Please do not purchase a car from This Dealership. They are a terrible company with terrible communication skills and care for customers. Before buying a car with them they will constantly make contact with you after you first enquire in aim to get you to buy from them and will rush your decision. They will try everything in their power to persuade you to purchase a car with them. However.. The problem lies with once you send them the money and the car is in your possession.. They start to ignore phone calls / text / emails and letters. They simply do not care about any problems you encounter with your purchase once the money is in their account. They did not send me the logbook after going back and fourth and saying they filed for it. I had to go and do it myself. Since having the car I’ve run into multiple issues costing me a total of £600+ In repairs? I had only had this car for 2 months or so. I had contacted them with the issue and repairs and the ‘Manager’ simply replied it’s wear and tear“ to the massive paragraph I had wrote explaining the issues and cost it would be. Moral of the story is.. Do not buy from them, but from a dealership which have cars who do not have 100 faults with them and a dealership who would actually make an effort to resolve these issues after you’ve purchased the car rather than simply not being interested.

Upsetting and a frustrating experience! I've rewritten this review many times, even more so after seeing the response of the car dealership to negative reviews! AVOID this car dealership at all costs! Dishonest, rude and contact is incredibly hard if there is an issue , then you are ignored! They start off incredibly helpful but don't be fooled! Unfortunately, I thought they seemed decent but then I experienced my car nightmare. Luckily I wasn't the only one having issues with their behaviour so in turn I had support from the finance company that I had sorted my car finance with. I am relieved it is all over and a very steep lesson has been learned! Good luck if you choose to use this dealership!! Edited. I've lost track of the many different edited replies I've had from this dealership, from name calling to blaming me for either driving or not driving the car. Finally after months, they apologise.

I am absolutely delighted with my first car purchase, a Nissan Note, from this dealership. The service provided by Shaad was nothing short of exceptional. During the test drive, I had an unfortunate mishap, accidentally bumping into a parked car. Shaad handled the situation with grace, displaying both empathy and support. I took full responsibility for the damage and found the associated costs to be entirely fair and reasonable. Shaad's patience and assistance in navigating the paperwork process, including help with registering the V5C and sorting out insurance, was invaluable. He was consistently quick to respond to my requests, providing documents like the green slip and invoice without delay. As a first-time car buyer, Shaad made the entire experience remarkably smooth. His friendly demeanor and helpful attitude put me completely at ease. The overall purchasing experience was nothing short of excellent. I've been using my car for nearly three weeks now, and it hasn't shown any faults yet. I'm really satisfied with my decision to buy it.

Update: 6 months later no progress made with the seller. Ahmed tried to resolve the issue until he had to speak to Saad, then the communication stopped again! Again my calls are emails are ignored. Saad claims he doesn’t keep sale records over 1 year however hmrc requires records of sales to be kept a minimum of 6 years. Fraudulent company! The positive reviews are probably Saads friends DO NOT TRUST THEM Response to message from seller: You sold me the car in October 2021 and it is April 2023 and you still have not provided the details you promised at the point of sale! You never suggested I “pop in” the last conversation Saad said he would send me my invoice by 3pm on 29th March, however I have only got a response from you now I’ve updated my Google review. How can you offer to “buy back” a car you claim you never sold? I have all the evidence, auto trader advert, emails and text messages. Do the decent thing and provide me the documents you promised!

The owners communication can be very slow and often ignores messages and calls without replying. Doesn’t include an invoice for the purchase of a car even when asking constantly before and after purchasing of a car. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Also had an issue with the fuel cap same as other reviews, it was jammed shut, the owner offered to take it to his mechanic, that never happened. Regarding his reply, he says he sent an invoice on the same day as i requested it, that's a lie, I emailed him and he never got back to me. I would've known if I received it. He is an untrustworthy dealer. Regarding the jammed fuel cap, if he would've ever answered the phone I would've gone to him but he never did after ringing many, many times so I went to a mechanic myself. And the dealer is good in person but its just a front. He stopped communicating with me after he sold the car to me.

I bought a car from them with guarantee of the 3 months AA cover all documents should be sent to my home address. Never arrived. Car is faulty, after 3 weeks driving broke down in the middle of the road. When I called them, the guy who spoke to me was just ignorant and left me with a broken car. He never helped me, and there is no AA cover. They took money from me, never gave me any confirmation. I am in the process of starting Legal action and reporting them. They should not be allowed to sell anything, my car is danger to drive, never received any documents but thanks God I have screenshot of the add of my car plus witness when I was buying the car. Be very careful with them and don't trust poster about trust AutoTrad best customer service is a joke, they are chancery and if they see you don't know much about the cars, they Will rip you of.

Bought my first car a week ago and I absolutely love it! I called up and arranged a time for a viewing which they were flexible in and catered to my needs. The staff were so friendly over the phone which made me less nervous. I had a car in mind but wasn’t too sure if it was the best option but after seeing a variety of cars available I was spoilt for choice. I was accompanied by one of the staff members who went above and beyond to listen to what I wanted and they found the perfect car. It was just what I was looking for. I took it for a test drive knew it was the one for me. The whole process was so easy from the moment I contacted Hounslow Cars to purchasing and leaving with my new car. Customer service was exceptional and I couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend, I’d do it all again if I could!!

Update: As for asking for huge discount I asked “if that’s the best price you can do” typical question from most people and the response you can imagine what I got, look at this fool’s reply need I say more … Learn how to speak to your customers and clients learns some manners and respect you will do far better. Same issue as mentioned below, no receipt, no warranty and received the log book 6 months later. Service book provided was for the wrong car! Saad is not trust worthy! The car has been faulty since I purchased it and almost a year later still no response from anyone. My emails are ignored, phone calls purposely ignored, they only answer when I call off different numbers and then there is always some excuse about the ‘boss’ being away. I tried to return the car but the ‘boss’ wasn’t there and they couldn’t deal with it. Because the deal was done at closing time, I was promised to have the paper work sent out via email in the morning, if they suggest this don’t accept!

I don’t usually write Google reviews but felt like the service I received from this small dealership in Hounslow deserved all the recognition they could get. Prior to viewing the car in person, the owner was more than happy to set up a video call to show me the car, answer any queries and even sent additional pictures on request. When we went to view the car, it was as described in the advert and the person we were dealing with was very friendly and you could tell had a lot of knowledge about the car. We got a good price for it and the car still works perfectly. Highly recommend Hounslow Cars.

I went to buy my first car from this dealership as my friend had recommended them. As someone who hasn’t lived in this country for very long, I wasn’t sure about the processes for insurance and road tax so Saad very kindly helped me with this. My car developed an issue a few weeks later which I wasn’t sure how to get fixed so Saad found me a garage and got the issue resolved for me. I’ve had a very good experience with Hounslow Cars and their service has been impeccable. I highly recommend them and will return when I want to purchase my next car.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Bought a car in July, still not received a V5c. There were faults with the car which I was advised to repair and I would be reimbursed for which has not been the case. Have contacted and spoken to various people without reaching a solution. Now I am forced to take legal action to recover my costs as I was sold a fault vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Update: After emailing and contacting as per the response to my review, I have still not heard back. Absolute time wasters.

I bought a Volkswagen Golf from Hounslow Cars. They are really trustful and friendly. My Golf had some cosmetic issues like fuel cap, they solved all of those issues and informed me of each step before of car ready to collect. My Golf's wheel lock nut is missing and Saad offers me to buy it from VW dealer and send a receipt to him for a refund my money. They are doing their job in a perfect way. I definitely recommend choosing Hounslow Cars Ltd if you want to buy a car.

Saw a lot of cars before this one and dealt with some rude traders with less than satisfactory cars. Was such a relief to do business with Hounslow Cars. Car as advertised, totally immaculate and a trader with grade 1 customer care. As much as I wanted the car I wanted to buy from someone who puts the customer first and makes the whole exchange a comfortable and joyful one. Hopefully see you again in 5 to 10 years. Cars that good.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not provide the service they claim on their website, they are impossible to communicate with and they cannot be trusted. They sold me a faulty car then refused to refund me my full amount. They told lies to me and to the credit company through whom I financed the car. They are pretty much crooks and I’m surprised they have received any positive reviews.

Really disappointing experience - they didn't send off the logbook to the DVLA so I had to remind them to do that after about two months, and when they did, they entered my name incorrectly, so I have to change it. Furthermore, when I went to collect the car, no one was there! Came back 20 minutes after arrival after having driven home for lunch in the car I was buying!!! Incredible. Avoid.

Very fustrating experience. The seller would behave nicely but he just pretends to be helpful, he lied about reducing the price on a car I brought saying he reduced it so he doesn’t have to give me warranty (which was not agreed or even discussed!) the car broke down 2 days after I purchased! ignored all my calls and have been chasing up for nearly 2 months now!

five star garage purchased a audi a3 from here very happy with the car . when i went to collect the car the persons giving me a lift car developed a water leak . Saad the salesman we were dealing with arranged to get the fixed ( at a great price ) . highy recommend this garage no hard sale and accurate info in their discriptions .

Bought car and it had to be towed away to a garage 2 days after purchase....he must have known that there was an electrical fault with....he will not answer his phone or return text....apart from the £100 fine I recieved for parking on his supposed car site! he is not to be trusted!! not worthy of any stars
