"Without a doubt this is one of the best restaurants in the west end! We saw this little little family-run place, and decided to go and get some food! Well, we were in for a surprise, good surprise that is! The restaurant was full, the service was fast and the food, was exceptional! The bigger surprise was how reasonable the bill was! Hung Long Restaurant is located in a busy and rather old commercial plaza close to the CIBC bank in the corner of Wilson and Keele St"
"✨Grilled beef with rice & a fried egg ✨Fresh rolls ✨ Beef short rib with fried rice and a grilled shrimp skewer The portions at Hung Long are pho-nominal! You get a lot of bang for your buck the fact that it’s pretty affordable is the icing on top this has got to be the best grilled beef & rice dish from a pho restaurant that I’ve ever gotten"
"To be very honest the guy taking my order and also cashing me out was excellent in customer service skills "
"Went there tonight based on the good reviews I read"
"This was our dad’s favourite place to go"

No lie, it tasted THAT delicious My BF and mother in law got soup and my sister in law got vermicelli, they all enjoyed their meals too I even was here last week myself when I was sick and got a beef soup myself and I can confirm that it was sooo good. We love this this place. Another time, I got the Beef short rib with fried rice and a grilled shrimp skewer The presentation, the portions, and the food itself are absolutely incredible

To be very honest the guy taking my order and also cashing me out was excellent in customer service skills . But on the other hand the portion of rice and sauce was perfect. But the size of the what was supposed to be prawns was a disgrace and extremely over stated. They are shrimps 2. I honestly would not lie nor hurt any business during this time of inflation. But inflation is on both ends $24.85 for a dish and obviously very disappointed is an understatement. Let the pictures speaks for itself. What you see in a regular size spoon, and is the tail of supposed to be a tail of a prawn. Very very disappointed. I am not a bitter customer just a honest ordinary and disappointed customer.

Went there tonight based on the good reviews I read. Ok the food was fine but the owner and the staff were so rude. I felt like they were doing me a favour. Not a thank you or hello when I walked in or out I ordered for take out. As I was sitting at a table waiting for the food the owner just comes and drops the bag of food in front of me. Had the sternest look on his face. Not even a thank you for coming in As I walked out I said to myself this place will never see me again. Don’t care if food is good. There are a lot of places that I can get good food with a least some level of customer service And by the way. I found their prices expensive for what you get

This was our dad’s favourite place to go. Always ordered the House Special Soup with rice noodles. We still keep the tradition alive and very much enjoy the authenticity of the food still received to this day. Our favourites and must try include the deep fried spring rolls, fresh rolls, chicken thigh and rice, and house soup. Thank you Tony for always being kind to my dad and sister. We love your hospitality and thankful for the food you make for us.

Finally visited Hung Long after they reopened. Food is still excellent. I have been coming here for a long time and it is by far the most consistent food quality experience compared to many other related restaurants. Those grilled short ribs are absolutely to die for, a must try item when you visit. Social distancing measures are implemented as well. Tables are disinfected every time after a table settles up so I felt pretty safe and clean. It is very busy during regular dining hours so expect to wait outside for a bit (also seating less people indoors than before). You can also call in, order and pick up (a lot of people came by to pick up food).
Honestly, one of the best places I’ve ever eaten at! My daughter and I stumbled upon this little family run business, operating since some time it seems, and we know why! The food is exceptional! Located in a run down commercial plaza on the corner of Wilson and Keele St. The price is a bit higher than you would expect. Service a little slower than you would anticipate. It’s family run, one would expect that. As long as the food is mouthwatering and delicious, do we really care about the Esthetics? Definitely a place to try! Should be 1st on any list! If in the area again, will be paying it a visit.
Amazing food, tried the T17 (short ribs & shrimp with fried rice) and B19 (basil lemongrass beef with vermicelli). Wow! Left me speechless. The meat was so flavourful and juicy. Everything was delicious and the portions were big. I can't wait to go back. The service was okay and left a bit to be desired, but I really didn't care after eating my meal lol. The food made it worth it.

Altho the place is small and doesn't shout classy or even good enough to not smell too much like food, the food is notably delicious. Most dishes were a bit too much for one person. I loved both the fried and fresh spring rolls

Such a gem of a restaurant. One of the best mild chicken curries that I’ve ever had, with nice vermicelli to soak it up. The pho is also quite fantastic, and the portions are nice sized. I only got takeout but it is a nice laid back restaurant for any time of day. Opens for late breakfast. For those staying in the hospital you are only a very short walk to get here. The service is so fast it’s worth it when you can get a chance.
My go-to Vietnamese spot. The foos is affordable, delicious and the service is amazing. The owner is honestly the best!

Wow this place has really fresh amazing tasting food. I can honestly say that it's one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to in Toronto. So far only been at lunch time. The place can fill up pretty quickly and you'll have to wait for seating between noon and 12:30. Great selection of menu items. Customer service is great. Portion sizes are good. Happy to add this place to our lunchtime restaurant rotation.
I didn't enjoy Pho here that much since their broth taste is kinda sweet for me. But their Bun Bo Hue (spicy Hue beef noodle) is amazing, the best I had so far in Toronto tho, definitely recommend this dish. Their side food wasn't really well-made as other Vietnamese places, but they gave you a lot. Staff is friendly. I went at closing time once and they still let us eat and waited for us.
Ordered take out here and they were quick to prepare my order. Big portions and the pho was just as good as the other places that are hyped in the area. Wish the pho tai had a bit more meat but it was still delicious.

I searched for best spring rolls in north york and this restaurant was an option. I came 30mins before closing, place looks clean, relatively nice staff. I expected more from the rolls and the white rice was so plain omg. I guess that's the usual Asian sticky rice. Chicken had a good seasoning and taste. Nice aromas. Could be better though for th reviews it already has. Thanks.
This place is a hidden gem in Wilson, the food is so delicious, best beef pho soup I've had in Toronto, the spring rolls are a solid 10/10 and the general tao chicken is so delicious! The portions are great too, I'll be coming back later

Food was great but the iced coffee with condensed milk is not full. 90% of the cup is ice and the actual coffee can be finished in 2 sips, when asked for more coffee, they couldn’t do it. It’s $7 plus tax for ice and a little coffee. Please put more coffee next time :(

I’ve only been here twice, but gotta day, some of the best pho around that area. Portions are quite big, I can usually finish an XL size in other places but here I order a L instead. Their Fresh Rolls are also very good, the “skin” is thin and the fillings are very fresh. Service has always been great too! No complaints.
The food is above average and better than my expectations. If there are some people waiting in front of the restaurant, it should be ok. Serving time is a bit long. The deco is a bit old.

One of the better Pho joints around the area. Pretty spacious and no line ups. The food is great, the rice platter is a big portion for the price, the Pho itself was OK. Good amount of meat but small portions in the noodle area. Otherwise a great place to grab a quick bite.
Ordered the pho and the grilled pork chop with fried egg on rice…. Food was cheap and cheerful however, the pho was a bit lacklustre. The rice dish was tasty and will likely return for that alone.

Great tasty food with great service. Not too busy during regular hours of operation except during weekends. Quick service with wide variety of menu items. Right amount of spice with extra sauces and spices available. Try the pork it is crispy and well fried.

Food it’s delicious ,however as we got to the restaurant we got greeted by one of the servers in a rude way,the reason being that we tried to sit right away in one of the empty tables that still needed to be clean , and we noticed him

Price is okay. Food is okay. Customer service is not okay! The server/host taking is always on his cell phone. When food was packed up, I asked the guy, is this bag for me? He just said yes without even looking at me while he is busy
The food was amazing but the service was um….. well non existent. Was welcomed with a grunt and thrown a menu. Thankfully I had read reviews and expected it. The food however was heavenly! Go for the food but not the atmosphere! More
My favourite pho place. Very authentic and has a huge variety of food in the menu. Affordable and the staff are always friendly. Always can't wait to dig into the pho that I kept forgetting to take a picture of the pho.
Been ordering from here throughout pandemic and even to date. Their short rib & shrimp on fried rice is my favorite. I find their rice noodles are thicker as opposed to the typical thin noodles you will see in a pho.
This is hands down my most favourite Asian restaurant ever. Their items are always served in great quality and huge portions. Their prices are reasonable and the service is good too. DA BEST!
The bun bo hue here is truly immaculate and the best I’ve had in Toronto. It has so much flavour and just the right amount of spiciness. It’s definitely my favourite dish here.
Owner was extremely rude. We had cold soup and asked for hotter broth. He proceeded to try and humiliate us loudly in front of the whole restaurant. Not worth it More
This restaurant has completely conquered me, delicious food, cozy space, friendly staff. Next time I'll try the minhaof in fried rice with shrimp ribs❤️❤️❤️
I had the Goat Hot Pot, even though it’s meant to serve 2-3 people, it can easily serve for 4-5. I recommend this dish especially during the cold winter.
Check this place out! The best pho in the Downsview area and I’ve tried most of them! Don’t go up Keele and try the other one. This is where it’s at.
It's my favorite pho spot in GTA. Very reasonable prices for great quality with lots of varieties and generous portions. Great staff as well. More
