Got a piece of jewelry from him and when told that it is defective, he took back the piece. We told him we need something else in place of that. At that point he told that the price of the jewelry will be taken on the market price and then you will pay the difference according to extra gram of gold you take. He later on changed his statement and told that he will buy back at the original price you paid and will give the other rest of the gram at the current price which is more. Truely unethical. Beware of his scam and do read other comments as this has happened to few people in the past.

Not recommended at all. Very bad customer service. They have Ordered my bangles wrong size and giving wrong instructions to wear them. After I came to get the right size they deducted money. Be careful they are acting like very good people but after they sold their gold u can’t expect a good customer service at all. I’m going to lodge a claim against them with consumer affairs to get my money back as I don’t want this to happen for anyone else.

Not once but I have bought multiple amount of times and my Jewelleries are well n truely over $2500 , so obviously I’m getting good stuff n decent prices ..... love the service Huss and aaycia provides not only to me but to everyone ....we have become very good friends and I trust them very highly ..... recommending his won’t be a disappointment ...... I don't think of going back to this place!! I bought a piece of gold from them at a price of 500$ when the gram was 75, and I returned to them a year later to sell it, and the price of a gram was 87. He offered to buy it for 400$ !!! Everywhere you sell gold and buy it at the international gram price. Except here it depends on the mood of the seller. I prefer to go to the shops on Sydney Road. I went there and got a good price for my piece.

Only if they could pick the phone. Trying since last week no one answers the call and also no answering machine or voicemail to inform customers if they are not available. Wanted to go and get my work done from them but looking at the customer service of not answering, i would not bother to go.

I bought in a few items for repair and am extremely happy. I spoke directly with the jeweller who knows his product and undertakes the work. Completely different to other places where you usually only speak to sales people. Very professional and incredible quality. Will never go anywhere else.

Sorry not happy with service gave me wrong price about my gold jewellery but when I checked somewhere else it's totally different from his price and gold karat's so when I been some other gold shop those people were gave me best price and right thingand whatever they did it's called cheating

Very busy little jewellery shop. Their prices are good. Customer service is also good. However sometimes there are too many people waiting in a queue to get inside the shop. If Sydney Road is too far for you then this shop is probably the best option.

Good designs but with limited stock. Shop should have been a bit bigger in area as it’s too conjusted in there. Always busy with a queue in front of the shop. Located at centralised location with ample parking space at the Shopping centre.

Customer service zero. They will show designs only if u have just come to buy, otherwise they won't entertain and show designs. Three times i went there, stood n queue...but it was just waste of time..not recommended at all

Very happy with my service with these gold traders (which is hard to find nowadays). Bought my gold at a very good price and repaired my ring free of charge since it only took a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Excellent friendly service with great prices as well had some gold and silver jewellery repaired. ...they did a fantastic job....also they sell jewellery by weight...much cheaper than commercial jewellery shops

This place is good for buying gold, if u live in western suburbs...customer service is good..it has limited options,,they could add more variety...also more expensive than the gold shops on Sydney road
