If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Yeganegi is by far the most capable, professional and excellent dentist I have ever had and I have been a regular to dental offices since an early age, due to being one of the unfortunate souls with very problematic teeth (seen over a dozen dentists in more cities and countries than I can count). I have been a client of Image Smile Dental for several years now and even when I lived away in Edmonton I made the roundtrip to Vancouver in order to have my dental work done by Dr. Yeganegi. He does exceptional work, he is very knowledgeable of new and emerging technologies making sure his clients get the best possible care, he is open to discussing options and explaining in detail the pros and cons of each procedure, he puts everyone at ease (he is funny! and if you're a rugby fan - well, he represented Canada at a "few" games :)) and most of all he is trustworthy that he has my best interest at heart. Amongst other procedures, Dr. Yeganegi completed a crown and 5 implants (including bone grafts) for me and they are a thing of beauty. In fact, when I recently visited Montreal and a dental emergency rose up the dentist complimented the excellent work done by Dr. Yeganegi. In addition to his professional and outstanding work his staff is also wonderful, they are courteous, helpful and very professional. His dental hygienist does an excellent work, my teeth never sparkle more than after a cleaning at their office. I highly recommend Image Smile Dental, don't even think about going anywhere else!

I started with Dr. Arthur Ross, in 1979 as a working teenager. He always strives to do the best he can. Including picking the greatest people & doctors to staff his offices. Continuing to keep on on new techniques and information. When he could see his retirement ahead. Ten years in advance he choose his replacement, Jim Yeganegi. A dedicated professional who once past the scrutiny of Dr. Ross, purchased the office. Making for a seamless hand over for all the clients and support staff. And "Image Smiles Dental" was born... Most recently Dr. Yeganegi moved from the old office to the newly renovated Fairmount Building, #1400 - 750 West Broadway. Investing in all the latest and cost saving technology and equipment. After over 40 years, I am still impressed by the team's willingness to continue to improve services and accommodate client needs. Recently my 93 year young, mother's dentist closed. She was elated to have her fears and concerns put to rest upon her first visit. And no longer frets over her dental appointments or needs. Staff has escorted her outside to her ride and more. Really going beyond for those who need it. Have to give a shout out to the staff Cassandra & Sylvia, that have been there as long as I have. They have been awesome, setting an example for the newer staff, that continues to be followed. I came to the office as a Referral and have never left. 5-Stars all the way! We were recently referred to Image Smile Dental by a friend and we are so pleased to have found them. Dr. Jung and her hygienist Yasmine have been outstanding. Our 10-yr old son has shared how nice they both are and how much he appreciates them: -- explaining the work they are doing on him — listening to his feedback when he is uncomfortable — being gentle as they work on him — being nice & kind — post procedure treasure box to pick out a treat is another bonus Previously, he had been so scared & anxious when he had appointments with our other dentist. We are so happy we listened to him and found these new services. Less stressful for our kids and for us! Finally… the office is centrally located in Vancouver, the front desk staff are friendly and efficient, the office is bright, clean and offers great bonuses like tv's and headsets to take the patient's mind off their dental work being done.

A talented and professionally very able dentist with the latest equipment and good current knowledge. I fly from Mexico to go to Dr Yeganegi for my appointments. Obviously recommend him very highly and the hygienist did a very good pain free job. I am back again after a long self quarantine in Cabo and made the journey just for the appointment. Glad I did because during the initial exam doctor Yeganegi fixed what could have been a serious problem. Then I received an excellent and painless teeth cleaning. In two days will have the expected surgery. Is now July 2023 and I am back gotta gum graft from roof of my mouth. Many friends a doctor told me that the operation was a good idea but I should expect a lot of pain. During surgery and post surgery ( now five days) I have had no pain at all. Again I point out Dr Yeganegi’s excellent skills.

5 star service: from the welcoming text message, to the friendly greeting as you enter the reception area and wait in easy chairs while your dental room is prepared. When ready a staff member guides you through the glass doors into the dental room and sits you in the chair. The routine bibs are applied, the tv remote passed so you can watch your favourite program, sunglasses offered and then a quick detailed cleaning process entails. Once cleaned and gargled Dr. Yeganegi comes and examines your mouth, views X-rays, confers with the hygienist and then discuses future treatments, cleaning procedures or any other dental details. All the staff are super professional, very accommodating and make the experience very easy. This is a great dentist, a super dental team and a prime easy to get to location in Vancouver.

Best dental Practice in Vancouver. Have been seeing Dr.Ross for 20 years and he has always been great for myself and my family and the friends I have referred. The secretary has been there for so many years and the staff are always the same..shows how well run this place is. I needed bone grafting and implants and since that is Dr.Yeganegi's specialty, I have been seeing him. He has amazing hands and thoroughly explains EVERYTHING he is going to on on xrays and scans so I can see what's happening. I can tell he is very passionate about implants and surgeries. Recently moved to a beautiful clinic (the views from older clinic were slightly better but the new clinic is so spa like and soothing. I love going there and especially my wife).

I originally rated 5 stars after my first appointment, but after going to this clinic for a year and a half I've had to change my rating and actually just change dentists all together. I had many issues with my insurance and was blamed for not giving information on my limit when they told me they would submit an estimate to my insurance to see what would be covered. I had a cleaning that was horribly awkward, took twice as long as it should, the hygienist flossed between maybe 3 of my teeth and polished maybe half.. and she cut my cheek with the polisher. Going to the dentist is never fun, but I was made to feel shameful for the state of my teeth and not taking better care of them. I'm glad I've found a new and better dentist

I have had difficulties finding a dentist I feel I can trust and who treats their patients as real people. But my interactions with the hygienists and Dr. Jung-Doddington have been exceptional. I didn't realize I could feel this cared for in a dentist office. Everyone is incredibly friendly and really do a great job to make you feel comfortable in a usually stressful situation. Dr. Jung-Doddington loves to chat and explain everything on a level I can understand. She was so kind and even called during the evening after a filling procedure when I learned I was unusually unresponsive to anesthetic to see how I was doing. Jim is an extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable dentist. I had issues with an infected root and instead of going straight to root canal-ville, he analysed the issue and recommended we try alternative treatment measures. These worked and it saved me considerable squirm time in the chair. The hygienists he employs are also very good at what they do, very polite and thorough (but not too much so). Same goes for the front of office, always cheery and helpful. Image Smiles also has by far the best notification system of any practice I've been to, haven't missed an appointment because of it. Highly recommend.

I just had an exam and was put at ease as I have a lot of dental anxiety. Very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough staff. Top of the line x-ray machines and beautiful office. I also appreciated the digital form for first-time patients and the wait was fairly quick. The health of my mouth was explained to me in an easy to understand way and I am looking forward to my next appointment. Something I never thought I would say about a dentist! Dr. Dawn Jung-Doddington is fantastic. I am usually not keen on visits to the dentist, but this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. She had ELI5 metaphors that made procedures understandable, and while my clumsy feet couldn't save me from chipping my teeth, she was able to save my smile! She even followed up later in the evening to check in on how things were feeling. I cannot recommend her enough, and will definitely be going to her for my future cleanings.

I had a tooth removed today in preparation for an implant. I am always pleased to see Dr.Yeganegi if I have a tooth problem. He explains things succinctly, the task is finished with minimum pain and maximum attention. I’m 76 years old and he is possibly the best dentist I’ve ever had. His staff also get five stars for being friendly and relaxed. The waiting room has windows on the 14 th floor. Not like some of the tiny windowless waiting areas at previous dentists.

A very friendly staff! The hygienist was thorough and explained a lot to me about my teeth. They were extremely well cleaned. The dentist spent time answering any questions I had about treatments and different options. The procedures can be a little expensive but I know that I will get the care and expertise I need, for the price. And to be honest, there are other places that are more expensive. So great experience. I would definitely recommend and have to many.

After being a patient there for years and years, I raised some concerns or rather had some questions about their approach in a few areas and let me tell you it was a quick end to a long relationship. After I raised the concerns, I was told, not asked, that they would send my records to another dentist that I had initially started seeing to help round out my care because they didn't feel they could be of further support in the areas I needed.

My first experience here was honestly outstanding. The facility is clean and professional with a beautiful view at that! The hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Dawn Jung-Doddington was so thorough and very personable. She made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to explain where my issues were and gave suggestions on how to improve my overall oral health. The staff from front desk, hygienist, dentist and cda were all wonderful and very sweet. I was a bit nervous/ashamed to go to the dentist since i hadn't been since pre covid, but they all made me feel incredibly comfortable and helped me take care of my worries about my teeth, and also helping me with my insurance that i wasn’t 100% sure how it worked.
