I first visited In Style Dental in November of 2020 and again in February of 2022. Before visiting in February, I asked them to confirm my insurance, which they did prior to my visit. After my dental work was complete, the front desk attendant asked me for my credit card to keep this on file “in case my insurance did not cover my $1000 bill.” This seemed odd to me as I have never been asked to do this at any dental office I have ever attended. I called a few days later to verify that my insurance had gone through, which it had. Later that week, I received a phone call saying my insurance did not completely cover my November 2020 visit and that I had a $6 balance owing on my account and asking me to come in to pay that immediately. I am not sure why I was not told this after my November 2020 visit and only told this in March of 2022. I told the person calling I would be in to pay this during my next visit to Polo Park (it has been less than a week). Since then, I have had 3 phone calls requesting this and 1 text message within a couple of days. I will be in to pay my balance, but will not visit this clinic in the future.

My experience with In style dental has been wonderful! Their staff are very kind, I needed to see a specialist for a consultation, the consultation here cost me 1/3 of what another place tried to charge me, for just their consultation. I saw Dr Chrysi for my consultation about a gum graft, it was quick and very straight forward, she asked me if I had questions, informed me about how the procedure goes and what the recovery is like and how long it all takes. The gum graft surgery was quick and very straight forward, she was very kind, asked me if I needed a break, and warned me if I was to feel any pain. She checked to make sure I was thoroughly frozen before the procedure began, I felt no pain, it went very smooth, she told me what was happening and checked in with me to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend this place if you need to see a specialist or need any emergency dental work done! 10/10! It is now day 2 after my surgery, I feel no discomfort or pain, thank you so much to the wonderful staff and Dr Chrysi for making my first surgery go so well!

My boyfriend and I were here a couple of months ago when they were advertising the free LED whitening kit if you’re going for a cleaning. Anyways we both ended up going in for a cleaning I’m actually filling since one of my fillings was chipping off already. After everything , We asked about the free whitening kit and they said they were en route and we were added to the list and will get a call once they got there. we never got that call and we never got our free whitening kit. for that we’re never going there again because all of that seems like Falls advertisement just to get people to come. The work the dentist do there is amazing don’t get that wrong, they are gentle and do a good job but I do not stand for false info to make money and if the whitening kits were actually true then call the people you said you were gonna call that actually came in. And why are you even advertising something that you don’t currently have

Excellent experience. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team are outstanding, and everyone makes you feel welcome. They handled very well the claim with the insurance and the payments, so you don't have anything to worry about. The hygienist did an excellent cleaning and she makes me feel very comfortable. The dental assistant is very caring and supported me through all the processes. Last but not least, thank you Dr. Jose Vizque for the great experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. He is an expert in his field and very professional. He explained in detail his recommendations and solutions for my dental care. I recommend 100% the extremely professionally run InStyle Dental office to my family and friends.

Dr. Secter, with over 40 years of experience, is an excellent dentist. I have been his patient for 40 years. All of my family go to him. Whether it’s a simple filling or something more complex like a crown, if you have Dr.Secter as your dentist you will know you are in the best hands, literally. He’s smart like a whip, analytical in what he is doing and he is very careful. When he injects that 5 inch needle into my inside cheek to freeze me nary a whimper can be heard from me. He is empathetic and will make you feel comfortable every time you see him. His assistants are very good as well. The person at the front desk is very good too as she makes you feel at home. All in all an excellent experience with Dr. Secter.

I recently had work done with InStyle which took several appointments. Dr. Viquez and his entire team were outstanding. His technique for freezing the mouth was painless and he is a true perfectionist. I am very pleased with all the work performed and this has been the best experience I have ever encountered at a dental office. I even had to come back to have something looked at after completing the work and they were more then accommodating to my schedule and we’re able to squeeze me in the same day. My appointment was cancelled twice. The first time it was the hygienist that called & cancelled. She did not give a specific reason as to why she was canceling it. She also failed to tell the receptionist that she cancelled my appointment so when i called back the receptionist had absolutely no idea what i was talking about. I rescheduled it again just for them to call me the day of my appointment & cancel my appointment again. I have been waiting for 3 months to get my teeth cleaned. I have requested for a manager to contact me in regards to this & no one will get back to me.

I had the best experience here. Aside from the freebies (X ray, Exam and LED whitening kit), the dental care was amazing. I had a cleaning with a very friendly Hygienist who was quick and thorough, explaining everything she was doing. The Dentist was excellent. Explained everything and thorough. He brought me in a 2nd day to check out a possible cavity. There was no cavity and no charge. Other dentists would have filled it anyways and or charge me for the additional X ray and freezing. I had a Molar tooth extraction done. As someone who had not been to a dentist in sometime; I had anxiety leading up to the vist. Dr. Dharmin Sandhu made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Answering and explaining all questions I had. Great bed side manner. The dental nurses are amazing too. My experience definitely helped make me feel more at easy for my next upcoming appointments. I have been searching for a good dentist like for ever and now finally I have found a great one. I would never dream going anywhere else . Dr Jose and his team doing excellent job. I already have done there three dental crowns and four cavity seallings and I never felt pain, discomfort or anxiety at all . It’s like you are not in a dental office. He is very professional , friendly , understanding , and explain thinks in prior. The dental office is very clean and neat . I totally recommend him for everyone.

SCAMMERS! I went for a routine cleaning and they did an X-ray and mentioned that I had a cavity that needed to get filled. I went for the filling and I went from having no pain in my tooth to being unable to chew without being in pain. I went back and they are trying to charge me $2500 to fix it. They are scammers! Basically created a problem that didn’t exist and are trying to swindle me into paying to fix what they broke that was never broken to being with!

Took my daughter today for her first visit with the dentist, and the whole time leading up to going into the door she was nervous and scared, but by the time we got in and she met with the dentist and even was able to see the dental hygienist for a teeth cleaning she was happy and comfortable, and ready to go again! As a person who does not like going to the dentist and was super anxious after making the appointment I was also super comfortable and relaxed

They filled my cavities. 3 of them. 2 of them never hurt so i wonder what the point is i dont think i ever had cavities there. One of them hurt. But the one that hurt is still super sensitive after the cavity fill. Its been months. I think i need root canal or something but they wasted my money doing 3 cavity fills that didn’t help at all. And they keep calling me to come in for cleaning. Stop calling. I’m not going back to your clinic.

I have anxiety and seriously feel so comfortable attending appointments at this office. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The receptionist is such a nice friendly person, when I arrive it starts my appointment on a positive note. Don't go there .Waste money and time. They just want to collect money from insurance and your money. I have 2 insurances and always told them to confirm my coverage before booking an appointment. Need to be careful when they told you everything is fine.at the end they said the insurances is not cover, and asked me to pay $1000 .I said i t's not my fault...They send to collection and my credit score get affected.

I was very impressed with my first experience at Instyle dental. Helpful, friendly staff and a beautiful facility. My only suggestion: it would be great if new patients were emailed an online form to fill out ahead of time, rather than being asked to fill out a paper form at the office. But that’s just a feature request. As far as the service I received, this place was top notch - I will be returning!

First dental clinic that I've felt comfortable with! Everyone was nice, approachable, and polite. The clinic itself was spotless! State of the art equipment! Michelle (i think that was her name) was very attentive and knowledgeable; and Dr. Janaway genuinely wants the best for his patients, clearly explained my treatment plan, listened to what my goal was and incorporated that in my treatment plan!

If you're booked for Saturdays, don't expect for that day to come. They will cancel your appointment the day before you're scheduled. I wasted my time waiting. I was cancelled and asked for rescheduling TWICE. As per the receptionist, who called, no hygienists wants to go on a Saturday. THEN why post on your website Saturdays for appointments in the first place?

My hygienist Jezel was VERY efficient & skilled. She picked up on me being in a bit of a hurry so she tackled my cleaning immediately. She was very pleasant, upbeat and professional. She used cleaning tools & apparatuses that I’ve never experienced before so I was quite impressed! I would say she did a perfect job.

I’ve been coming to InStyle dental for a couple years now. Not having insurance sucks however the level of care and compassion and a amazing. As someone with severe dental anxiety they have been kind, thoughtful, polite and patient. I just had a cleaning with Jezelle and she was phenomenal. Just amazing service.

I had a very pleasant experience today. I was greeted as soon as I entered the doorway. The receptionist is always lovely and welcoming. My hygienist came out to meet me almost immediately with a big smile and a little pleasant chat. She was very good at her job and made my appointment pain and stress free.

It only cost me $39 after using student insurance which is amazing, they don't charge for xrays / check ups / consults with the doctor, the whole unit is fancy, it's like something from post modern Europe, everyone was friendly, and they even gave me a free teeth whitening kit at the end of my session.

This dental clinic is extremely poor. I went for a teeth cleaning appointment, but during the procedure, the dentist informed me that there wasn't enough time, and only half of the cleaning was done. I was told to make another appointment. I will never visit this clinic again in the future.

I am no longer happy with the way you are doing business now. Taking money from my credit card without letting me know, and then your response is when my insurance company pays the claim you will send it back if applicable. It's sad to see this practice. Definitely not returning.

I used to dread going to the dentist. Dr Secter changed my whole perspective. Very experienced dentist, pain free visits, top notch results! Highly recommended really! However, he's for the most part retired, so I think you have to get really lucky to call him your dentist.
