Innovation were helpful and down to earth. I needed to store my sofa bed for a couple of months before I moved and they did so. The guys who delivered my sofa were fantastic and conscious of saving any plastic protection for recycling. Really nice people to deal with—other retailers could learn a thing or two from them !
