I cannot say enough good about Houston Methodist. Our entire team! All the doctors, nurses, kitchen and cleaning staff. Every person gave it all to make sure my husband was comfortable and cared for, I get completely emotional just thinking about it. Not sure thank you is enough, they go above and beyond.
Great medical care and staff, the Valet is extremely incompetent and rude though. There's no reason why a glorified errand boy with driving privileges gets to speak with customers and other staff members with such rudeness. He should be demoted to janitor with his demeanor, it certainly fits him.
I am seeing all of these great reviews and wondering what the heck happened with the care of my mom. The lack of care she is receiving can only be labeled as patient neglect. This hospital is not deserving of the one star I had to give in order to write the review.
Staff is very kind from all ares of the hospital had to be transferred from another hospital…….the other hospital was absolutely horrible so glad to be with knowledgeable individuals with good hearts. I have a rough journey ahead but I am sure I am in good hands.
Very poor reception and postoperative service. My surgeons office called several times to be sure we arrived at 0500 for my SI Joint fusion. We were joined by many other patients on 10/23, at least a dozen other cars were in line for valet
My sister been admitted she been here for 3 days nurse's are rude when I ask them anything they say they don't know and the Dr never comes been 3 days no answers and she been got 3 cat scans and no results it's so confusing to park to find
Ruby on the 11th floor Walter tower on Tuesday may 21st , sits at the sign I desk horrible horrible person. It was my first time there. My uncle had a stroke and I came to see him. She was soooo rude was scolding me because I didnt know it
If your loved one stays here, stay on top of the case managers. My father had a stroke and stayed on the 18th floor for the week of 3/27/2023. He was supposed to be discharged to a care home early via an ambulance on Friday morning. He had
I can’t thank this Hospital enough, my father contracted covid pneumonia back in August and was transferred over to Walter tower downtown Methodist from Willow brook due to being on ECMO support. Although it was tough without his presence
The Walter Tower, 9th floor ICU is horrible. I was mistreated by some of the nursing staff after my transplants, and some of them are very heartless people. And when I filed a complaint nothing was done but I received a letter in the mail
I’m very grateful with all the Doctors and staff. My husband had a stroke and was transported to Walter Tower floor 17. When we got there he already was assigned a room and make us feel comfortable. Thank you to both Nicky’s, Ryan, Janet,
So far not liking this hospital the one in Willowbrook is way better. Around 2am my mom started coughing up blood I pushed the button no response I went to the desk and told a nurse it was slow since then. They did an xray and a nose swab
I am very grateful for Dr. Baskin and the supportive staff who took great care of me at Houston Methodist recently. I had brain surgery and spent 4 days at the neuro ICU. My room was clean and spacious, and had a nice window view. Overall
My husband needed an abdominal surgery, the registration process was easy, the woman at the front was very friendly and funny, pre-op was nice and easy, again very friendly staff. I was updated throughout the surgery, the family waiting
Most of all the nurses and BCAAs that I had when I first got on the floor we're excellent (Walters Towers 18). Nurse's Manny, Yinka, and Bre ( think that's her name) thank you for keeping me in the loop of my plan of care. PCA'S Carlos,
I recently checked into the hospital for pacemaker lead replacement. My doctors and staff were wonderful. Everything went as smoothly as possible, this is not the first time that had to stay at the hospital. I was on the 20th floor and
My husband is recovering from successful procedure to drain a subdural hematoma. He is doing great! Walters Tower is a Beautiful building with large rooms with sofa type bed for guest overnight stay. More importantly, the brilliant and
The nicest, most welcoming people ever from the moment we walked in!! They were expecting us, already knew our names and we were even early!! Bonded with the nurses immediately. God has certainly prepared this place for us!!
Wanted to take a moment and thank the amazing team at Houston Methodist Hospital, Walter Tower, Dunn Tower, Transplant Team, Caregivers and Staff. Every aspect of the care received over the past 98 days from the team at
Great facilities. Very clean, masks optional plenty of hand sanitizer at every exit and entrance. Plenty of spots for a quick pick me up. Bathrooms available. Grand piano and statues galore. Valet if necessary.
I am so grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff who took care of me for 5 days due to Covid. The service and attention is outstanding. Such a caring and professional group of people. Cannot thank enough.
I’m blown away at the level of professionalism. Everyone working in this hospital goes above & beyond for patients & guests. Truly gifted doctors & nurses.
Shae and Maggie are terrific nurses! Nancy, Erma and Becky too Lily H. is great nurse. So is Luisa R. Very friendly! Best nurses I've ever
My Son had 4 Cancer Surgery’s here, all were successful By the grace of God he will be Cancer Free! Thank You Oncology Team! Wally Parham
First class service! Staff are very welcoming. They keep you and you family informed at every step of your health care process.

Love there nurses and all the qualities and care for there patients! Thank you for all you do.
Went in for surgery, arrived on time no one at admitting desk until 15 min after admit.
Very impressed with the nursing staff & doctors! Even the valet staff were wonderful!
Parking will always be horrible. Glad I could help put a smile on my friends face.
We had a recent hospital stay in Walter Tower. The facility and staff are nice.
If you want your love one to live. Send them anywhere else but here.
Extremely stingy with pain meds even when in a lot of pain
Dr, staff, facilities and food court excellent.
The area is quite big and process is smooth
