Went to see Dr. Ben Yue as my mother goes to him. He’s an amazing dentist! I came for a routine check up and cavity but he noticed some wear on the front and explained my options. The thing is, I had already gone to a dentist and they told me the ‘only’ solution was veneers. This was completely untrue. Got in to see him and for thousands less, fixed the front two teeth with flawless fillings (which added at least 1-2mm and you couldn’t tell I had fillings on my two front teeth). I don’t need veneers now and have my smile back! I should have gotten a second opinion sooner and I’m glad he explained my options and that my only option wasn’t just veneers. Incredibly fast too! And very personable! Everyone in the office was friendly and quick too. My one issue when I booked the initial appointment, I said I was from out of town and knew I had a cavity. The person on the phone said he could do it in the same appointment. I double checked and triple checked that I didn’t need to book a separate appointment and was assured I didn’t. But then at the check up, he didn’t know and I had to move onto my cleaning and now it would be much harder to get another appointment short notice. So I wasn’t happy with whoever assured me he could do both in one visit. They were able to squeeze me in before I had to fly back where I’m from so I really appreciated that!

Used to have good experience in this place except for my son's last visit. I informed the person at the front desk that we changed insurance company and without checking coverage, she continued to change me 20% which was what my previous insurance covered. She said if this is incorrect, they would notify me. Fast forward 2 months and no call. I happen to look at my insurance and they covered 100% so I called the clinic and spoke to someone named Kirza, very unhelpful individual, first said can't find my son's record and if I did not insist, she would have left it at that. Told her about my issue and after confirming that my insurance did cover 100% even though they charged me, no apologies, no nothing, just said we'll call you, and that is after I insisted on asking what they are going to do. Someone else then called me and said refund was issued May 5th but when I checked my statement, there was none. I asked if they bothered calling to let me know and she said she will check with her manager. Again, always a good experience before this particular one. Seems people doing their admin stuff should get more training.

Integral Dental was recommended to me by a friend as I was searching for a new dentist. Right from the first phone call, the receptionist was friendly, answered my questions about their clinic, and set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. The office is easy to find on Portage Ave with lots of free parking, and the building is brand new and equipped with modern dental technology. The hygienist and dentist, Dr. Ben Yue, were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me with a lot of care and respect. After a problem was identified, I was referred to a specialist within their clinic, and they facilitated transferring my previous records from another dentist in order to get a proper history. Thank you Integral Dental for providing such a positive experience at your clinic.

They didn’t tell me the exactly prices before I book an appointment, and they said each appointments that have to charge me amount even I just book one appointment to check up my teeth and cleaning at the same time (so it means these are 2 appointment on that day). When I ask the prices through the phone they said they are not sure and required I came there then I could know. After I clean my teeth (on Tuesday December 12th) until today (Dec 15th) my gum on the top left side become inflamed and keep painful. They even charged me the over time even that their fault. I used to do the check up and cleaning in another dental clinic without insurance just take me 150$ but in here they took me 440$ with a nonsense reason. And right now my gum becomes terrible I can give the proof.

Integral dental & its staff are definitely a hidden gem in Winnipeg. I have been going here and their other place at Ellice for more or less half a decade now and I've never once thought about switching. The place exudes cleanliness and comfort, and the staff has always made every visit a seamless process. I've always received a satisfying & honest answer regarding all my questions/issues; and have always left every appointment feeling more confident about my oral health than I had when I came in for the day. Shoutout to Dr. Luong for making every appointment I've had a blast, kind of just like hanging out with a buddy who happens to be dentist. 10/10 for sure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Colina for over 25 years and can attest to his utmost competency in all the dental work he has done for me. Dr. Colina has excellent patient-dentist relationships. He carefully explains every procedure he does. His colleagues who have occasionally attended to me, hygienists, and office staff in his clinics - Pearl Dental and Ellice have always been friendly and courteous and I am absolutely certain that Dr. Colina and his colleagues will continue to give excellent service to the people of Winnipeg with the addition of the new clinic Integral on Portage Avenue.

We all know how important it is to take care of your teeth, especially if you want to smile and be confident in your appearance. I had been avoiding going to the dentist my whole life because I was too embarrassed, but I found Dr. Luong at Integral Dental and I'm glad I did. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my teeth and answer any question I had. It's been a year since I had my braces put in and the results are amazing. I was initially too embarrassed to smile before, but now I have a healthy-looking smile that I'm proud of!

My recent 2 dental experiences with Dr. Colina were excellent. The clinic itself is very sterile and well maintained. Both Dr. Colina and the wonderful dental assistants were amazing! I have had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist in the past and felt very relaxed and calm. I enjoyed how Dr.Colina confidently talks you through everything helping you feel cared for and at ease. They certainly know what they are doing. This is exactly the experience that I have been looking for ❤️

My three kids has terrible cavities thru out the years. Especially my 4 years old girl, She just can’t trust any dentists ever. Dr. L is super super patience and gentle while doing the treatments. He shared clearly what’s going to happen, how his treatment well before he started. I finally get their teeth all fixed. As a parent, I feel so trustworthy to have my kids on the chair! Very clean and well precaution for this period of pandemic! Very trustworthy

Integral Dental was a new dentist for me and yet the experience was smooth, easy, positive and as pleasant as a dentist visit can be, if not better! Super friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. Very clean, sanitized, great big TV, amazing dentists(I've been to a few for different issues,that's all me). Conversation with dentists & staff as to what is happening, planning ahead, adjust my bite, X-rays. I can't say enough good stuff.

I never really liked dentists bec. of the bad experienced I had with my previous dentist. Dr.Yue is the best dentist I've ever been too. He is very thorough, he explains everything he do and what to expect after, he always make me feel very comfortable each time I visit. I was impressed by how Dr.Yue look after his patients and I never feel pain during the procedure. Integral dental is very clean and the staffs are friendly and accomodating.

I've been a patient for this dental group for ~5 years. And it's been fantastic. Dr. Luong is my orthodontist for my braces for 3 years and going. Each appointment with him has been warm, welcoming and personable. He also shares relevant knowledge. I learn something new each time I visit him! The receptionists are welcoming and patient. They take care of my appointments with ease. I can't suggest them enough. Ten out of ten experience.

If you are looking for a great dentist, Dr. Phong Luong is the one! He is both very competent and nice. He has very good bedside manners and he always treat me like a VIP! His assistant, Hasper, is also very helpful and skillful. You can't go wrong with the two of them in your dental team. I have been seeing Dr. Yu for over 10 years now. He is very professional and always walks you through every step to make sure you're comfortable. He is very gentle and is always asking if you're okay. I've only ever gone to his other location at Pearl Dental before but this experience at Integral was top notch! The whole staff did an excellent job for my first root canal. Thank you to everyone at Integral.

I was nervous but I’m happy to say that my first visit was a very pleasant one from start to finish. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely continue going here for my dental needs.

So I’ve now had my last 3 appointments in a row canceled by them. This time less than a day in advance. I asked if I’d be getting a discount for continuously being canceled on and they said no. Interesting how they can charge a fee for canceling without notice but we can’t. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere
