Extremely rude customer service, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Would never even consider using them for a bus ticket. Contacted them for 24 tickets for an event that im planning and spent 10 minutes on the phone giving details to a rude lady, and got hung up on at the end. Was contacted later to supposedly get the quotation, and the 2nd lady "confirming" the details she has, had the destination country wrong, and when i corrected the information i was met with an "okay, Thank you" and got hung up on again.

Ήταν ένας υπέροχος προορισμός με απίστευτη ομορφιά. Αξίζουν πολλά συγχαρητήρια όμως και στο ταξιδιοτικο γραφείο για την άρτια οργάνωση μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Η κυρία Μαίρη και οι συνεργάτες της στο CAPE TOWN μας σκλαβωσαν με την συμπεριφορά τους. Είμαστε μια ομάδα από 70 περίπου άτομα με δύο λεωφορεία και δεν υπήρξε κανένα πρόβλημα.

We went to Honeywell Travel this morning and Vasso helped us out tremendously. Excellent service - very knowledgable. And she was very courteous with us. She issued our tickets right away even with the busy travel season upon us. I would not hesitate to use this travel agency again. Thank you for your great service.
