The experience I had with you guys is very pathetic I had bought a bed with you last year which was a restonic coral. I bought a bed sometime in June then on September it was already sinking with holes in it. I complained to the store and the guy that assisted me with purchasing the bed told me I need to pay for a delivery mind you when I purchased the bed cyril never told me that I need to take a store delivery so that if I experience any issues the store will cover the cost but he said to me upon purchase that I need to provide my own transportation. Because I wanted a new bed I paid for a second delivery whereas at first I paid600 for delivery now I had to pay another 400rnd.in February this year I went to complain again about the same issue the bed is sinking and it has holes ND making funny noises I even have pictures of it. But nobody is attending to my issue I even sent cyril the pictures but I have no response from you guys. I'm never going to buy anything from your store and not even a single member of my family nor friends will I recommend to you guys even my colleagues know of the bad customer service you guys provide.. I wish I had took my money and bought a bed in some Chinese shop. I'm sure they would have provided a better bed and a good customer service as well.
I purchased a lounge suite 5years ago to the value of R30000. I was misled by the sales consultant to believing it to be leather but to my surprise it is not and started to peal. I then contacted the store manager who was rather rude to me and told me that it was out of warranty and nothing could be done. I further went on to email the complaints department only to be told that I should contact the person that they use to do the repairs at my cost. who buys a lounge for that amount only to have it repaired after 5 years. I am also looking to lodge a complaint with the consumer protection act. I have spent a lot of money with this store and i am disgusted with the treatment I got
Wanting to buy appliances we telephoned the Gateway store repeatedly today and did not get through. We phoned their Call Center. We left a message as the machine requested. Yes, they did not call back. It's a wonder how they are still in business. We are glad that we did not buy fr them. Can you imagine the frustration if there was a fault.

Terrible service,they don't give you feedback,don't answer the phone. Cut calls on the off chance they do answer. Paid for a coffee table a month ago,to date I haven't received it.
Could not purchase an aircon because the exhaust pipe and fittings were stolen. I don't know how that's even possible in a store but the supervisor was very non chalant about this.
Terrible after sales,,I can't get anyone to replace the recliner lounge suite I purchased.The console piece is a different colour as well as its damaged and looks used.
