I have visited Ivory Smiles several times over the past year. On Mar. 23 my wife and I visited for our six month cleaning and were charged $332 compared to $246 just 6 months ago. I was shocked to receive a 35% increase. My cleaning may have constituted 20 minutes at most and roughly the same for my wife. When questioning the bill, the receptionist, Natalie, advised costs had risen and the doctor did some extra things without elaborating. I paid the bill and later that day penned an email to Dr. Sharma voicing my concerns. I was expecting a reply from her, however, she had Natalie address my issue. The explanation offered was we had received a discount in Sept. 2022, yet this wasn't stated at the time. In addition, on both receipts ( Sept. 2022 & Mar. 23 ) there wasn't anything to reflect the work that had been done. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice.

If you're looking for a new Dentist clinic I would offer a very strong recommendation to Ivory Smiles on Innovation Drive. They knew I was dealing with a painful issue and were very accommodating and empathetic. I got in very quickly and instead of filling out paper patient info forms in a waiting room they sent out a very user friendly version through text. I was able to check in from the car and was invited to enter within a few minutes with no waiting for an exam. My options were given to me very clearly with all cost information upfront. The clinic is new and bright with massaging dental chairs. All in all it was the best dentist experience I've had in a long time. Great people, very highly recommended!

This has been by far my best experience with a dental office and it's not even close, from scheduling to procedures. They provided such a comfortable and patient-focused environment that any anxiety pretty much vanished after the first greeting. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and completely non-judgmental. Everything was clearly explained to me, they even had a large TV in the room to display patient info and X-ray results (and one on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix during your appt!). It feels like the staff have worked together for years and years, clean, organized, well-coordinated, can't say enough good things!! They also take COVID precautions seriously. I'm so pleased to be a patient here!

I had an excellent experience for my first visit at Ivory Smiles. Dr. Virk was friendly, patient and gentle, and explained everything clearly. Claudia (assistant) was awesome as well, and Nathalie at the front desk was welcoming and kind. Beautiful, modern office space, including massage chairs and a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can watch whatever you want while getting your procedure done. They were also very patient and kind with my toddler who had her first dentist appointment ever and was EXTREMELY reluctant to cooperate. She appreciated the stickers, toy, certificate and toothbrush she received though. :) I usually don't like to go to the dentist, but that may not be the case anymore!

Ivory Smiles Dental is home to the most fantastic, accommodating, and kind dental staff. Natalie, Claudia, and Dr. Virk were very good with following up with a tooth for which I was having chronic pain. They called me often to check up on my tooth and they were always available to chat when I had concerns. Even as I was having pain in the evening, I was able to leave a message (for which they check) and receive a prompt response early the next day. They also opened the clinic after hours just so I could undergo a root canal procedure earlier than scheduled as I was in a lot of pain. I would absolutely recommend Ivory Smiles Dental to anyone looking for a family dentist!

we were looking for a dentist in the east end after moving here a yea ago , after looking at all the web sits settled on Ivory Smiles , it was a great decision . they send you all the forms online to save time , were able to get my files from my previous dentist in Belleville . everyone is super nice and efficient , the doctor explained what was necessary and what could wait , gave me the price before starting . I had an exam and teeth cleaned and will just need one visit for a filling . they are just what i hoped to find in Kingston , I was very comfortable , everything is modern and clean . you will be treated so well on your visit , HIGHLY RECOMEND ! Absolutely wonderful experience at this dental clinic. I was an out of province patient, never before been to the clinic. I needed some quick and urgent support from a dentist and this clinic not only accommodated my needs and helped me but they also still offered me service on a Friday after they had already finished up for the day. They were so kind and had no problem at all staying open a little while longer to help me. I was grateful and very happy with the kindness of the staff and high level of overall customer service I received at this clinic. Would recommend to any family of friends!

I visited Ivory Smiles for my first time yesterday and I had a great experience! They explained everything to me while showing me my X-rays. Dr. Virk is very compassionate and gentle! Their equipment is very modern and I was very excited to see they have a direct payment system, where they submit for payment to your insurance provider! They were even able to submit to my husband’s provider for the balance after my maximums! No more submitting forms! To top it off, they gave me a rechargeable Oral-B toothbrush for being a new customer!!

Beautiful, new, modern office. Very friendly and professional staff. It had been many years since my daughter had been to a dentist (20 years old) and Dr. Virk made her feel very comfortable…explained everything before she did any treatment. My husband is also a new client here and loves it much more than his previous office. I am planning on booking an appointment for myself and my son in the new year. I switched from a different dental clinic to Ivory Smiles Dental. The staff in Ivory Smiles Dental were great. They're attentive and also supportive in terms of giving me all the options for future treatments and the severity of my teeth (e.g., 6 vs. 4 months cleaning, potential optional filling depending on my symptoms, night guard due to my teeth grinding at night, etc.)! I felt well attended cared for by the kind staff at Ivory Smiles. Dr. Sharma is very approachable and ready to answer any questions I might have. She took any concerns I had both empathetically and seriously - for example I hate freezing, so we discussed my options and a best path forward for me. I felt that they were very transparent and flexible to my needs. The clinic is also very nice and clean, the overhead TV’s were an added bonus.

This is my first time visit and I can say the staffs are very knowledgeable, friendly, gentle and caring, especially the dentist and hygienist. They take time to explain and made me felt comfortable throughout the procedure. Fees are reasonable and direct bill from my insurance. Their dental chair have massage and heater options while I watch movie and they are doing the procedure.

Office administration staff are warm and helpful. Assisted significantly in helping me change insurance providers in my file. I see Dr. Rubina Sharma and she's always knowledgeable and helpful to point me to resources for my dental care. Hygienists are always personable and friends. Office here is always clean and professional. Makes the dental care experience best they can.

If you don't really like going to the dentist, I left my dentist office after 21 yrs. A new dentist took over the practice and I was not impressed. Ivory Smiles Dental is very professional has courteous staff and are very friendly and understanding. I guarantee you will look forward to going to this one it has to be the best in Kingston !
