Where do I start? I have bad credit but my old car I've had for years left me and my baby stranded with a blown engine in the middle of nowhere. I had to get a car and I just googled car lots and saw the reviews for this one so I stopped in before work to get an idea of what I had to do. Mario is the kindest salesperson ever. He and Luis showed me every car and my heart was broken because I just didn't love any of them like I loved my old car. I was probably their pickiest client ever. They dealt with me and were so nice to me. Mario even carried my baby around while I looked at cars lol. They took me and my daughter to their other lot and I fell in love with a 2014 Subaru Forester but I didn't get my hopes up because my credit is so bad. But they made it happen!!!! Me and my baby drove away in a beautiful car I never thought I'd ever be able to own! I highly recommend going to In Power Motors. And I highly recommend Mario to sell you a car. He really cares about you and wants you to get the best car for you. I'll be bringing everyone here to get a car, I love my car so much!

I Bought a car from here, that was broken basically. The first day I drove off the lot, the engine light kept coming on. I had a friend scan it and it returned back that it was a salvaged car pretty much so I took it back to the dealer, “ Diego” and all he did was delete the engine light/ said it wasn’t nothing to worry about. It’s been 2 months since this cars’ been giving me issues and 4 near death experiences, with my baby’s in the car as well. Every time I call they worry about getting money other than the safety of the customers that they sell these “used” cars to. I tried bringing the car to the buckeye location and was told that Ark Fianacial wouldn’t cover the part that was already on the car as “ware an tare” and ordered me to have to pay 400$ out of pocket. Again this car been having issues and still has yet to be fixed. I couldn’t even get offered another car.. that’s how selfish this company is and it’s sad. They don’t deserve an stars.

BUYER BEWARE! Not sure how this place has a 4.5 rating. Shadiest place ever! Sold my son a vehicle, said they did an inspection, and promised repairs would be done. drive home 2 hours and found the next morning there were zero brakes on the back, rotors and calipers trashed. Spent 2 days trying to get this fixed, was given the run around and bounced around to 4 different people all with different solutions. Obviously putting me off. Told me we shouldnt expect brand new. I don’t expect new, I expect safe! Lots of issues we are finding a week later that are serious and these people just give you the run around. Finally had to repair it ourselves and have contacted a lawyer to get refunded for repairs. Save yourself the stress and stay away!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I recently purchased a car. At first I was satisfied with the car but after a month or less I started getting problems with the car. I went back and told the guy who sold me the car the situation with the car and said he would fix it. I left him my car and it took them over a week to fix it, and ended up not doing anything to the car. I’ve been having the car for 3 months now and the car heated up and the pump exploded. This is by far the worse place to buy a car! Now I’m in debt with a car that has cause me so much problems. I recommend to not buy a car from here.

After a couple of days of stress and tears dealing with the "regular" car dealership's tactics, my cousin referred me to InPower Motors (Indian School & 39th Ave). When I arrived, the salesperson my cuz said to see wasnt working but BOBBY was. Bobby is a super cool, very knowledgeable, eager, straightforward car Pro-Fes-SALES-Innol! He is more than happy to place customers into a vehicle that fits. I, unfortunately, wasnt able to move forward. If you are tired of other dealers running your credit score and tell you a big NO this is your spot doesn't matter what kind of credit this guys are gonna help you for sure. Carlos "EL PANDA" its an awesome person and do his best his acknowledgement its outstanding so you can get the best deal, and trust me my case was really bad and he help me just dont be shy and be honest cause he is like that he is very friendly and understand the hard times and the situation that every person have so be honest with him and he is gonna help you a lot . Literally the worst car dealership. I have never met people who are so condescending. They use scare tactics and bait and hook techniques. They sold me a car that was completely unsafe to drive. Within a month of having it the engine seized so I got it check out and the mechanic said the frame is completely rusted out and unsafe to drive, and the car never should have been sold. I am now stranded in an unfamiliar state and I called them to see if they could help, and they said they are calling their attorneys on me. please avoid this dealership at all cost!!!

I came here looking for a car the salesman Brian was already rude when I called . Going in I hoped it be different. It was not u spent most of his time on his phone doing personal things . Finally I was just uncomfortable so I asked for my license back . Then he said well how much down payment do you have . I replied," I'd rather go to a different impower motors because you seem occupied with your phone." He cut me off from saying anything else and said you have a nice day and continue to look at his phone

Great dealership. Went in with a car that was not in best of shape. Was able to leave with a better car. These guys are the best. I would highly recommend. Especially Jose. One of the best experiences I've ever had I went to look at a car. That after seeing it in person i really wasnt feeling it. So they showed me some other pics of cars at another lot they had took me to see the car ran the credit.. mine is far from perfect. They worked with me on getting a newer car than I bargained for low miles and decent payments. I'd reccomend this place to anyone. No pressure sales tactics. And even with moving the car over to the original lot was a 2 hr experience.

I have had my 2011 Dodge Charger for about 4 months now! And I’m in LOVE!!! They are super friendly and helpful. I had multiple blocks in the road when trying to find a car and they eliminated them all! They will work with you and find a car that suits your lifestyle best! My experience was great the staff was super understanding, funny, made me feel at home. Jose was my salesman and honestly was the MVP helping me get in my dream cars and helping me make the decision on both my likes and money wise. If you need a staff member that is funny, understanding and most importantly a educated guy that knows what he is doing ask for Jose. I recommend going and just browsing because of the staff and the quality of cars.

Horrible car dealership , They didn’t even service the car before selling it to me. In addition they don’t cut keys for push to starts so if your battery dies good luck paying for that. Low quality cars and horrible customer service. Took the car to get the oil and tires changed within the 15 days of service, they never fixed it & told me it was a “sensor” ; comes to find out my tires are shredded on the inside. -1/1000000

Bought a 2004 chevy tahoe 5 months after owning it the transmission went out. Not to mention many repairs I had to do before this. This caused me to lose my job and I couldn't make the payments or repair the transmission. I'm 19 and now I have a repo on my credit and I still owe 8,000 for a truck I don't even have now. Will never buy another vehicle from in power motors and will never recommend anyone for thier business.

Worst dealership ever told lies about vehicle being safe, vehicle was not safe had been in major wreck LIED ABOUT CARFAX...SALESMAN SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH - not sure he was a legal citizen, just saying. I asked to fill an applacation and as busy as he was he never left me feeling pressured into making a decision.
