Edit: my initial review I put a 2-star due to how long it took for my package to arrive. But, The owner was very responsive and wanted to make it right with me. So I had placed another order. One bottle he got in just for me! That’s service!!! Great place to go ! ——————————————————————- First of all, the selection at I shop liquor is practically unbeatable. It’s cool on the different products they carry. But my experience was less than good due to the shipping Timeline Of my order so beware of this. I placed an order 10days before Christmas thinking this was enough time to get it by Christmas as it was supposed to be a gift. Well the order processed and was indicating that it was awaiting to be picked up by the carrier the very next day which I was very happy to see. Well as the days went on the status didn’t change and finally I called to check on things. It took me some tries to find the number as the number listed on the website didn’t work and I found a different number on Facebook. I got in touch with the owner finally and he did return my message and said that the carrier must have lost the package and he was going to make things right. He even was going to upgrade my bottle as he was out of the specific one I ordered. I thought this was really good and these things can happen. Well he said he would provide tracking once he got it and I have messaged a few times without any response back. It’s January 3rd now and I still haven’t received my order. I should also add that I had paid over $28 in shipping. Not what I would have expected for the price. Just beware on placing orders online.

Update: Got a call and text from the shop. They are looking into what happened since my apartment complex has a leasing office, and a way to drop off items that need to be signed for. I am now awaiting new shipment details for a replacement on Monday. Jeremy was kind enough to help me out. It's understandable that these challenges happen because of the holiday season, and I'm sure they are backed up so I appreciated someone finally making an effort to respond. ----------------------------------------------------------- No response from ishopliquor about my email regarding an item that was never delivered to me. Ordered on 11/24/21, shipped and delivered on 11/26/21, but never received anything. Should be a signature upon receipt based on the faq, which would ensure delivery. The delivery was 2 day ground shipping and from GLS. I have also created a request through them since I also paid for insurance on the shipment and have not heard back from two emails and a phone number that does not work listed on Google -------------------------------------- Probably only got my tequila that wasn't actually gift wrapped(which I paid for) because my original review had 1 star. I called gls during the whole debacle and verified that there is an extra fee for signatures. Whoever I spoke to at the shop told me they always require a signature. Not sure who to believe but I did eventually get my liquor. Won't shop here again unless in person. Wasn't worth the stress and also being blamed for not receiving the liquor the first time it came.

Placed an online order, and received pretty prompt shipping and tracking information. The shipment spent a few days at a FedEx facility and was returned to the sender. No communication or update for almost a week until I followed up. (I tried calling several times, left messages that were never returned). I eventually emailed, and heard back saying there was “a problem with the label,” and that they’d resend it and provide tracking information. Radio silence again. I followed up again, and the order was cancelled with no communication or explanation. I get that the Pandemic has slowed down most things, and I understand that mishaps and stocking issues happen, but some kind of update and communication is the bare minimum. Update: heard back from them today. They refunded the order and are comping the order. Some issues with communication, but clear commitment to customer care. Star rating updated.

Buyer Beware....we purchased around 350.00 worth of liquor in January 2023 and it's now July and we have received anything. It's shows on their app that our order has been shipped and is still in a warehouse. We have filled out the customer contact form on ishopliquir's website and have had no response. Their phone rings once and then immediately disconnects.....Update (the very next day) ....Thanks for the response. We will call that number tomorrow and hopefully we can get this sorted out and receive our purchase. Upate july 10th (next day). Spoke to the owner over the phone and the number he provided and got a full refund and are very satisfied. Thank you. I have removed the 1 star review and replaced it with a 4 star for the owners integrity. I can’t do a 5 star as obviously this purchase did not go smoothly but its good to know when dealing with this company, the owner is a straight up guy.

This website has the best selection of tequilas I have ever seen! Popular as well as many rare ones that I have never even heard of before! My family and I love to try new liquors and they have a large variety of high end as well as economical and they seem to be always getting new bottles in stock. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they got my order shipped out to me as well. Overall very pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a liquor delivery service. Such a relief during this stay at home order! I will definitely order from them again!

This is the place you want to go to find all of those hard to get bottles of bourbon whiskey and tequila. They literally have it all. Convenient online ordering they do an awesome job. 1792 full proof almost impossible to find but here they have stacks of it. Jefferson’s ocean and cincoro blanco anejo and reposado tequila. They even have all the ace of spades champagne. So happy I found them

I ordered two 750ml bottles Tierra Sagrada as Holiday gifts. I Shop Liquor was out of stock on the 750ml, so they substituted a 1.75L bottle instead. Now I have a huge bottle of high-end tequila and I still need to buy two smaller ones. The service was prompt, and the packing was great, but I wish someone would have reached out to ask if it was OK to substitute the larger bottle.

Great store! Having been in the liquor/beer/wine business the selection is fantastic, well put together. Friendly staff!!! We found a great bottle of Tequila that is hard to find and are super excited to add the bottle to our collection. We live in Idaho and will be using their online website for future purchases until we can return to the storefront. Thank guys, you’re the best!

Product was not as advertised. The picture had a higher grade tequila (extra anejo) but the actual product that came was lower grade (anejo) - seems misleading. I chatted with them and they basically told me tough luck. not worth my time to pursue, so stuck with lower grade tequila at a higher price than I could get elsewhere - be careful.

I’m on the East coast and pretty new to collecting hard to find bottles, and Jeremy has been great. Ordered something they didn’t have and he ended up finding what I had asked for and texted me and let me know he found it. Previous order was well packed and secure to make its 3000 mile trip. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I received my order and it is not at all what I ordered, not even close. I have emailed twice with no response. I have been trying to call and the phone rings once and goes to a busy signal. I will never purchase anything from this company again!

Good selection, decent prices. They're connected to a laundry mat and the area is kinda sketchy, but they do a good job maintaining order. Having said that, things get wild around there sometimes.
