The salon is clean and and service is done well. The owner herself does great hair, not such a welcoming personality. Betty the other hair stylist is amazing sweet and treats you like family. My hair comes out wonderful every time. Just wish the owner which does hair would be more welcoming.

I've only gotten a few haircuts at Isa Salon from Betty, and so far I've liked it every time. I'm fairly picky about the way I like my hair cut, and Betty is the first hairstylist in NY that I've really liked since moving here 5 years ago.

I love this location, I have been coming here since they opened a few years ago. I've gotten everything from hair cuts, hair color and eyebrows! Consistent service and a sense of humor.

They did my daughter hair very beautiful for her graduation day they are professional excellent customer service can get crowded towards closing time but that to be expected

Every stylist knows how to straighten hair as if you had a perm. I'm a natural curly girl and 3 days later my hair is still straight!

Always pay attention to detail and have a staff of friendly people. Treat you as family rather then just a paying customer.

Becky is the BEST! I don't have a perm but when I leave her you wouldn't know it. My was and sets last a couple of weeks.
