Started my implant journey a few months ago with Ivory. The service, treatment & experience has been absolutely first class. Jack is brilliant! His attention to detail & all round care (particularly for an anxious patient), have been really good, with nothing too much trouble & Jack really makes you feel at ease with everything throughout. Jack takes time to explain everything step by step & made me feel comfortable & Happy about the whole procedure. I'm almost at the end of my implant journey now & the look, feel & results look amazing. I honestly wouldn't look or go anywhere else for my dentistry, especially something as big as implants, as I have now found a dentist I feel I can trust in Jack & the team at Ivory. I also feel that the overall cost & price is both decent & fair, for the outstanding treatment & life changing results achieved, thanks to Jack.

No price list on the website (very strange - no transparency at all - do they charge depending on what they think you can afford?!). I emailed requesting specific pricing info. Received a ridiculously unhelpful reply. I requested the information again. Once again an unhelpful reply. I sent a third message asking for the chain to be sent to the person in charge, to draw attention to the clear customer service training needs. Guess what - NO REPLY from the person in charge. Unbelievable. Suffice to say I didn’t get as far as arranging any treatment. If the reception staff are incapable of answering such simple queries, and the manager doesn’t have the courtesy to follow up on cases of extremely poor service, then what’s to say the dentists will do a decent job on my teeth?!

An emergency issue with my daughter's dental brace led me to contacting Ivory Dental Practice on a Saturday morning. I wasn't very hopeful of finding anyone who could help me but I was very pleasantly surprised. Despite not being a registered patient, the practice immediately came to our aid, asked us to come right away and the problem was fixed - free of charge - within just a few minutes! I am so very grateful to the lady on reception and to Dr Brad Thornton for being so kind and helpful. As we are new to the area we will now definitely consider registering with the practice, albeit not the closest to home it is probably worth the few extra miles.

I've been coming to see Brad since last November for extensive dental treatment. Brad has been amazing throughout all stages of my treatment and I've actually and bizarrely enjoyed coming to my appointments. All the team from the reception staff, to the dental nurses, to the lovely and helpful Donna, Kev and of course the main man Brad, have been so helpful and thorough from start to finish. My treatment is almost at the final stages and I will actually miss my regular visits. I highly recommend this Dental Practice and I won't be going anywhere else so you're stuck with me now which I know is a joy for you all too . Thank you all so much.

So I'm one of those people who are terrified of the dentist, and I can say with 100% certainty that the staff at Ivory Dental are absolute stars! Dr. Robert was so patient, caring and kind. He explained the treatments I needed and let me listen to music during procedures so I didn't have to hear the drills. The reception staff were also fantastic. They helped me arrange dental treatments that worked within the parameters of my insurance, even when against the clock, and were very welcoming and friendly. I'll be recommending Ivory Dental to anyone willing to listen!

Well what can I say, after having my front fillings done at the school dentist, I finally came to the decision to get them changed to the right colour. My first consultation with Jack was so calming, then second Lungma this again was painless and very calming I am really happy and I still have treatment to have I am looking forward to the final look of my teeth. Nikki and Katrina was the nurses in my appointments they was great and helped calmed my nerves. Altogether a very clean, calm and professional dentist thanks again to everyone.

As a nervous patient, I was not looking forward to visiting the dentist however my experience at Ivory Dental practice was great! The staff seemed lovely and as soon as I walked into the practice I was welcomed with a friendly smile from the receptionist Sarah who put me at ease and reassured me, which instantly made me feel so much better! There was no anxious waiting area wait thanks to Sarah! My appointment was to see the hygienist who talked me through everything before, during and after. Overall so happy I went with Ivory Dental!

I had such a brilliant experience with this practice when having my invisalign treatment. From the very first phone call the team were friendly, approachable and professional. I was quite nervous but they made me feel at ease straight away. Nothing was pressured, it was a really great experience. My dentist Jack was wonderful. Really friendly and took pride in his work, and seemed like he enjoyed it! I was dealt with quickly as I travel out from over an hour away. I appreciate that. I have shared personal experiences that have caused me anxiety since early childhood regarding my teeth and I was so nervous to share as I felt I won’t be understood. However, I made to feel comfortable. Thank you Sarah who managed my situation when I rang in as I was overthinking so much before I made the call. For many years my children commented that I never smiled in our family photos and I eventually decided to go to Ivory Dentist to see if they could help me. I spoke to Bradley first and he suggested I talk to Rob. From the very first appointment he put me at ease and explained each stage of the process of Invisalign. The most flawless service! Decided to use Ivory Dental for teeth whitening and the service I received was amazing; all of the staff were incredibly polite and friendly at all times, very helpful in explaining processes and breakdowns of costs which made the whole thing seamless. Had a checkup & filling in line with this and the dentist gave great advice in regards to my previous dental health and moving forwards. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Always get excellent treatment and advice from Ivory Dental. Lots of options for the whole family and not pushy at all with treatment plans. Really committed to prevention, mine and my children’s teeth are in far better condition since joining this practice. Excellent after care and follow up. From the receptionists, Dr Rob, all the dental nurses I have received great care! The receptions always answered the phone promptly and fit me in whenever. Dr Rob answered all my questions without hesitation. He is attentive to detail - and I love my teeth! I must say dental nurses are on point with that suction! I am so happy with my Invisalign treatment and the service Ivory Dental Practice provide. Dr Humphries really put me as a nervous patient at ease and made the whole teeth straightening process straight forward. The hygenist is also wonderfully thorough which I haven't experienced in the past at other practices unfortunately. Reception staff are engaging and attentive.

I had root canal today with Jack and it was flawless service from start to finish. They made me feel relaxed and that I was in a "safe pair of hands" Every step was explained to me and I even learned a thing or two about dentistry in the process. Been using Brad at Ivory for a few years he's done some fantastic implant and crown work. Had a slight issue with 1 of my implants recently, they got me in straight away and sorted the problem quickly, effectively and painlessly, would thoroughly recommend Ivory to anyone needing dental work.

After an horrific experience at the hands of another surgeon. Brad at Ivory Dental has been fantastic at correcting everything. He listens to what you have to say, and takes into account any fears/phobias you may have. For the first time i don’t sweat all day before an appointment.

My 8 year old son needed a baby tooth taking out, he was terrified of the injection and screamed the house down but Monica and her team were amazing with him - she explained everything to him, was really calm and lovely and did her best to put him at ease. Would highly recommend!

Took my mum today - she's 92 and in a wheelchair and the place has lots of steps. But the staff were fantastic - got out the ramp immediately, moved her to a downstairs theatre, helped with transition from wheelchair to zimmer to dental chair. Thank you all - v good experience.

Recently had to have a quite a bit of dental work done, including a dental implant. I cannot recommended Ivory Dental enough. Very smooth process from beginning to end. Receptionists, nurses and dentists are all highly professional and friendly and really put you at ease.
