Actually love the pizza, but have been having difficulty lately in getting what we want when we order. Three orders ago, the delivery was over an hour later than planned. I called in and was offered some brownies for the inconvenience. Two orders ago, we were disappointed in the amount of toppings on the Works pizza. Obviously, not the end of the world, but here's why I'm writing today. On our last order, we ordered the same as usual, but added extra ham, pepperoni and sausage for a 6:00 pm delivery. When we opened the box, it was extra ham, pepperoni and sausage and nothing else. No Works. So I decided to call in on the issue. I mentioned the past couple orders haven't been what we had come to expect, and while we weren't looking for anything, just wanted them to know to fix things so we could get back to the usual experience. The person I was speaking to put a female on the line to listen to my concerns. She offered to remake a pizza and have it delivered to us or a free similar pizza next time, just call in for it. We didn't want to wait for another pizza that evening, so we took up the offer of a free medium pizza next time. Just call in and it will be taken care of. And so today, I make the call. And yes, as you may have guessed, no note of my problem. As Justin, the manager, told me, there is no record of me ordering a pizza that evening. No note of any problem. And, in fact, any female that I would have spoken with did not have the authority to offer me a free pizza. Well, that surely makes it look like I am trying to take advantage of getting a free pizza on Hungry Howie's, now doesn't it? Justin told me how many pizzas I had ordered from there. Just to be clear here, Justin is wrong. In fact, I have three free pizzas available to redeem right now based on my app orders. So let's do the math. 10 points for a pizza ordered and when you hit 60 points you get a free one. Quick math would say that I have ordered over 18 pizzas, of which he has no idea. I'm not sure why my phone app would show the information and yet he can't find it at his store. You see, I don't need a free pizza. But apparently, Justin felt I was trying to take advantage of Hungry Howie's, when all I was trying to do was inform them that on three consecutive orders we weren't getting what we usually receive. I'm sure he thought he made the right decision. And for those of you still reading, I did order a pizza from them tonight. I paid for it. Again, I wasn't looking for a freebie. But if we ever figure out who the female was that took my call about 6:15- 6:30 pm on Tuesday July 4th........well, that might solve some unanswered questions for Justin. Again, I like the pizza, usually, I just wanted to inform them of what a customer has experienced. Hopefully, it gets back to normal.

Ordered for pickup. Order was ready when promised when I arrived and extremely hot and fresh from the feeling when my hands held the boxes. We went with the two med 12" pizza with a Howie bread (garlic cheese bread) for $15. What I enjoyed most about the pizza was the crust. I like the flavor and texture cornmeal can provide on a decent crust. The crust had a nice crunch to it and was sturdy enough to hold the toppings without sagging. The sauce was a pretty standard prepackaged just add water pizza chain sauce with a sweet tangy tomato taste. Cheese and topping distribution was also to be expected from a national pizza chain. Everything is either weighed or counted to create a consistent pie weather your in Nevada or in Florida. What sets this chain apart from Domino's or Pizza Hut was the complimentary crust toppers. This really adds flavor and complexity to a part of the pizza some do not enjoy. We had the Asiago which had a great taste as well as the buttery herb which was finger licking good. They offer some deals in newspaper mailings that could be perfect for a football party, with pizza and wing combos. Enjoy!

Hey, guys. I just had an incredible experience picking up a pizza from Hungry Howie's, and I gotta give a shoutout to Ricardo for taking my order. When I got to the restaurant, Ricardo was there with a smile, and my pizza was ready to go. Let me tell you, this pizza was incredible. The crust was crispy, the toppings were fresh and delicious, and the flavored crust options were out of this world. But what really made the experience stand out was an amazing service. Ricardo and the rest of the staff were friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that my pickup experience was smooth and easy. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. And the price was great, too - I couldn't believe how affordable my order was considering the food quality and the exceptional service. All in all, I highly recommend Hungry Howie's to anyone looking for a delicious pizza experience with top-notch service. I called to ask about coupons we received in the mail specifically for this location (address was on it) and we called to find out how to use them, and the person who answered put us on hold while we were talking, and then hung up on us after we finished the question. Extremely unprofessional. We just moved here and live maybe .5 miles away. We were looking for a new pizza place nearby but won't even bother trying the food here. If the employees feel like they can treat customers like that, what would the quality of the food be? I'm not wasting my time on employees that were clearly trained to be careless by management with similar attitudes. Do better.

I have previously purchased the large Hungry Howie's special pizza with a standard crust several times, twice this week. This is our favorite pizza because it has plenty of delicious toppings that are very tasty. I have previously purchased pizzas from Little Caesar's, Papa John's, Domino's, Metro Pizza and Rossati's. My wife and I agree that Hungry Howie's makes the best pizza in Centennial Hills in northwest Las Vegas. We will continue to exclusively buy our pizza here. This is a densely packed area. For some reason all the parking spots in front are marked as handicapped and have been empty every time I've been there, so picking up can be a hassle.

This is the ONLY place I go for pizza!! I have yet to have a negative experience. The food is delicious, service is phenomenal, and you just cant go wrong with this place. I would reccomend joining the rewards program because you will order from them on the regular and you should get some sort of compensation for that aside from great food and service!! I've had the pizza, the cookie, and the salad so far.. I'm slowly working my way through the menu and getting to know hungry howies at its best.. I cant eat any other pizza now. Ordered online and used a coupon for a free item but was overcharged because the coupon did not take off the whole price of the item. When I mentioned it to the staff in the store, they didn't seem to know how to help. I emailed support about the issue after my visit and never got a response, so I emailed them again. They then said my message was forwarded to the franchise manager and that I'd hear back, but again I never got a response. The worst part is that I liked the pizza, but I will never be going back because clearly they don't care about my business.

I waited for my order for an hour and a half however when I called they answered the phone with I'm so sorry Ms. Ashley we are on the way right now. Right than I was relieved as they actually took the time to acknowledge it had been so long and tried to make it right. They brought us an extra cookies and gave us a discount on our order. Even tho it took so long they definitely made it up with how nice they were when delivery and acknowledging it took so long and trying to make it right. Thank you for your efforts and all your hard work.

Far exceeded my expectations. A great and delicious pizza. The crust is superb and I love the complete control of the sauce request on the pizza. I'm an extra sauce kind of guy and I will order 2x sauce and 2x crust flavoring next time. The bread sticks are wonderfully soft, which is not common. If the pizza crust was the same, I think they'd get 6 stars. Maybe my adjustments will yield that next time. For God's sake, they even have siracha drizzle, yo. Domino's and Papa John's are in deep dishsh@*

The hungry howies at this location is amazing! The crust is awesome and all of the ingredients are always fresh. I love the sesame crust and just the idea of being able to pick different flavor crusts. The only major issue i have with this hungry howies is that the new manager got RID OF THE PICKLE CRUST. That was my favorite thing ever. Please please please bring back the pickle crust if not permanently than maybe make it a seasonal thing. Thanks

The pizza sauce and 1 container of parmesan for 2 large pizzas and breadsticks is a no for me. Pizza crust was soggy like it was sitting waiting to be picked up. I think the sogginess affected the taste of the pizza. My guess is that a 3rd party delivered it. Very disappointed. Start charging for parmesan so customers can get what they ask for. Dominos is better sauce and fresh hot pizza because they deliver their own pizzas. We won't reorder.

Came in for an order was told they would be about 5 mins, (order was suppose to be ready already). I proceeded to wait the 5 mins and watched as 1 worker went to the back and the other was working. I absolutely love this place! All of their ingredients are fresh and delicious! We love the asiago garlic bread- so good. And all of their pizza flavors are solid. We particularly enjoyed the buffalo chicken pizza. The crust flavors are amazing and tasty.

This place doesn't have dine in. So the concept of "atmosphere" really isn't relevant. However, the pizza is piping hot and delicious once one gets it home. The staff seemed happy and friendly. Also, the pizzas seemed very reasonably priced.

Order once for delivery. Pizza was good. Driver got lost. Took him an over an hour because he used Google maps instead of the directions I gave them. Called in today for delivery and they said I was out of their delivery range. They said max delivery is 3.5 miles. I'm 3.4 even tried to get the manager to do it they still said no.

This place sends out coupons and the employees don’t know how to use them! They said they’re not trained to use them! The last time I ordered from them they screwed the order up and said next time I come in they’ll replace it. No one can find the notes. This is ridiculous

Very cheap meal, but unfortunately the quality was rather low. The crust is among the worst I've tired. The topping has been ok, though. And the waiter has been very kind. I guess the place may be visited due to lack of other options nearby. However, if you have choice, do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Used to go to Little Ceasars right across the street but we tried these guys not too long ago and now we go multiple times a month. I love that you can pick from like 10 different crust seasonings to add to your pizza for free. Garlic herb and Cajun are both awesome. I highly recommend trying them out

Use to order the two medium pizza deal everyother week as a cheat meal for me and my wife. We loved the cajun crust, now the cajun seasoning has completely changed. Its all salt!!! Thought it was a fluke, so we ordered it again, same thing. ALL SALT..... Am I the only one that thinks this?

Excellent pizza. Im sure Ill be back. Crust really stands out on this pizza. Its slightly thick but with a fried bread kind of texture as Im pretty sure its cooked with butter. You may want to pass on this pizza if your looking for healthy, light, low fat, zero carb gluten free pizza???

We've ordered from Hungry Howie's a few times now, and every time has been fantastic. The service is prompt, the pizza is hot and fresh, and the price is just right ($7 w/ tax for 1 large 2 topping pizza). While other pizza places are good, Hungry Howie's is on a whole new level.

We waited about 15 minutes for plain wings and cheddar cheeseburger pizza. When it came out, the food was incredible! Hot and so SO good! The employee who took my order was super friendly, as was the one who handed me my food. Thanks guys. No photos - food too good to wait.

This is a good pizza place, I'd totally go back. The asian chicken pizza knocked my socks off. The flavored crusts weren't as tasty as I thought they'd be, but the pizzas were still delicious. Better than Little Caesars for sure.

Had my first visit today 12/19/19 . The pizza was ok. Tried their BBQ boneless wings.. it was very bready. I might try the traditional wings. A little pricy, not sure if they have promos like other chains.

Order from them once a week. I have never had a problem with them or their service. Delivery guys are always great and super nice. The pizza is really good too, way better than every other delivery place.

Amazing food, amazing staff I love it, this is my new favorite place!

After suffering with OK pizza for years in the Valley I finally found the perfect pizza for me. Deep Dish Works Pizza from Howie's is absolutely awesome.

You get what you pay for if you pick up. Cheap pizza but kids manage the place. Good learning experience from them but add 10-15 min to your order time.
