The staff were unable.to help, and after calling a district level manger. He climed there was no way he could help and I would have to wait till Monday for customer service to resolve the problem. A parking computer in NYC, will get weekend travlers, they seem more interested in taking your money rather than offering a great parking service. Iron parking was not able to figure out how to use a coupon from there website and the district mng seem to have no interest in helping. To get the keys back for the rental car I was forced to $17...... If your visiting NYC do not trust this parking company. I hope you find better parking and have a great time in NYC
Wonderful service, smooth transaction, paperless and quick. I will tip them better if I ever come back because they deserve it!!!
