I have been insured through Jackson Insurance for just under three years now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to the fullest extent possible. Yvette handled getting my home and auto policies set up, and I have never known anyone more responsive than Yvette in a professional setting. In almost every email correspondence I have with Yvette, I always make some comment about how ridiculously fast she responded to me. The whole office is top notch. I've known the owner, Josh, for years, and his character and professionalism is second to none, and that same character and professionalism extends to the culture of the entire company!

Stay away from this insurance company. They will use everything against you and charge you anything possible in the name of law. They kept increasing the rate and even after we canceled the policy with them, they kept billing us. They made it a nightmare to cancel the policy with them. We just didn't want to renew the policy, but they kept us hostage with one thing after another. Don't fall for their trap.

Jackson Insurance Solutions is a fantastic company. They are super efficient and display outstanding customer service. Yvette responds to my emails and concerns so quickly. Josh looks out for my personal needs. He only recommends products that will truly benefit me. I feel so fortunate to have them handle my insurance needs. Was left hanging. Spent hundreds of dollars only to be ignored by Yvette. Emailed with no response for some random obscure charge. Great way to do business, I’ll gladly be taking my money elsewhere. My truck was very expensive to insure, could have been a life long cash cow for this operation but strongarming me for $85 dollars was more important. Pathetic.
