I went to this parking for the first time and the experience was good and the place is good and close to some places and shops, the only thing that saddened me is that the price is high, why do I not know, I stand for 3 hours and pay 65$, this is something very expensive, this is what made me rate it with only three stars

I paid for a reserved spot in advance. I arrived and there was no attended at street level and the entrance was blocked. Went down, and was told the reservation meant nothing even through it was prepaid. The attendant was rude and unhelpful. Icon customer service refuses to respond. Criminals.

This parking garage was a bit terrifying due to the single entrance/exit, but it's right in the heart of Soho, so your options for parking are fairly limited. I used a groupon to park overnight recently and was pleased with the overall speed and professionalism.

I was charged a price higher than the posted rate? This could have been because it was a Sunday but I was surprised by how much more it was than the expectations they set. Still a lot cheaper than a lot of other Manhattan lots though so I can't be mad.

My wife and I used this parking garage twice in the last week, with our newborn in tow. Both times were weekdays, around noontime. The first time was great. They took the car promptly and it was waiting for us when we returned. The next

The pricing goes from 2 hours to 10 hours. I was 5 mins past 2 hours & got charged the 10 hour price. That’s disgusting and ridiculous.

It did its job and parked my car, NY prices we'll skip the bar.

There is only one Way in and one way out so be prepared to wait

Too expensive. The same entrance is the exit only one lane.
