Horrible experience/service and complete lack of accountability by both the valets and management. I drove down into the underground Impark parking lot at 0828 and I was informed that I could no longer park the car myself due to limited parking spots and that a valet would need to park it. I proceeded to give the car keys to the valet and I went to my course. At the end of my course, I asked the parking tenant for my keys and I walked around the parking lot to look for it as he did not know where it was parked. Upon my arrival at the car, I immediately noticed hat my e-brake button was broken and that it had fallen into the center console, as excessive force was applied by the valet when he parked the car. I also noticed that the e-brake was not engaged. The broken and inaccessible e-brake button did not allow me to start my car as the e-brake needs to be engaged before the car can be started (manufacturer Safety Feature). Given this, my car had to be repaired at Honda. I reported the incident to the Impark and Reef Technology parking office and I received an email from one of their claims administrators indicating that they would not pay for the costs of repairing my car as "their team members are not responsible", despite the pictures and manufacturer report indicating the negligence of their employee. When asked to provide the grounds of their decision, they never provided any. Having your car damaged by someone who you paid to render a service with care is already bad enough but not taking ownership for it both at the staff and management level is just unacceptable. I strongly recommend against parking at their location and using their valet services.

Very expensive and it's fleecing tourists who have no other choice. So much commercialism. Visitors to the Basilica have to pay even. So sad
