"I can see why is this place always so packed for dinner time"
"Decent Pho noodle restaurant with average size portions at affordable prices"
"Been to Pho 88 twice and had an alright experience with the meal here both times"
"I love the Satay Beef Pho"
Always come here just for their famous pho noodles. Ordered noodles soup with beef flank, brisket and tendon. Never disappointed although the amount was a bit less. The price was ok, $12.75 for large bowl and $11.75 for small. The service was fast and the place was not too noisy. More
I can see why is this place always so packed for dinner time. The pho is definitely better value compared to many other pho restaurants. The beef are soft although lean, soup-base has some msg, as expected, but you can taste the bone soup
Decent Pho noodle restaurant with average size portions at affordable prices. Utensils and sauces are available at each table, like many Vietnamese restaurants. Staff can speak Cantonese. I would recommend visiting if you're in the area. More
Been to Pho 88 twice and had an alright experience with the meal here both times. What's great about this place is that the service is fast. You order your food and it comes relatively quickly. The location is easy to find, it's inside the
I love the Satay Beef Pho. its my favourite. The broth tastes really good with the sprouts, basil, thinly sliced beef. And hot sauce and hoison sauce. Not too heavy its just right. Very busy place always day and night. We takeout this
We ordered the vermicelli with grilled beef. It was atrocious!!! My goodness this place has gone down hill. The noodles were slimey and the beef was boiled. So bad they are cutting corners here. Do not come here and eat it is not worth the
I went here too often to count but we frequently get take out since the wonderful aroma will stick to your clothes and hair the closer you sit near the kitchen. With take out, you get charged if you ask for extra sauce vs you get unlimited
Best Pho spot in the city. Pho88 in Bamburgh is a Scarborough staple. I’ve been eating here since they opened in 1999. My Grandparents used to bring my sister, Mom, and I here after church. The food & atmosphere have been as warm as their
Tasty and reliable spot for Vietnamese. Pho is always good and portions are large. The grilled pork in the vermicelli was a little too charred the last time I was here but everything else was solid - shrimp and crab noodles, curry shrimp,
Hands down best pho spot. Been going here for 10+ years and the price & taste is phenomenal. Service is also super fast. Usually super packed but ever since the pandemic there's only a hand full of tables occupied at any given time. They
I rarely comment but the experience I had here are awful! This is the portion of *Large* and look they even have a small size pho. I have no idea how small size gonna be, but the large size can’t even feed one person. The side veggie and
Revolting. Maybe you should only order pho here but we decided to try grilled chicken and shrimp vermicelli and grilled chicken on rice. Disgusting greasy skin on chicken, absolutely mediocre shrimp, tasteless sides. It is a pure
Im a regular customer here, a good place to get your Viet food fix. The Chicken Pho is good, nothing to complain about there but I've gotten their deep fried spring rolls (Chả giò) many times and its always soggy, I wish it came
Been coming here for many years on and off. They’ve always been consistent and I was worried if the business could continue after the pandemic hit. Their fried spring rolls hands down one of my favourites! Glad to be back! More
Great Vietnamese pho restaurant for a cold night's craving. This restaurant has been around for many years and has never failed me. Their food quality and standards have always been the same. Same few server and owners too.
Was recommended by a friend to me but the experience was not that pleasant, got the Chicken Pho, Beef Ball Pho, Spring roll & fried squid. They accept Cash & Debit only so be prepared. Overall an ok experience for me. More
This place is always packed at night, since the price is reasonable and the portions are generous. But the pho taste is just average, and it’s not the most flavourful. Nothing special but it’s a good and filling meal. More
I've been going to this place for the past 10 years and I have seen a steady decline in their service and quality. The owner has become greedy for money and gives unreasonable prices for the quantities of food.
Food was good. Service was quick. Really your typical good Pho spot with nothing really to complain about or that stood out. And like a lot of places in that area, no credit cards accepted. Only cash or debit.
Looking for a quick tasty and hardy meal? This is the place you want to come to, one of my favourite places to get pho they’re always so quick with bringing out the food and the portion sizes are great. More
Some of the most popular pho you can find in Scarborough. They have been in operation for a loooong time and have great tasting Vietnamese food including pho, spring rolls, chicken, etc.
Used to be my favourite spot. Nowadays the pho tastes blend, not as flavourful as it used to be. Noodles were hard, meat portions decreased, price and service is the same. More
By far the best pho you will ever have in the gta! Large $12.95 pork chops & rice very delicious $13.75 & spring rolls $6.50 a lot of food low prices very tasty! More
Not too bad for a Vietnamese restaurant. The taste is good. When you enter into the restaurant you can smell like you are in vietnam or Asian area. It’s nice.
pho noodles are from dehydrated pho, other restaurants use fresh pho. Beef slices felt dried suspecting frozen meat was their selection. Others serve
This place is ALWAYS busy - you won’t have to wait to get a table but a lot of people come and go constantly which says a lot about the food
Seriously! What went wrong with this restaurant?? It’s nothing like it used to be before Covid. The quantity and quality went down
Quick and efficient service. Food is pretty average. Not bad but nothing amazing. It’s a decent meal for a fairly cheap price. More
Back in Toronto and one of my must go to restaurants is obviously Pho 88! TO probably has the best Pho in North America imho….
