Beware of this hotel especially for those coming from outside the country. Our stay started out very pleasant, we were greeted with a friendly smile from all of the workers and the rooms are very tidy. However, when we checked in there was a problem with our first credit card we tried to leave for our down payment, so they took a second card and told us that only that one would be on file. Upon leaving however we were charged with a $215 fee on the first card for room damages, and they will not email us with the pictures they took to show the damages. On top of that our second card was charged with the standard $500 down payment which they told us we will not be receiving back because of an issue with one of the doors leading into the hotel. The handle of the door completely fell off after only one pull and they are billing us because of that damage. The door in question was already broken and we were even told by a security guard that the exact same thing happened to that very door a week before. We were charged with these bills while we were still checked in however received no notice of either of them before we checked out. We came up from America to visit the city and see a hockey game and the manager knew we would not be easily able to fight the charges because we had already left the country. When we called to get an explanation for the room charge they again made no mention of the $500 charge to the door, and denied that they had more than one card on file even though they had already billed both of the card! I have read other reviews where people have also had fraudulent room fees and issues with them taking more than one credit card, which they throw ridiculous fees on. My recommendation to anyone planning on staying at the Humphry and especially those traveling from the U.S. to avoid this place at all costs if you wish to avoid issues with credit card fees and fraudulent charges.
Overall the hotel was decent. the staff was friendly and made accommodations for a extended stay by a few hours which was nice. although, my expectations for the hotel were not met, and i was quite dissatisfied with my visit. the decor and aesthetic is quite dated and old school, and the rooms are not very great either. the tv quality wasn’t great, there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which is nice, but the coffee was mediocre and the atmosphere was very cold. no extra blankets or anything in the room, king size bed was decently comfortable. only one cieling light with lots of lamps. the air conditioning worked well but was dusty and loud. the bathroom was decent, included shampoo, conditioner, lotion but no body wash. there were a decent amount of towels for 2 people. the shower was not the best; water splashed over the edge, soaking the floor. cracks in the wall tiles and the shower head was broken and dirty. the view isn’t great in the room i stayed at, facing constructions and a busy downtown road. good distance from the museum and other places like that. i think that the free breakfast was decent, very limited options and the apple juice tasted like water. no pool or hot tub due to covid (i think they should change that restriction as it’s a bit dated now) and overall not what i was hoping for. plus, $10 parking is ridiculous, especially for it not to be spacious or gated off. i bought a small pack of toothpaste from the small shop in the lobby, and it was wayyyy too overpriced. $5.60 for a small tube is not acceptable in my eyes. i’d rather just not brush my teeth. overall, i do not recommend. you could fine wayy better hotels in the city for the same price or cheaper

Last week we were in Winnipeg for a graduation. I had booked a 2 bed standard room and was pleasantly surprised to find we must have been upgraded. The room was spacious with a microwave and fridge for an additional $10.00 charge to my credit card. We entered the room at 3 pm for a few minutes and I noticed an odour but couldn't quite identify it. My husband didn't notice it. I have sensitivity issues and things can affect me sooner than others. We returned to the room at 9:30 pm. The smell of diesel fumes was very powerful. My husband recognized the smell as well. While being dark outside, we looked out the window and saw train tracks close by. Also the parking lot was close to our main floor window. I called the front desk to inquire about the smell. The young lady stated that this was the first time she had heard of such a thing. We kept the air conditioner off the entire evening hoping the diesel fumes would lessen. In the morning we got up very early, just before breakfast opened, to vacate the room. We appreciated the location of the hotel, the spaciousness of our lodging but had serious concerns about the health and safety of these fumes.

From a business associate This is unbelievable and unacceptable what I'm going to tell you now. I had a fellow that had everything stolen from him in Edmonton Alberta about a week ago. He was packed and ready to come to Manitoba to work for me and he stopped by a service station with so called friends to grab a couple of hotdogs and his so called friends stole his truck with his wallet and phone and all his tools in it. The police didn't do anything for him and he didn't have theif insurance. He managed to get a used phone and called me because he remembered my number. I called Humphry Inn hotel and booked him a room because he would be arriving late. I booked and paid for the room and filled out picture ID form with my visa and explained the situation to the front desk that he had no picture ID. Well he arrived this morning around 1:30 am and went to the Humphry Inn and they wouldn't let him in and called the police on him. I spoke to the officer and he told me they felt semantic with what happened and took him to a shelter and his belongings were put in a safe place at the police station. My rant here is they totally knew the fellow coming had been robbed of everything and I vouched for him 100% and they just treated him like a bum. I would like everyone who reads this to post it and tell everyone never to stay at the Humphry Inn on main St Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Decent hotel, very disappointed for the $10 parking fee especially if the parking isn’t closed off and anyone could break in and enter. Room decor is a bit old. $170 for a king sized bed room came with a tv but the tv quality isn’t that good, neither is sound quality. Tv doesn’t have options, just cable. Bathroom was ok included lotion ,conditioner and shampoo but no body wash. Some places are dirty. Wall also peeling. Crack in shower wall and shower head base is loose. Pool and hot tub closed which is also disappointing and from other post it has been closed for a long time. Breakfast doesn’t have much options and tables weren’t cleaned between guest. Definitely have more stuff to improve on. Shop is disappointing too almost $6 for a very small tube of toothpaste very disappointing and over priced. They said they would provide free toothpaste and tooth brush if we forgot but said they were “out” but had enough in the shop to sell. Also charged a $150 damage insurance upon entry but said would refund after we leave. That was very unnecessary. Definitely won’t be comming back for about $180 for 1 night stay and 1 night parking. definitely could’ve gotta a better places. I also got the $170 hotel price when it was 42% off. Definitely won’t be coming back

Comfortable long-term stay for business. Need for more power outlets or multi plug. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and pillows with some variation of firmness for differing preferences. Great shower and tub. Breakfast buffet included, friendly staff. The in room coffee is actually good compared to every other hotel I've stayed in (except the Radisson, which so far has the best in-room coffee). Reasons for losing a star: 1) I asked at the front desk for service in a week and not before, as I prefer not to waste resources, and I appreciate my privacy. The next day I I forgot to put the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, and housekeeping came and "refreshed" things. There was no point in even asking at the front desk. (I know this is not unique to this hotel. It seems to be standard practice to ignore this type of request.) However, when a person is staying for 18 days, you would think they might note your room number as off limits when requested. 2) Pool is still not up and running, so maybe it won't ever be. This is not clear when searching info online. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Room was clean and ok for the price. Service was not good - truck window was smashed overnight in the parking lot and we were notified by parking authority from another business who found something that belonged to us. When we asked about it at the front desk we were told that their security guard heard them smash the glass around 2am but didnt think it was worth telling us as there was nothing we could do about it. There was no offer for assistance whatsoever and they didnt seem to even care it happened. We had to ask to borrow a broom to sweep glass out of the seats before they offered to see if their cleaner would help. I recognize its not the hotels fault our truck window was smashed but the complete lack of response was poor service. The pool and hot tub were also out of order which would have been nice to know about prior to arriving. We chose to stay here because it was close to the canada life centre for an event we were attending but in the future we will stay in a better part of town and arrange transportation.

Great value place to stay in Winnipeg. Within walking distance to the forks, a lot of museums, and the core. Salt water pool was nice, temp was good. Hot tub was not working one day of our 6 day stay. When it was working the jets for the back weren't working properly but the lower ones for the feet were working great. The room was a great size with the decor neutral but in need of a bit of an update. We had a king with a seating area and small kitchenette (sink, microwave and mini fridge). The staff were great and personable. Our room was clean and kept clean throughout our stay. They could improve on the vacuuming in the hallways, we noticed the same ball of thread by our door for 5 of our 6 night stay. The pillows are the best of any hotel I've stayed at while traveling to date. Breakfast was pretty standard for continental. Our room was quiet which was awesome considering the hotel is located on a busy road. We also never heard anyone in the hallways from inside our suite. Overall we were satisfied with our hotel choice.
The room was clean, the housekeeping was double checking our room when we opened the door. It was great because shows that they care. We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi, pretty clean, the bed was good and it has a smart tv. Palina or Pelina and Mandeep were the front desks that helped us upon check in, they were pretty helpful, we came from another hotel, we were in a rush and they were pretty amazing! Our problems were the toilet that never flushes property and the breakfast. The breakfast was sad, nothing like you see online. It had bread, coffee, egg Patties and idk if it was ham or what was that and apple. I think the breakfast was the most disappointing thing over there. For the price of the room I was expecting something better. Besides that everything was good. The hotel is not super new but pretty organized and clean.

YES for the price YES for its location NO NO NO for everything else: CLEANLINESS; fridge dirty, found a dirty Kleenex in the ice bucket, dust everywhere in the room, carpet and chairs dirty, bedspreads gray but should be white, bathroom wall mirror dirty, carpets in elevators muddy, ceiling tiles missing in the corridor, empty glass stayed on the corridor floor for 2 days and I can go on and on..... PARKING: not gated and not secured, for $10.00 per night it should be at least gated BREAKFAST; a real joke, about nothing to eat, the last morning there was bacon and hash browns, no eggs or omelets, no yogourt, no fruits except apples....pancake machine broken., not replenished regularly, we have to ask, nobody cares to check. Hotel needs to be refreshed, beside it's close location to the Forks, I have nothing positive to say about the place except, stay far away from this place!

Overpromise and under deliver. The cost of the room supposedly includes amenities but arent available. No pool, no sauna, no hot tub. Binder in room says they do currency exchange, but the desk acted annoyed and would only exchange $20. Binder also said you can leave mail at front desk and it would be picked up, but when I took cards there, they told me they didn't do that and I would have to handle that. DO NOT PUT THINGS IN THE BINDER YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PROVIDING! I will never stay here and would not ever recommend. Plus they sell food in their little room off the front desk, but be careful to check the expiration date since apparently they don't inventory their food and switch out expired items. You also have to pay for parking, but it's not even secured, and neither is the back entrance. It says it is but it was unlocked every single time. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel.

It was a ruff start when I came in Saturday night, I kept having trouble with my key card. The staff member didn't seem really eager to help me, no smile or pleasant interaction. So she gave me a new key card it still didn't work. Then she calls someone else to try another card and discovers the battery in the door is low. I finally get into my room after several tries. After this incident things got much better. Starting on Sunday, the staff were much more pleasant and helpful. The housekeeper was very kind. The room and bathroom were clean and large enough to function in although the chairs need some deep cleaning. The breakfast area was spacious. Breakfast was basic but had enough variety to pick from nothing outstanding to me. It was just ok

Great place for a weekend getaway. My husband and I wanted to get out of the house for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We rented one of the jacuzzi suites and we were not disappointed. Staff were wonderful! Right from the time we got there, staff were accommodating and very friendly. Easy walk to The Forks, The Keg steakhouse, Portage Place Mall, True North center and more. Room could use a few Reno's (some peeling wallpaper, carpet snags, broken air unit door) but honestly nothing that was any sort of hinderice to our comfort, and everything was very clean. It's not listed as a 5 star hotel, so of course it's not going to be totally perfect. 24 hr coffee and tea available in the lobby. Staff all wore masks at all times. Hand sanitizer was available throughout the hotel. All in all, a great place to stay. We'll definitely be telling our friends about it, and we'll be back.
Location for us is great as we go here for a NHL game once a year. Short walk to pedway then indoors almost all the way to the stadium. A couple negatives this stay. First day 1.5 outta 3 showers were cold and second day all were cold. We rent a suite for 3 of us. Someone suffers on the hide a bed and it's terrible. Yes it's a hide a bed but get a new mattress once in awhile! Room 302. Last point was the fact that the pool hasn't reopened since covid but saw nothing on their website. Your prices should come down if you're not paying for upkeep on a pool and hot tub! And advertise it somewhere. People may choose this place for these options.

The service at this hotel was very good. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and well maintained. A bit warm and musty at first, though. The heater was pretty loud when it kicked in every so often. The mattress was very firm and quite bouncy. However, I still slept pretty well so I can't really complain. The common spaces like the hallways and elevators, basically anywhere you wouldn't expect to spend much time, need work. They desperately need vacuuming and look like the job hasn't been done in weeks. There was visible dirt covering the floors in these areas. The location of the hotel is very convenient in downtown Winnipeg. There is free parking but the lot is fairly small and probably fills quickly on busy nights. Overall, I had a decent stay at this hotel and would consider it again if I need lodging in Winnipeg.
I stayed here while attending a National Congress in Winnipeg recently. Rooms were nice & clean, comfy beds. The heat at night was excruciating hot & the wifi kept cutting out. Breakfast was delicious! Lots of great teas to choose from. Would have been nice if the pool was open for use. After long days a nice swim or sauna would have been perfect ending to long Conference days. Human Rights Museum was short walk where I attend last part of National Congress Conference. Definitely would stay again. Staff was helpful calling cabs to attend Conference at RBC Conference Centre Downtown. Wait was short & drivers helpful with bags to Airport.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Relatively reasonable rates but that's because i booked thru a booking agency where I get major discounts. The hotel is on the older side. Room was large and decent, very comfortable bed. I did not get room service everyday, somehow they forgot or missed it. They advertise the pool and hot tub, but they are out of service. According to other reviews I've read they've been out of service for quite a long time already. They should make that clear on their listings. They charge $10/night for outdoor parking which I think is crazy. Breakfast is mediocre, only ate here twice out of the 5 nights I stayed. Will check out a different hotel next time.

We had a youth choir of 28 staying for 5 nights, and the staff was totally accommodating, friendly, patient and helpful. The breakfast buffet food was varied and plentiful, and included "something for everyone". Although it's an older hotel, it was a great price in an excellent location for us to be able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We all thought it was a bargain for the location, the size of the beds and rooms, the comfort of the place and the super accommodating and friendly staff. Our only wish is that we could have used real dishes instead of all the plastic plate and plastic cutlery and plastic glasses at breakfast each day. The amount of plastic garbage each day made us feel guilty. I highly recommend this hotel to other youth groups on tour!
I would rate my stay 3.5/5. The suite was clean and spacious, but there wasn't independent temperature control and it got chilly at times. The television channel options were also really lacking - No Hockey Night in Canada, really? It's also near the CN/CP rail track so it's not always the quietest. Excellent central location to a lot of downtown attractions however. The front desk staff are nice. Breakfast is also available from 6-10am, a basic spread of boiled eggs, bacon or sausage, French toast, and pastries.

I stayed here for two nights. I intentionally booked a hotel close to Human Rights Museum and Forks Market. It was all under a ten minute walk from the hotel. Perfect for two nights. The room was big, comfortable, and provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Staff tagged my bag after checkout until my evening flight for me and it was stored securely. Only minor complaint is no syrup was provided for the pancakes at breakfast. I want syrup because I like syrup. I paid $177 per night. Expensive, but it balances out the cost of Ubers and taxis to get back and forth between the Museum and another hotel.

Luxury, Great view
This has to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed in recently, I don't know if it's just declined since covid. For starters it's in a horrible location, which limits the parking to the point where I had to sit and wait a good 15 minutes to find a spot. Upon checking in I'm informed the hot tub and pool are out of service which is a big reason I chose this hotel. They have a "fitness" center" which is 4 pieces of ancient cardio equipment, half of which doesn't work. The room was decent enough, and the breakfast that was included wasn't terrible either but still not great. Can't say I'd ever want to stay here again.

Clean and very average. The staff are all very nice but totally unable to give local advice or information. The free breakfast was terrible, even by average hotel standards. The guest parking area is free but quite small. I can't imagine where guest would safely park when the hotel is more than 50% capacity. I asked about other options and got a very blank stare at the front desk. That was the case with nearly every question asked. I stayed here as a business traveler wanting to be mindful of expense. I wish I had selected the client's other more expensive hotel option. Eventually I will learn my lesson on this.... On th plus side- it is well maintained and we'll kept. No issues with those things at all.
The staff were terrible. When we told them that the hair dryer in our room was broken, he told us that there was nothing he could do and would 'fix it tomorrow'. We were only staying one night so that wouldn't help us at all. The hotel boasts many amenities, but they don't work! The steamroom and hot tub were both lukewarm (and smelled terrible). The pool was nice but there were no towels. We had to ask the front staff for towels twice before we had to walk to the front, dripping wet to collect them. When we told the front staff about how disappointed we were that they were broken, especially given the cost of the room, he told us there was nothing he could do. Terrible customer service.
Summary: they try their best, but it is what it is. The great things about this hotel is the location, the cleanliness, the friendliness in the service and the fact that it is one of the few ones in the region with breakfast included (plus 24h coffee). The bad things about this hotel is that they lacked electricity for when I went for WAY too long. I know technical issues happen, but it took them too long to fix it. Plus, they only removed the cost of the stay of the nights without electricity for those that asked for it, instead of being apologetic and removing it for all.

We are extremely disgusted at this hotel. Our room was dusty, had a broken toilet, and the jacuzzi was nasty. It had floating hairs, dirt particles, and what looked like dead skin. There was black hair on the bed and on the side of the tub. We requested a refund and they said we could only have another room, so don’t waste your time. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and very firm (you can feel the springs). They do not clean the units that cool and heat the room, so you’re breathing in dust all night long. I would avoid this place, or at least avoid the room with a jacuzzi!

The room was clean, a little out dated. Housekeeping was great when we left a note for extra towels. Parking lot is very small and tight for the amount of people staying there. Also costs 12$ a day to park your vehicle and it snowed 2/3 nights we stayed there and noone bothered to plow the parking lot. Not sure what the 12$ goes to. As expected the hotel is old but the rooms are well maintained and clean. Beds are comfy. Clean bathroom. The rates depends on the season and it goes up when they’re fully booked. Close to majority of tourist spots in the city so it’s a plus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Guards are all over the area to Make sure that the guests are safe. Didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast but I heard it isn’t bad. Other facilities like pool and steam room has to be repaired though to look neat. Overall, We enjoyed our stay here and will come back if there’s a need or whenever we need to unwind for a while.
The staff was nice and accommodating, wich is why I wish I could give it 5 stars. However the following was wrong: 1- T.V. didn't work 2- There was hair in the tub as well the toilet wasn't clean 3- One of the beds had blood stains on the sheets and the other had a bunch of hair. 4- Parking is advertised as free however its $10 a day. 5- Overpriced for the underwhelming room. 6- They put a $300 hold on my card.. I was a maid for years so I understand things happen but blood stains on the sheet is kind of unacceptable. Like I mentioned above though the staff was very sweet.
This hotel has the worst parking! You are required to pay $12/day for 1 vehicle and an additional $15/day for the 2nd vehicle. Once the lot is full behind hotel, you must park across the busy street in overflow. If that becomes full, you must drive behind the hotel in a back parking alley and pay an additional $6 (which they do reimburse that $6). This hotel is NOT worth staying at and we will NEVER book here again. Very dissatisfied customer.

Almost always stay here when in the city for a night or two. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the included toiletries (Neutrogena lotion) are a nice perk. Location is near downtown and in a safe area. The hot breakfast is always good and the pool is usually not too busy. My only complaint would be that the hot tub is only about lukewarm but that is easily made up for by the extremely friendly front desk staff. Will continue to recommend this hotel to others!

Rooms are overpriced for what you get. They charge to park outside in a questionable are of town. Some front desk staff are incompetent, rude and lie. Stayed here in July and had a good time. Hotel is nothing special and you get what you pay for. Pool was closed for the pandemic and doesn’t sound like they have any plan to reopen it. Bed was ok but not great, just a inexpensive spring mattress. Room was nice and clean at least. The breakfast was okay but lacking options. A great benefit to the hotel is the location to downtown and is within easy walking distance to the forks or downtown. We went to a goldeyes game and ate at cibo and could easily walk to both.
Horrible customer service , they talk over you while you share your concerns. No amenities as advertised with no discount, the pools and sauna was closed, no discount. Never ever will I ever stay here ever again, nor will I ever advise anyone to stay here either. Room was clean at least. Customer service is atrocious. OMG, I spoke to a few people and the air conditioners don't work properly and they sound like a freight train. The water from the sink, when it settles, is brown. The facility itself was OK. There is a pool, hot tub, and a modest breakfast buffet that was included with the room charge. Parking was also included. The small fitness room had two treadmills and a cycling machine, no weights were available. What really made the difference was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They had a remarkably positive attitude that was infectious and helped brighten my day! The hotel provides excellent value and wonderful staff. I would stay there again.
Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Parking costs extra and is very tight so bring a small car. The pool and hot tub are "closed due to COVID" whatever that means, there are no restrictions that I'm aware of. Breakfast is very disappointing and the tables aren't cleaned between guests. There is syrup on tables and chairs. Price is reasonable for a downtown hotel.

The room is adequate with small fridge and microwave, along with coffee maker. Plus is a desk with Ethernet and fast internet connection. We haven't used the coffee maker in the room since the dining room on the main floor has coffee with several selections depending on how strong you want it. Plenty of breakfast choices as well. Another plus is having the parking lot watched by a security guard late afternoon through the night. All in all a good experience.

Stayed at Humphry for one night and it was amazing. Nice and friendly staff throughout the day and night (even let us borrow a wheelchair for my grandma!). We managed to park a 31 footer RV in there overflow parking thanks to their guidance. breakfast was great but not amazing. There's a pool though kinda small and the room was clean when we checked in. However the room did stink like urine when we first came in. Otherwise our stay here was pleasant.
Very friendly staff! We have stayed here a few times in their jacuzzi suite and enjoyed ourselves every time. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Loved that they had lots of pillows. The decor is a bit dated and the pool/hot tub was closed, but other than that, it's a great place to stay. Even breakfast was good. Would recommend the Humphry any day.

My family and I have stayed in the Humphry 4 or 5 times over the last few years. I won't book a room any where else when we visit Winnipeg. The service is friendly, rooms are spotless, the breakfast buffet is convenient with lots of selection and included with the room. The saltwater pool is clean and warm. The location is perfect. Love the experience every time.

As an out of towner, this is my go to hotel for overnight events in Winnipeg. Staff is always welcoming and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, slightly dated but who cares about decor? Location is fantastic within easy walking distance of the Forks, sports and music venues. Free breakfast and price with parking is excellent. What more could you want?

Wonderful location!!! My boyfriend and I stayed here on our first visit to Winnipeg. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was warm and delicious. The hotel was within walking distance of the Forks market, the human rights museum, the Winnipeg sign as well as many amazing restaurants. I am very happy that I booked my stay here.
Decent hotel for the price. Try to avoid staying on Main street side as lots of traffic zoom by late at night. Also there is trains squealing wheels to deal with late at night. Room was clean and toiletries were good. no complaints about the complimentary breakfast.. it is complimentary after all. Oh yeah very friendly staff. very welcoming and helpful for tourist directions. I would stay here again just not on the Main street side.
This hotel is a good location, and was a nice , clean roomy hotel room. Comes with self serve breakfast downstairs just off the lobby. I would stay here again when I come into Winnipeg.

Luxury
The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean. I had a room with a jetted tub which was nice. The bed sheets were old and had a musty smell to them. And the room didn't have proper ventilation because after I used the tub there was a bunch of water on top of the air conditioner. The room had a nice TV with lots of channel options. I was running late and they gave me a grace period and allowed me to check out late
After getting off the train from Churchill this hotel was amazing! So close to the train station and the Forks. We stayed here for the night so we were rested for the next day! This place is in a great location!!

Great view, Great value
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated but everything is clean and functional. Its really good value for the money. The location is amazing. The hotel is walking distance from some great restaurants, the forks and downtown. While there are better options, the complimentary breakfast is more than adequate. The area around the hotel seems really safe to walk from MTS or downtown late at night.
After having to unexpectedly cancel our Airbnb booking, we looked for affordable hotels downtown and the Humphrey was the winner. Even without a reservation they booked us in quickly and easily. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. It is near the train tracks so we were woken up by trains a couple times. Otherwise a fine stay.
On the outside, it doesn't look like much but location, price, and interior make this a good choice for a brief stay.. Theom was very comfortable and clean. Bed, blankets, and pillows very comfy. Location is very central, walking distance to the human rights museum and the Forks. The breakfast was included and included hot items which is a bonus. Staff was friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay.
The room was clean and comfortable but there was a lack of outlets. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was horrible, dried out tasteless eggs, pancakes and toast. Sausage, ham and what might have been hash brown patties swimming in grease. There isn't a restaurant so lunches and dinners are not available. This place is okay for 1 night passing through but not for an extended stay.
Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite with the husband and it was much needed! the room was nice, big comfy bed, very strong jetted tub and free breakfast, needless to say we had a great time, staff were friendly and I got everything i hoped for will definitely be back again.

pretty nice hotel with nice rooms and amenities, you can control the ac unit on the window which is really nice for keeping your room your favourite temperature. the only downside was that the pool, hot tub and sauna are closed even though theyre still advertised on the website. other than that a great hotel thats surprisingly quiet considering its right on the highway.
Staff was very nice! Bed was comfy. Lots of pillows! Breakfast was good, but i miss being able to take 20 pieces of bacon, but this is probably for the best.. If youre going for eye surgery at TLC, this is walking distance and you wont have to pay or try and find extra parking! Great price!

Friendly staff, we needed to last minute upgrade our room for an extra bed and they were happy to give us the upgrade free of charge. The TV in the room was kind of small but we didn't use it. The continental breakfast was great, lots of options for both food and drink. The location is right downtown, within walking distance from many shopping places and attractions.
One night stay for a wedding at the Forks. Reasonably priced, clean and had friendly staff. Unfortunately have to minus 1 star because our toilet was plugged when we got there and we weren't really able to use it due to it's poor water flow and constant flooding.

Great rate for an excellent location. We were going to a concert downtown and could easily walk. Booked directly through the hotel and got a better rate. Excellent friendly service and great breakfast. The rooms are older but have great views and everything you need.

Only complaint I had was the parking when it's gets full you have to go to overflow which is across a busy street. But within walking distance from a lot of attractions. Never made breakfast. Quick check inn room was clean and front desk people very helpful and the guy working in the parking lot also. Will make this a hotel to come back too.
The front desk staff were friendly, the room was nice and clean. The reason I have 4 stars was there was not much parking in the main lot and there wasn't enough seating for the Continental breakfast in the morning. Other than that it was a great place to stay for a night. Nice as close to cool things in Winnipeg like the forks downtown.
The hotel is nice and appears clean, although a little dated. It is reasonably priced and includes a breakfast. The breakfast itself is very simple with only a few hot items. The public pool and hot tub was under construction and unusable, but they warned you on the website and during booking. The hotel is good if traveling on a budget.
Great customer service, decently clean rooms, good quality toiletries; included breakfast is similar to what someone will have at home, not a huge variety but good, 24hr coffee is handy; very good location. Had a very good stay.

It was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was just unfortunate that the pool and hot tub weren't working, but it didn't ruin the stay. The only thing I'd have liked was eggs or fruit available with breakfast.

The Humphry Inn & Suites is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and are quick when checking in. The rooms are good and have what I need for the night. The pool area is nice and clean. The morning breakfast is basic. The hotel is close to most things in the downtown area. It is a reasonably short walks to The Forks.
An excellent, comfortable, clean hotel. Great downtown location a 7-minute walk from the human rights museum. Our king bed was comfortable and fresh. Excellent staff. Above average free breakfast. All guests were in good moods, suggesting they all enjoyed the same positive experience we did. I'd certainly stay here again.
Staff are very friendly, accommodating. Room are clean, fresh, lots of very hot water. Plenty of parking. Convenient location downtown. Comfortable 24 beverage lounge, Great price. Complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping I've stay here many times and will stay here again on my next visit to Winnipeg. S. Fortier.
Very friendly staff, very helpful. Room was good, a little bit worn down in areas like the carpet. So just don't expect a newly renovated room. Could hear the neighbors in the night thumping, and the heater could have heated the room better. But still a very nice room. Breakfast in the morning was good too.
This is one of the most quiet and clean hotels I have ever been at. I recommend this hotel for everyone and the real breakfast was great and friendly and helpful staff.

Quiet
Stayed for a few nights with my 2 small kids. They enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the treadmill. We were all excited about the Honey Nut Cheerios available at breakfast. The room could use a bit of upkeep, as the paint was chipping a bit. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Winnipeg.
Friendly, accomodating staff. Let us check in early even though hotel very busy. Rooms were great. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast basic but can't complain. Quick and efficient resolution to a sink issue. Would definately stay here again.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, soft big pillows. Has a pool + hot tub and free (just okay) breakfast. Could be slightly better with some sort of weights in the fitness center (I'm not looking for a squat rack, just a bench and a set of dumbbells) and softer beds. Neat antique feeling building.
Older hotel, but clean, reasonable priced and in a great location close to hockey, the forks and Humanities museum, plus the new Earl's and a good breakfast place in new condo building by Earl's. Stayed a few times now for Jet's games.

We had a room on the sixth floor by the elevator. The room was clean and the hotel overall was pretty nice, but it does need some updating. For the price we paid, it was a good deal. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but they had a parking lot security guard which helped.
Excellent! Staff were very nice! I enjoyed the breakfast, many kind of delicious food I could choose. Room was very clean and comfortable, the price is very reasonable as well. 100% recommend.

Very well priced for the location. Staff was just superb, super friendly. And parking for $10 with all the sights within walking distance is phenomenal. We had a beautiful view of the Canadian Human Rights Museum from our room. I will likely stay at this location again!
This place offered all that can be expected from a hotel! It was a perfect room. Thank you for the good nights rest.

Amazing service. Super friendly staff. Stayed in the jacuzzi suite two nights, enjoyed the continental breakfast (best out of any hotel ive stayed at), clean, comfortable, didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back, thanks for the amazing stay!
It was not the first time I stayed there. I was with my parents we had a really great time over there. Every morning we went for complimentary breakfast which was awesome. There was an Indian girl working there she was so nice and polite to
Great location and value for what's included: basic breakfast buffet and a pool, hot tub and steam room. Parking is no longer free but a reasonable $10/day. The WiFi could be better in rooms near the elevator as the signal was lost once in
This location was a a disaster. Nothing worked the hot tub was out of order all week. The steam didn’t even get steamy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone there is a comparable hotel called the fort Gary just a block away that is
Nice place to sleep at the center of everything. Staff was nice and the place was clean. I have to say my room could have been a bit cleaner and the water could have been more.... clear... Well it was comfy and ok for the price, don't
The hot breakfast is included and better than all others I've experienced. There's gluten-free options as well. The staff members are courteous and friendly, ready with a smile. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice, soft pillows.
The staff were very nice and very helpful. When I needed something they were happy to help! Their complementary breakfast was delicious. And if they have any guests who are rude to them, I would be shocked because I had a great time!
Walking distance to the Forks which is a must see when visiting the peg. Basic rooms, could use some usb charging stations.

Great value
My favorite hotel close to the Winnipeg airport. Very clean, modern, affordable, family friendly and not too far from amenities. The continental breakfast is an excellent plus to start the day.
Great location as we could walk to most of the places we wanted to look at. Rooms need some tlc as you can see some dating in them in the form of wallpaper peeling back and taps loose. More
Very good hotel, close to the train station (10 minutes on foot) and not too far from the airport (around 30$ with a cab or 30 minutes bus) Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. More
Rooms are ok. A little dated but clean. Great service. Location is nice if your doing things downtown but lots of traffic
