"LOVE coming to this place! This is a hidden gem"
"Wonderful place"
"This bakery with it's quality and availability of not only beautiful desserts but incredibly tasty and fresh is the best in the city! Everyone who has tasted their items have fallen in love with the flavor"
"The stuff here is decent"
"Never did I expect to find such an amazing gem tucked away"
LOVE coming to this place! This is a hidden gem. We like to call it our Greek heaven with some items you can only find here in atlanta. Their pastries are absolutely amazing and you can taste the care and heart they put into their products! It’s always a blast coming and discovering new things I didn’t see the last time I was here.
Wonderful place. This is what everyone familiar with big city small bakeries is like. To those shaming the place because they’re racist and unfriendly, news flash it’s not you. I went in there speaking Greek and they were grumpy to me. This place does well and will do well because of the things you CANNOT get at Publix.
This bakery with it's quality and availability of not only beautiful desserts but incredibly tasty and fresh is the best in the city! Everyone who has tasted their items have fallen in love with the flavor. These are not your everyday dessert items - they are easily for special occasions. The Best!!
The stuff here is decent. But it's the most unfriendly baker EVER! I'm thinking he is probably not international people friendly. Every question I asked was responded with a rude demeanor. This other brown skinned customer who had bought a $90 cake was also not being treated well. An overall meh!
Never did I expect to find such an amazing gem tucked away. Sweet and savory the international bakery has it all. I strongly suggest thier lemon cake!!! Not too sweet not too tart, silky smooth and melts in your mouth!! Also the mushroom pie is to die for!!
Very nice man owns the bakery. Desserts are out of this world. Greek pastries excellent and best cream puff you’ve ever had! So delighted to have this wonderful bakery in Atlanta where there is a shortage of good bakeries. Goodbye to Publix cakes!!!
Walking into this place was like walking into a wonderland of deliciousness lol I felt like a little kid, that's how big my eyes got My coworker shared her spanakopita with me (a phyllo pastry stuffed with spinach and feta cheese) and it
I called up there to ask about his ability to make a cake. He didn’t even try to understand what I was asking for. He just told me to come up there and show him. I drove 30 minutes to show him a picture of a very simple cake..... he said he
It's rare to find an old school bakery with such rich history in Atlanta with the original owner still working hard post-retirement age. This place is more than a bakery; it's a testament to a life dedicated to the art of baking and making
The bakery is amazing super affordable very original the owners are Greek I see reviews of them being cranky but honestly idc their desserts make up for it I live across the street and I go often enough he is growing to like me he is a man
The International Bakery, here in Atlanta is a true 5 Star experience. The old world dedication to excellence is remarkable. The vast assortment of eloquently presented baked creations has gained them the National reputation they so richly
I’ve been going to International Bakery for years and I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve bought there. I see reviews about the customer service being rude or “racist” which is not true. He’s always been quiet and to the point
The owners are impolite, rude, and just straight up miserable. Customer service is nonexistent. If you’re in a good mood, I assure you that you will be in a bad mood once you leave this place. The elderly lady that works here rudely asked
I read all the bad reviews and I take it that the "Americans" don't understand how difficult it is for this old man to navigate his world. It's a very busy store. He's probably been robbed more than once. He's trying to check people out
This place sucks! They the quality of the cakes are cheap. I went in for Napoleon cake but the cake was over 75% cream filling (better off with publix cake) , and they also didn’t put any effort into decorations . The service is also
Sure service is not so great. The old man, I suppose he's the baker, seems pretty grumpy. But the variety of pastries and cakes is amazing. I got the chocolate mousse cake and it was really good. Wanted to try the baklava too but was
I hadn't been in many years but I'm so happy the bakery is still around. It has to be at least 20yrs. The service is family friendly and the desserts are wonderful. My favorites are still there! Can never decide so I get all of them!
My family has been going here for over 30 years. They treat you like family. You leave having a smile on your face and my goodness the treats, imported cheeses and all are incredible. BEST BAKERY IN ATL!
The only place around with Greek food and pastries as good as what is served at the Greek Festival. Also, the prices have remained reasonable over the years while most places have skyrocketed.
One of the best cakes I ever ate. They custom made my cake to be eggless. It is creamy outside and wafery inside. Highly recommended. And very cheap too
The International Bakery is fantastic. They have all sorts of Greek and Mediterranean pastries, preserves, spreads, and sweet & savory items available.
Cute little bakery - really yummy baklava And super nice cakes!! The one in the picture was $27 and is a very light whipped icing with fresh fruit.
Not impressed. Stopped in for some cookies and left with tasteless bricks. The cookies are VERY hard and the old man should retire! More
Been there today, after 4-5 years. Nowadays it's out of my way. Still the best chese and spinach pies i ever had!!!
Incredible, authentic bakery with just delicious food. You have to try it.
