I had the worst experience with “Hotel Swagath Grand” Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar branch near Radhika X roads. I had my wedding there on 7th floor recently which I should remember for life but this “Hotel Swagath Grand” has made worst memories to remember for a lifetime. No banquet hall takes hall charges, they only charge for food per plate. I would like to reiterate, when I said my father has a firm tone since he was in the Army, “Hotel Swagath Grand” rudely addressed as “SO WHAT SHOULD WE DO”. This is not the respect a retired Army officer should be receiving. In my wedding, guests did not get what we chose for the menu and the hotel did not provide additional plates until we paid cash on spot which is a shameful situation for us to make our guests wait for plates and food. We had to pay additional 60k on spot because so called “Hotel Swagath Grand” was reluctant to provide additional plates for our guests. Decency would be providing a bill at the end for the number of additional plates, like fake decency and dignity that “Hotel Swagath Grand” shows daily. I am never going to recommend this place for any kinds of functions especially wedding. I am also never going to eat food or go to any Swagath grand ever in my life for giving such terrible service and spoiling my precious day. Please don’t provide services when you cannot be on your words. At first, “Hotel Swagath Grand” said there are no hall charges, but 1 day before wedding, “Hotel Swagath Grand” asked us to cancel the booking (after all the invitations were sent to our friends and family). Did you expect us to print all the wedding cards again with a different venue and share it in one day Horrible thoughts. Never guys never fall for this shameful trap. This is a mark on the whole of “Hotel Swagath Grand” branches located everywhere.

“Hotel Swagath Grand” did not provide all the items that we chose for the menu in our wedding function. For additional plates, “Hotel Swagath Grand” made us paid in the dinner hall on spot in front of our guests and made them wait to provide additional plates which was a shameful situation for us.

There is a restaurant and banquets available. As many as 4 banquets are available here. They are of varied capacity from 100 to 300 members. F&B services/quality provided here are quite distinguishable when compared to restaurant and banquets. F&B that one withness at restaurant is far better than served in Banquets. Quality, Cleanliness and Taste wise is below par and one can have this option for banquets only when you cannot find better place.

The worst place you can ever go with your family. Very poor and pathetic service. Impolite and arrogant service. Very pricey menu. A simple tiffin center would have been better. I regret taking my family to this place. Cleanliness is a passe. If you are a vegetarian, don't ever visit this place. The hallway, corridors, elevators, all rise a stink. The place is poorly administered. People don't care a damn about a customer leaving the place 'not eating' ordered food. All non-vegetarian fare served alongside vegetarian and the servers don't care to mix spoons, use bare hands in an unhygienic practice, and a care a darn attitude towards customers (especially vegetarians). If they don't like vegetarians visiting them, then why even offer them in the menu? Sincerely advise all vegetarians to absolutely avoid this place !! This review IS ONLY for the Swagath Grand at Radhika Cross roads, ECIL. Absolutely disgusting and revolting experience.

Swagth is our all time common restaurant, we frequently visit this place. On the occasion of new-year we again visited this place with family, it was crowded but the customer service was really great as always. They opened a new counter for drinks, the prices of dishes were very reasonable. All together we were around 6 people and the bill was just Rs 3000/- this was surprising as I thought it would cost more due to the festive season. I really thank the team SWAGATHGRAND near Radhika ( They have many other branches) for taking care of customers properly by guiding them from the waiting hall to the respective tables, serving the food immediately without making them wait. Overall a peaceful place to dine in.

Terrible terrible service. We rented this place for a wedding. The valet parking guys lost one of our car keys. Poor response. Food was not up to the mark. The manager of banquet hall doesn’t know basics of hospitality. He was shouting on one of guests who by mistake was taking his wedding lunch to his hotel room to eat. He made a scene. We complained to his manager nagaraju. He just said he will look into it and did not take any actions. They are Cheating by replacing water bottles with glasses of water (we requested water bottles only). If you tell them then they change it again. But you have to keep an eye on them. Don’t do functions here if you are expecting good customer service.

We had a horrible experience when we booked 7th floor for our Uncle’s 12th day ceremony. There is no parking and not enough chairs to accommodate the guests. The management did not turn on Central A/C and instead provided 3 meager cold air blowers for around 700 guests who left with out even having lunch in the make shift oven. Shame on the management who cannot even manage their own premises. Don’t even consider this avenue for any of your parties or events. Very sub standard place to conduct your most important events or occasions. The less said about taste of food . Don’t even consider this place in future. What a waste of our precious time and resources.

I give one star for service, I wanted to give a complaint on waiter Ranjan, On 13 November 2023, I along with my son went for dinner, first we had starter along with soup, and ordered chicken biryani, I asked waiter to change the plates as it became oily, one waiter names Ranjan ( wearing yellow shirt with bold hair) came and started arguing with me saying we will not change plate, plate is good. It really hearted me I stay near by dammiguda, I am regular customer, I never faced such a behaviour from your staff. I am very regular to this place, food ambience everything is just average apart from that the service is very poor..one of the latest example is.....today i attended a function and Vallet people collected the car to park it ..when I collected the car found some scratches in the front bumper area..I asked the vallet driver to call the manager.. neither the manager arrived nor any of the person came forward to resolve the issue.. this shows how much they are concerned about the customers

The hotel is good in terms of food and ambience. The restaurant also has the banquet hall for parties to be hosted. Also has a parking space inside which is a added bonus for the restaurant as most of the shops nearby does not have any parking space. You get what you pay for at this hotel. It is located on a major intersection and as per customary Indian road habits, people are constantly sounding their horns. It is therefore quit noisy. There is a restaurant and the food is very good indeed. The rooms themselves are ok, but depends what you are used to. The bathroom is a wet room with bucket and smaller bucket which you can use to rise yourself. Again, it depends what you are used to.

Very rude service and especially @kumar is the person who is very rude to customers and arrogantly dominating his colleagues. This branch of Swagath grand is the worst experience I had. Excellent location, great comfort and good food all at value for money prices. Add to that the excellent service by all staff at front desk, restaurant and room service. Strongly recommended for the business traveler as well as family getaways. Swagath Grand Hotel 5.0 Very nice experience.. I ordered chicken noodles for my children they were perfect with little spicy just as the way my children liked.

I am 31 years old, in all those years this is the worst restaurent experience i never had. 1) only hotel where they made me wait me and my family for 1 and half hour only to listen biryani is completed. 2) highly disorganised staff 3) there is no management at all I strongly recomend not to visit this resturent, it definite embarrassment.

They deliver on all counts!! We had a wedding reception there. It went so smoothly, perfectly. All the guests felt taken care of, excellent food and no hassles for us. Though their restaurant was closed due to covid, they opened it for us for next day breakfast party. Highly appreciate their managers and staff.

**WORST ** experience ever in my life. the food was stinking & taste bad. when I bought it to the management notice, they behaved very unprofessional and rude. they have also mentioned that they DO NOT CARE about REVIEWS & My experience as customer at all. The food was good, but tomato rice was boo spicy. The hotel should include some recipes to suit to the taste of other states and countries. Some traditional recipe choices are also required. Cant always rely on common items. The look and feel of the hotel is pleasant.

Went one of my relatives daughter first birthday on March 9th, hotel ambience is good. Very spacious banquet hall. But food is not so great tasty. Swagath has to improve the food taste to compete the competitors. Staff is coordinative. Management also very friendly.

Food is worst. They reheat morning food and keep for night in functions. They kept the same paneer curry from morning and added tomato to mango daal and served it. All of us who attended the function have fallen sick. Please don't choose this place for any events.

Quality of food has come down drastically. Stopped buffet lunch which used to be a bit attractive. As this place is inhabited by middle class mostly people here generally prefer thali which has been discontinued.
