They have the knowledge and skills it takes to install high end plumbing fixtures/ systems like our Kohler Smart Digital shower, Kohler Steam System and our massive 6000 sq ft heated driveway system. Hamed takes the time needed to explain how things work so that the homeowners grasp a good understanding of the systems installed in their home. The boiler system in my garage for the radiant floor heating and heated driveway is next level amazing. Looked outside one day and found the guys working on my perimeter gate lying down on the driveway to stay warm. Ideal plumbing did all the pluming work at my new build home including snow melt and in floor heating. Under all the bathrooms the ceiling below have a water leak. I called them but they never returned my calls. I called my home insurance after they investigate they told me that all the pluming needs to be sealed and the ceiling in the basement needs to be changed because of mold problem. they did a bad job.

Ideal plumbing did all the plumbing, Infloor heating and snow melt for our new build home. We had water leaks in 3 bathrooms that lead to mould and ceilings damage. I called and texted Hamad many times with no replay. It cost me a lot of money to hire a new plumber to redo the plumbing properly and then I had to get rid of the mould and replace the drywall.
