Booked the club for a birthday party and paid what was asked for, they day of the party the owner Chris told us that we owed another $450 that was never mentioned before. We were basically bullied into paying more money because he knew that we had 40 people showing up there for a party within a hour. Chris also told us that we would have a DJ so I didn't have to get one. Got there and it was a jazz band and they played all night. We did not pay to hear jazz for a birthday party. Put us all to sleep on Saturday night. In total we paid $500 for a party and he gave us 20 wings. Was told that we would have enough to feed 40 to 50 people. He also started charging people who came in for the party to get in!! WE WERE COMPLETELY LIED TO ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!!!! And not once did he come over to the table and apologize about anything. Just because you have the money to open a business does not mean that you have the ability to run it. He is a terrible owner and is very bad for business. NOT ONE OF US WILL EVER BE BACK!!! DO NOT GO YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This place is a joke. The food is disgusting and undercooked. Everything is overpriced. They charged us $10 to get in and told us that we could only sit at the bar because they had another event going on..... $10 for a grand opening to not be able to sit where we want to sit?? The band’s set that was scheduled to go on at 8 was continually pushed back by the owner to accommodate the birthday party that was taking all of the seating. They didn’t go on until 9:30. They claim to be a jazz bar but threw out the actually good JAZZ band they hired and started playing mainstream radio pop music. Never going back. If you insist on giving this place a shot, don’t get anything with chicken on it. They don’t cook it.

Food was terrible, seemed like it was just thrown together and on top of that it took forever and a lifetime to come out plus the server wasn’t writing anything down so she kept forgetting things and having to come back to the table and ask what we had which made the food take even longer. The drinks were God awful I ordered a cocktail and it was literally pure liquor so I asked for some pineapple juice to top it off and they kept bringing me this watered down whatever they want to call it but it wasn’t pineapple juice. And then the prices were absolutely ridiculous. I probably will never go here again. I’ll stick to north side bar and grille...should’ve known not to go out west

First time visiting #Scene75 and I was very excited to be there, that is until I got to #IllusionsRestaurant . They were not busy at all until so I was unsure as to why my partner and I were ignored for 10-15 minutes after being seated. I watched two servers at the adjacent table take orders & bring drinks & check on the customers, without so much as taking out drink order. Finally a black waitress comes from the back of the house to serve us. Also watched the same thing happen to customers who arrived after us, the only other black customers in the restaurant. #Scene75 was great, but #IllusionsRestaurant will never get my money again.

Beautiful club! After 12 they charge $20 and sometimes $40 if it's packed. These owner is nice I've met him before, but the people at the door and SECURITY are not about the right. I wish I could've given them no stars. The way I was treated and disrespected by Security was highly unacceptable. He called me out of my name so much and tried to humiliate me in front of others standing outside of the club all because I said give me a chance to move and threw me out. Never again. My whole entire party was there and it was not cool at all. It wasn't even no one in there anyways. Don't waste your money

Don't be white when you go in, you won't get served. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes and the bartender wouldn't even acknowledge me. Chatted with the other three black girls in front of her. It would have been fine if she'd have just said, "I'll be with you in a just minute", I would've been fine with that. It soon became clear she was never going to acknowledge me. Even the girl right next to me in the group of three kept looking at me as if she wanted to do what the bartender should have done from the get go!! If you're black and you appreciate equality, don't go here.

Place nice. Food excellent! But the crew was short in waitresses. Floor manager, short black woman with braids was rude! The only personality that was professional was the owner, male bartender and the one waitress they had! Would come back if they have people working with a professional attitude! This was my first brunch! I don't understand, if you want to work with the public, have a pleasing personality. If I was the owner, I would change my team!!!

Not so good service. Here for a birthday party and the owner noticed several times that we had not been served. Instead of finding a way to fix it she responses that they have two parties. It is the expectation of customers that the number of staffing has nothing to do with service or lack there of! Some one from my table had to walk up and ask for our drinks as it seems as though they were not going to plan to serve them until they brought our food, meanwhile someone walks right up to the bar and gets service.

Have mostly been there for private parties or on Thursdays with the hubby. Its a nice lil spot for meeting up with folks and singing karaoke. The food takes time to prepare but it is good. The menu is vast and extends beyond standard bar food with many options. My husband loves the lamb chops and I like the steak with a loaded potato.

This place is a hidden gem I totally enjoyed myself the band was amazing the food was great the bartender was so professional the ambience was chill the vibe was on point and the restrooms were clean my biggest thing and they were so professional Security was held it down by checking everyone in and everything was all good. The menu needs to be shorter too many options . I've never been in a bar and grill with several side salads and soup choices. Also the Entree menu is too heavy with choices. My drink had little to no alcohol and food was cold. Table of 4 food was delivered to one of use and was gone by the time the next person's food came out. I love the Venue and I think they will do well with less menu choices and better grasp on service.

I visit this restaurant and bar every time I am in Indianapolis. The food is AWESOME!!! The customer service is everything you expect from such an awesome environment. I always order their steak dinner but I have indulged in their appetizers which the egg rolls are to die for. There is also an area for the cigar smokers that is well ventilated and spaced out for the covid careful. Great place to go!!

This place is terrible. I’ve been sitting here for over an hour and a half and still don’t have food. My entire party has their food, and eaten it. I asked the waitress, all I got was “I’m still waiting on it”. Places like this wonder why people don’t support small businesses. Maybe if you learned basic business skills, you could have some support. Worst service I have ever received of any place.

I’m a regular but somehow always have issues from being charged admission just to order food to food being incorrect or undercooked to food being wrong from door dash to having to wait an hour or more for food to even now not being able to call in and order even when i offered to pay over the phone! I’m fed up atp we spend too much money there during the week and weekend to always have an issue!

I order on grub hub this was a mess the noodle were overcooked and the asparagus was hard they cooked the end pieces and served this was my first and last time and if I want store bought already cooked shrimp I could of done this myself I had to added my own seasoning and even still could eat it

This is a very quiet and low key bar. Very clean and peaceful. The staff is super friendly. I would only say one thing food orders could be a little faster, BUT the taste is worth the wait. My Husband was searched thoroughly by a woman security guard!!!!! Now I know they know it was suppose to be a man searching him! They literally grabbed his nuts and he was like wow why you have to do all that. She said cus something can be down there!!! We will never go back there! I hate Indiana more and more.

Visited on 3/10/2019 and will never visit again. The Food and service were absolutely horrible. They had 1 very inexperienced server, fountain coke was flat X 3 tries, food was greasy and tasteless. At this point I don't think this place will be open very long. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Drinks were great, the atmosphere was nice, it's just that the music speakers were facing that bar, which made for a hard time to have a conversation. Almost like a club, it was a Saturday night though. We didn't have anything to eat. Overall a nice place

First and Last visit!! Paid for "VIP" tix to comedy show, only arrive and told find a seat. We ordered food never to receive it till the show was almost over and then the order was wrong and half cooked. Ask to speak to manager, they never showed nor did server ever come back. Do Better....

Lord have mercy I just found out about this place yesterday. I got the grilled salmon, loaded baked potato and broccoli. My friend got shrimp and grits. Phenomenal. The bartender made me a whiskey drink and it was one of the best drinks I have ever had. Kudos to the staff!!

Slow as hell. I was there for 20 mins before getting a drink. No one even asked if I needed a drink. Had to go ask for a drink. (3) Bartenders are slow even when not busy. Don’t wait ur time. Never going back.

This place has awesome service & a nice atmosphere. I was there for free line dance class on Sundays and the food was outstanding. Kudos to the cook & I think owner Chris, he was running the place, a very nice man.

We were in town for the weekend and attempted to go for Sunday Brunch. We found the place on their eventbrite promotion. Only to get there just after 12 and it was closed. We ended up at First Watch.

This club is not worth 20 to get in everything is over priced the drinks and the food had chicken and I threw up right after I ate some. Not my cup of tea. Memories is way better and worth it.

Great atmosphere, Dj keept it going, service was good, and the food OMG was amazing. They had a company called Ya Sigra there where you can buy cigar and smoke outside very nice set up.

Very surprised and impressed at the same time. Wonderfully cozy, yet intimate atmosphere. Great for any occasion. Impressive menu and chief will prepare something special upon request.

Temica Key Project put on a great show there. Nice venue but the service was not great and the food was just ok. Drinks were sour. I'll give it one more shot because of the live music.
