Terrible service, I spoke on the phone with one of the employees and they said that it would be fine if I came in just before the closed as I could only do that time after work and when I got there they said they would need more than 10 minutes to do what I was there for and couldn’t stay open for 5 more minutes if needed. I ended up breaking down as this has been a lot on me and I was very overwhelmed and walked out crying and received no help at all to get access to MY account.

My recent refinance to IMB bank was positive. The branch manager Santanu did a very good job in explaining all the home loan products. He is good at thinking in the customer's shoes. so the overall process is smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended. happy to deal with him again in the future.

Staff are not helpful, we call to speak to a professional but never available. Doesn't call back when messages are left.
