My sister and I had an amazing experience shopping at Howard’s! This was both of our first time shopping at an actual jewelry store, and the customer service was amazing. Now that we’re in our twenties I figured it’s time to start investing in quality pieces. She wanted something dainty and beautiful, so we popped in to take a look around. The saleslady and I discussed my budget, and she showed us pieces that were surprisingly well within it and exactly what my sister wanted. It was a bit overwhelming, and the saleslady was so understanding when we went to go eat and came back later. She worked with my sister on chain size, offering that if for any reason it’s too short down the road we can work something out for free. My sister ended up finding exactly what she wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitley be coming back to treat more of my friends (and myself!) once COVID restrictions are lifted.

How dare you as a brown person tell another person of Color you can’t remove jewellery to try on and compare clarity when shopping to buy jewellery.the disrespect will not be tolerated when im a serious buyer and you feel threatened by my appearance and your racist ideologies that you have going on.When I’m fully on camera and explaining my knowledge of jewellery to you.So as a social experiment I sent my wife who is white in the store right after and what do you know they took the display case out no problem.Highly disgusted and anyone who is of Color skip over this establishment if you could even consider it one and go where your hard earned dollars will be respected.No problem don’t expect this store to be there for much longer with this type of disrespect and disregard for a customer demographic who spends billions of dollars yearly consuming products.

Extremely disappointed with quality of product and service. Bought my wife a gold necklace for Christmas and it snapped in less then a month , no quality guarantee what so ever, charge us $50 to fix it only for it to snap again the day after we get it back. Wife called they fixed it for free only for it to snap for a third time. I wouldn't recommend this store to any one , complete waste of money. Go look at another jewelry store in the mall. I know I won't be back at this point.

I bought a ring for my mom for Mother’s Day from 999 upper wentworth street in Hamilton. Naja serve me with excellent patience and profession. I didn’t know what is the best option to make my mom happy, but she explains and show me different type of rings and finally I bought a beautiful Jade ring. Terrible place bought a ring 1100 told them it wouldn’t fit as I was buying for a gift they said don’t worry bring back after Christmas we will re size it for you for free to fit then I go to go back they tell me no I have to pay now never again will I shop here garbage service atleast be upfront in first place I suggest no one go here scam artist

Conniving con artists pedaling cheap jewelry with deceptive business practices. Instead of properly resizing my ring they just bent it into an oblong shape. They are more butchers than Jewelers. I recommend buying jewelry in a back alley on Barton street before considering these criminals

Went in to inquire if they sold something specifically. Was met by an older woman who snapped at me with total disinterest telling me NO! Rest assured, I will not set foot in this store again if this is how they treat their customers.

I gave a 3 for selection, they put the cute girl out front, things went great and then the guys move in to put the pressure on and "guide" you to the more expensive items, sorry I don't shop that way and won't be back.
