"Best hospital ever"
"All ppl need is patience"
"Best hospital! Great care and compassion"
"The staff at the endoscopy suites are amazing"
"Had emergency surgery and a week long stay, the nurses, aides, doctors and all staff were great"
Best hospital ever. Nurses are the best. Was in another hospital today for 12 hours with no test results on my husband. Walked out and came back to honor health because they are the best. He saw the doctor and tests started in 10 minutes after we got here. Shannon is an awesome nurse but I really love them all. Great job Honor Health.
All ppl need is patience. It will get you further than you expect. From the nurses aide, sitters, Doctors, assistants, nurses, PT, and every one in between have all been great. Very kind, concerning, and professional. I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you to everyone that works hard. We appreciate you!!
Best hospital! Great care and compassion. Came in with GI issues and the ER immediately started running tests. They figured out what was wrong and started treatment right away. Now 8 days later I am feeling so much better. Wonderful staff! Food is restaurant quality and always arrives when they say it will.
The staff at the endoscopy suites are amazing. They know there stuff, keep you informed and the are very caring and supportive. Safety and customer service is top of mind with this team. As for my Dr Hassan Al Amid he is wondering knowledgeable , informative and caring. Can’t say enough about him.
Had emergency surgery and a week long stay, the nurses, aides, doctors and all staff were great. The follow-up and patient education, especially from the wound and ostomy nurses was the best. The room, not so much, but it’s not a hotel! Thank you HonorHealth for making this life adventure easier.
In pre-op, the RN was able to start my IV on first stick (even without US)! I’ve had many surgeries and procedures and I cannot remember the last time that has happened! Dr. H is always incredible! Thank you for “caring” for me. This is how medicine is supposed to be!
Robert was super awesome. I brought my truck in with really bad tires. And he gave me some awesome awesome tires for a really good price. Tucson wheels and tires is probably the best tire shop in phoenix forty third avenue and indian school later, robert
I have been to this facility on 5 occasions and the staff has treated me with respect and made sure I was comfortable from the moment I got there until I left. They make sure the patient is comfortable at all times. I highly recomend this facility.
I got excellent cares from my nurses and nurse aide. Heather and Natalia and Kelly and Kylie were amazing with their care. Natalia took me for a walk twice during the night which was much needed. Dr. Lee is the absolute best! Thanks again everyone
Went in for terrible stomach pain, I was seen right away and turned out I had appendicitis. Every nurse and doctor I had could not be nicer and more doting. I felt completely taken care of the entire time, from surgery to the observation unit.
Without the emergency care, my soulmate would not be here. They ABSOLUTELY performed a miracle. My soulmate had 4 cardiac arrests and shouldn't even be here. But they did NOT give up and brought him back! Without the well trained "emergency
My daughter dislocated and later we found out fractured her elbow wresting so we went to the emergency room at Deer Valley. She received excellent care and everyone was exceptionally kind. They even made sure her prescriptions were called
My sister went to pick up my friend who was being discharged and the "head of security" ran her down, told her she couldn't park there because she was in scrubs and works at one of their locations. What a joke. The guy's badge wasn't even
I had to drop off some personal belongings to my mom who was admitted and some guy claiming to be a security guard yelled at me and told me I couldn't park . I was already close to being late for work and this guy was so rude didn't even
Walked into the ER @ 1pm on a weekday. I made it through registration and they took my vitals all within 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes of my arrival, I was hooked up to an IV, consulting with a nurse and waiting for a CT scan. A kidney
Your office is clean prompt. May I add good music playing. The young lady that took me to my room was named Tiffany. She didn’t explain things well she got very loud to the point that I almost left and then Bernice came in. She and I had
I can confidently give this hospital a five-star rating without any hesitation. From the moment we stepped in, every encounter we had was reassuring. The level of care and attention my mom received was beyond exceptional. The entire team
Had to go to the ER here a few days ago at around 8pm, and I was in agonizing pain. I could barely function yet they managed to get me signed in with minimal verbal communication fairly quickly. I was also being called back and seen by a
Dr. Walter Drubka in the ER is amazing. I was there at 2am last weekend with some palpitations, I had an abnormal ekg and I was extremely stressed out over it. He ran some tests and obviously advised a visit with a cardiologist asap, he
Broke my leg in February and went straight to this er since it was closest. After conducting my x ray, they came back saying I only had two broken metatarsals and that was all. It ended up being 14 fractures, lol. Then the nurse who put
My son was taken there after being in a motorcycle accident a month ago. He was on the critical care floor for over a week. He did receive great emergency medical care there and is well on his way to recovery. The reason for the 3 star
Was admitted to the 3rd floor for sepsis in my blood. Dr. Moussa was AMAZING!!! Nurse Mireya and Anthony were AMAZING as well!! Thank you for the great care. Nurse Hannah in the Emergency Room was TERRIBLE. BESIDE MANNER WAS AWFUL!!!
I would have given five stars, but when the hospital and Critical Care Unit (CCU) got full, we experienced an unsafe discharge leading to unnecessary falls and five additional days in the hospital. My advice is when they tell you the
They treated my friend with disrespect. They totally disregarded a medical power of attorney, and sent my friend Miles and miles away from where he wanted to be and he the doctor that was on staff on the neurological unit had total
They do not listen when you tell them primary insurance vs secondary so you will be billed and you will not get anyone on the phone. Long wait times and they hang up on you. Will send you to collections and there's no way to get it
This hospital has much to be desired. They just want to get you in and out. Short staffed so they have nurses aides who know nothing about the patients coming in to “assist”. Drs who talk down to you and the best is that they don’t
Update: I reached out and as expected even their leadership team has not responded. I gave them 3 days to respond and their email says 1-2 days for response time. How can we expect better from their doctors if this is leadership?
Don't go to this emergency room if you've got an eye emergency. I took my parent in after losing some vision in one eye and the ER doc Dr. Lloyd Burns said he found nothing wrong and said to just get a routine followup with an
Always have had good care and service from Honor Health staff doctors, nurses. And front desk staffs to . No complaints from me at all instead of a 5 rating I give them a #10 rating. Good job to all the staffs at Honor Health.
Don't come here unless you want the nurses to talk about you around other patients, and exposing your unfortunate events to compete strangers. Absolutely disgusting. Only thing we didn't hear was the patients name, thank God.
Mother in law asked us to take her to the ED on Thanksgiving afternoon, as her Afib was giving her a problem and blood pressure. They took her back right away and the team of physicians and nurses went to work
If zero stars was an option, I would have chose that… I went to ER, abdominal pain near aorta. My mother had 3 aortic aneurysms, my brother two. For piece of mind was checked out, no aneurysms.
I was in a major dirtbike accident. I broke my collarbone, scapula, four ribs, punctured and deflated a lung. The care was awesome. Every step of the way great bedside manner. Every step of the
Went there to visit a friend. Rooms are large and cozy but cleanliness needs some improvement. You would expect a hospital to be nice and clean, but this hospital has dirt here and there.
I had a 3 vertebrae fusion reconstructed. Surgeon was great! No follow through from anesthesiologist. Being a 70 year old patient with special needs the recovery nurses had no idea
Went to HH bc a friend recommended them. Was feeling really weak and lethargic for about 5 days. I WAS NOTEVER GOUNG back to Banner after the way I was treated in their ER a
The staff in the ER need some work. I understand there are patients who mistreat staff. But not all of us do... Yet somehow, during my visit, I was treated that way.
The doctors and nurses were so nice and helpful. They made sure I understood what was going on. I would definitely want to come to this hospital in this area
Dr. Day Keller is the absolute nicest person in this hospital. She is extremely personable, has a very supportive attitude, & made me feel very comfortable.
