I was rather disappointed with being greeted with 'Next time would you come in earlier as this kind of transactiont takes some time to do,".It was then that I realised that it was close to 'Closing Time'. I replied 'I can come back tomorrow...' The woman serving me said 'It's ok I'll do it' Honestly the unwecoming attitude coupled with the tone of the voice made me feel like I was being a nuisance for coming in at that time! Let me say I am 72 years old and have been with IMB since the 70sl I said to her " If it's going to be to be too much trouble I will withdraw my money and go elsewhere!" 'No it's ok " was the reply. I.must admit her attitude then changed! But here's the thing, Should I have been treated that way,? It is a bank and there was no notice saying DO NOT COME IN WITH A LONGER THAN USUAL TRANSACTION NEAR CLOSING TIME So IMB I apologise for coming in with an overseas transaction at closing time but the attitude of that particular staff is not acceptable. Nevertheless I will continue with IMB because I love the wonderful service that I have received over the years and I introduced my children and family members to the Bank and they too are long term members.

Not impressed went to the bank today but it was closed but when I searched Google it said it was open. I travel 30 minutes only to find it closed. NOT IMPRESSED
