and which location you go to ... enquired from different employees and figured out that they get fresh stock every TUESDAY!!!! I Can spend whole day exploring this store and items they have are at very very good with great quality and prices ...ohh I love that part .... very reasonable for stuff they have. Everyone’s experience could be different as this store literally test your patience level. My favourite items to shop from that store is kitchen utensils, clothing, spices (organic ones) as you can sometimes find high end designer items ( again depends on time, location and LUCK) Warning::: it’s not a store for you if have no patience and don’t like to spend time on shopping!

The past couple times the customer service and management has had a bad attitude, I purchased a plant and the pot was majorly chipped and the manager is telling me its supposed to be like that and I'm like noooo its missing the finish and you can clearly see its a major chip...... 2nd time I was there, a picture I like had Major scratches on it and all they were is taking 2 bucks off and being confrontational about taking a discount off.. I ask for a manager and not one was in the store..... very disappointing in the staff and attitude of the employees working ...

I received a gift card for Christmas but when I went to use it for the first time, the cashier said it wasn't working. I understand technical mishaps occur but I was very upset that there was nothing they could do for me, they couldn't even provide a discount of any kind. I was surprised since this is their own gift card. I must now call customer service to resolve this issue on my own. This is a nice place with affordable decor, I would like to come back and feel confident about using my gift card.

Store is fine, selection always feels like a mixed bag. Mirrors with christmas stuff, candles with snow globes, towels with candy. The layout seems random even when some of the stuff has its own section in the store. BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP USING THESE CHEAP PAPER STICKERS WITH THE GARBAGE ADHESIVE ON THE PRODUCTS. Bought a plastic storage container and 2 candles, now just adhesive residue on the sides of the candles and container, or.... I could just leave your gawdy price sticker on.

This is a nice home decor store with kitchen supplies and linens. The store is well arranged and not crowded looking. It’s well lit and clean. The staff I had contact with were courteous and helpful. The prices are reasonable since they are discounted from original. The stock changes over frequently as what is in the store comes from other stores as surplus items. My wife and I come here at times and have always had a good experience. There are washroom facilities available in the store.

Not the greatest service. 2 serving trays the exact same, one had a crack and was $5 cheaper, I asked the manager if I can have the same price on the less damaged one and was told no because the damaged one was 1 month older... wasnt even because of the crack but because it came in on the previous shipment. Its the exact same tray.... so frustrating. So instead they lost the whole sale all because of a $5 difference.

Just before Christmas witnessed the manager telling off young male Christmas staff in front of customer at til, when customer spoke up and let the manager know it was inappropriate, manager told off customer. She even told customer they were banned and didn't want their business - unbelievable. I left right behind the other customer, never shopping there again.

I will not come back to this location ... Manager is extremely rude& unprofessional .. I found a good deal during the 70% off event.. Item was damaged and on special for 18$ but she changed the price to 38$ putting it at 30%, with a very bad attitude. Not at all the service or standard that I usually have when I do my shopping at Homesense !

This location is great, they have a very good collection, most important the staff are very helpful and kind, and for the lady who helped me with my chairs and small car a few days ago, thank you very much, you guys are doing it right, you know exactly what good customer services is, thank you again, we will visit again for sure.

I love shopping here and we come to this location all the time but all I have to say is the gentleman working up front at the till really needs to learn how to smile and be a bit more friendly when dealing with customers. I felt so incredibly awkward while he rang my items through I couldn’t have gotten out of there faster.

Rudest, snarkiest manager I have ever dealt with. Took only 5$ off a severely damaged item I was interested in. And all the while acting as if I should be grateful to receive such a deal. I would have had no problem with this discount had the manager handled the situation with way less attitude and more professionalism.

We had called around all day for an item we wanted, and this location had one left. Asked them if they could hold it for us, and they assured us they would hold. Got there within and hour and someone was walking out with the item. They stated that the item was already paid hold. Such incapable staff at this location.

Went here looking for chair cushions for dining room chairs and found exactly what we wanted and the color too. Also got 2 beautiful coffee mugs with dogs all over and sayings. This store in Manning crossing is absolutely beautiful and has so many things you'd never find elsewhere. Huge store and huge selection.

You know... I like homesense. Great place to go for quality products at a reasonable price. They also have nice boutique food products to try that make a great adddition to your home meals. I can say from experience that homesense carries some cool, great tasting and new food to try. Thanks homesense. Thanse! ;)

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. At the same location second time now we had to deal with Nothing but racism and discrimination. My Husband was the first one to like the carpet but of course majority wins. Our Kids were with us sad they had to experience racism and discrimination at such young age.

Great and clean store for anything home especially to decorate and for essentials. Easy to navigate through the store and the prices are comparable to other stores that sells similar products. The staffs are also available to help locate products and items in the store. We will surely visit again....

Definitely my favorite store ever. I love that you can get such unique items here that you'll probably never see for sale again, the staff are always friendly to me and I love coming here to see what new items have been brought in. It's always worth a shot coming in here if you have some free time.

This location is great, clean, and well organized. However, the stock sometimes is low which makes those 'oh HomeSense will have that' a disappointing trip. They really need to expand the beauty products section at this location as it always is one of the busiest section of the store.

Very clean store and friendly staff who actually help you when needed. For the limited stock they have, there's quite the variety of things to look at. Their clearance sections are throughout the store, usually at the end of an aisle, are well worth checking out.

The manager was so incredibly rude when she was talking to her employees they acted like beaten dogs. Totally uncalled for. Made me and my mother super uncomfortable having to overhear that sort of ignorant rudeness. I wont be shopping here any longer.

I love this place because I have been shopping on Wayfair.ca and Walmart and other home places. Homsense seems to have great deals. Downside it's a better get it the second you see type store, cause once it's gone it's probably gone. Just a heads up.

Called to ask about a price for something and they were super accommodating! On another note, some lady there made it super difficult to do an exchange for store credit.. I mean, I was going to spend the credit at the store regardless.

This is about the website not necessarily the store... I have never seen a more useless website for a store in my life!! What's even the point of having a website if people are unable to view/browse products?!?!?!?

Great store for an assortment of goods such as kitchen items, towels, pet toys and clothes, furniture, bathroom accessories, artwork. Essentially many things for the home and to give as gifts at a great value.

Sometimes slow to change over items but a nice mix compared to other stores in Edmonton. Usually have a good amount in the discounted and clearance section. Always clean and organized and quick at checkouts

Great store to get unique items for your home not often found in other stores. As well, have also found that very often items are less expensive than on Amazon. Would definitely recommend this store!

They have extremely low stock at this point. It'll be a month or two before they are fully stocked again. I would advise to call ahead of time. They have good Covid-19 prevention practices.

It was well stocked with a mix of Halloween and Christmas decore. Definitely found some cute things, I know the others I liked won't be there for long. Excited to come back soon …

Homesense is like shopping at Winners only the line up at the cash register was very, very long. We almost gave up after standing in line for so long. Other that that, it was fine

A place full of different,weird, sometimes strange things that make you think "who would ever have this in their house?" But then you find the one thing that is perfect for you!

This store always nice. You can find something for every room . Prices have gone up a but. And the store seems to be lightly stocked. Staff are super! 5⭐ just for them alone!

This is a great homesence! Very clean and not overloaded and stuffy in the store. You can access the Marshalls from inside the homesence. I’m impressed …

Has darn near anything artsy you need. I got a shadow box for some of my military memorabilia and supplies to help make a candle my daughters school project.

Had an item on hold and as I came in an hour later saw another customer walking out with it and they told me he had a paid hold. Which makes no sense.

Great place to find decent quality stuff at Walmart prices. Also has a great selection of niknaks and whatnots that are actually of good quality.

This particular location pales in comparison to the one on the south side. The stock and selection seems anorexic by comparison. So do the deals.

This store has everything you need for decor, it can be pricey. If you do have spare money, you will be able to buy what you desire.

It’s my favourite Homesense on the northside. It’s always well stocked and organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
