The fire fighter that was sent to assist me this weekend might need a little more training on compassion. (There were 2) Being direct is one thing. Integrity and compassion is another. Oh and I’m a commercial insurance holder and I work for the same said company. Attempting to have a financial conversation with me was not needed. The focus and attention should have been given to me cry for help!
Early in the morning I had extreme stomach cramps and pain. So I called the fire department and when they medics came they were very disrespectful and unprofessional and the medics started cursing I'm waste there time stop calling
The paramedic named Jose E.Was very disrespectful….I have never been treat the way I was today by someone in his position.I hope I never have to call for squad 46 again…I’m glad my wife got to the ER safely though.
