***Buyer Beware*** While our Sales Associate Charles, was nice and helpful...the Owner "Jimmy" was rude...completely unprofessional and ruined our experience. We had a check in hand...all we wanted was a warranty on the transmission he had replaced. When Charles couldn't come up with it, I asked the owner who was on a cigarette break...he said it was in the carfax. I handed him the carfax stating there was "No Warranty". He abruptly handed the papers back and said" Maybe this car isn't for you!"and proceeded to ignored me while he finished his cigarette. We contacted the repair shop, who stated they switched the transmission out with a "used one" and could not guarantee anything. Didn't feel right, so we left frustrated and disappointed with their poor customer service. Charles got back with us that same day and agreed to have our mechanic look at it. He kindly took it to our mechanic. After further review, the car seemed to have been in an accident which was NOT on the Carfax and the transmission was showing signs of failure. Thankful for an honest mechanic who thought it was NOT a good investment. Best advise...have your car checked by a trusted mechanic BEFORE you buy. We took our business elsewhere and purchased a reliable vehicle from a dealership with 5 Stars reviews and excellent customer service. They don't live up to their name. They lack professionalism and quality customer service. Their vehicles are not quality vehicles.

I just have to say that I will never buy a used car from any other place ever again! This company and the employees that work there went far beyond exceptional service for me. After being involved with an accident where my car was claimed as a total loss, they were able to very quickly get me into a new to me vehicle even though I was facing credit issues and made very little money per month. The day that I bought my car within 1 hour I was involved in a second accident which also became a total loss. Not only did they go out of their way to ensure I could get into yet another vehicle quickly, they worked with me for the deposit on the second vehicle given the unfortunate circumstance of my situation. They also have performed minor repair work on the second vehicle quickly and efficiently on very short notice and charged me less than any other repair shop would have charged by Miles. It truly shows me that there are still people in this world that actually care about their job and care about other people and I just really appreciate Chris and all of his staff over there at integrity Auto from the bottom of my heart. So long story short I would recommend integrity Auto group to anybody who is in the need of a new to you vehicle! I am definitely a satisfied customer and one of their biggest fans! Kelli S.

Worst dealership ever , “managers” are very unprofessional and give the run around . Called to speak to a manger due to a vehicle that was sold that has mechanical issues with $10,000 in repair costs , looking at the other reviews I’m not really surprised now . Also Come to find out I wasn't even speaking to a manger . They give themselves manager positions I guess . They threatened my family member “ pull up and catch these hands fool” They of course know what’s wrong with these vehicles when they purchase them to resale but once you sign those papers it’s on you . So please beware before trying to go and purchase a vehicle from them . A lot of these reviews are complaints that should not be taken lightly . Carlos and Jose the worlds greatest sales men , ( with as much sarcasm as possible ) the biggest pair of rats just wanting to get into your wallet . The owner should really watch who he hires , crazy unprofessional.

I’ve held back on doing this because I thought they would help and get done what needed to be done. I went in March 1st of 2022 to purchase my 2010 Camaro ss, we talk numbers and get paperwork signed.. mind you I’m excited for it being my very first lot car.. not even 2 hours later the engine starts knocking.. It’s been going on 11 months since I’ve had my car and it’s just been a back and forth thing with them on getting fixed it’s always one thing or another and I’m tired of it. I do my part on my end to get my car back and they proceed to do nothing. They are also holding $1000 from me that was supposed to go towards a new engine for the car but as of right now my car sits at the dealership with just the engine pulled and nothing else. If management sees this then give me a call so we can sort this out and get it DONE and if not then so be it. I’ll change my review once I get my car back

If there was a 10 star on here I would’ve definitely chose a 10! I recently just purchased my first ever car from integrity and let me just say that everyone who helped me with the process made it a wonderful experience for me. I especially want to appreciate John Lopez, Chris Gomez, and Ruben Medina for guiding me through it all, I was really nervous at first because i didn’t know what to expect but with their help I was able to drive away the same day with my new car. I can also take my car there if I have any questions or concerns, it is definite that they will take care and answer any questions I have. I recommend everyone to also have a Satisfying experience just like I did.

Even though they helped me get the best deal and did everything possible for me to drive off the lot with what I had, a day or two after I already have things wrong with the car. From a power steering fluid leak, to breaks screeching, it has a noise every time I start it up and there’s a noise when I start accelerating, when I test drove it, it was fine but the next day already started having problems, now I have to spend more money on top of monthly payments. Great customer service but doesn’t fix the problems with car.

This is the worst used car lot Iv bought a car from.. They make all these promises and make sure I tell the bank the car was good when it was in the shop. And still after that I couldn’t drive my car for 2 weeks after that due to car over heating.. the windshield was broken yes they fixed it and they broke plastic pieces on side and messed up the dashboard… and car was missing arm rest and the promised to replace and it’s been over a month and still nothing but a run around with them…

Nick went above and beyond to make sure me and my car was taken care of. Not only did they replace my tires and fix my alignment but went out of the way to make sure everything was taken care of even after i left the lot. They definitely know how to make a customer happy and feel secure about buying from them! Nick treated me like family and i would definitely recommend them if your looking for someone who is honest and cares for their customers. Keep up the good work guys!
